"It's worth the money to stay in Dongchengli! Superb! It's clean and just walking distance to the restaurants and tea houses. The staffs are polite, very attentive and helpful. If you're into modern / smart technologies (smart curtain, tv, shower and lightings), yet you want to mix it with traditional Chinese style of inns or villa, then it's the place to stay. I guess it's too modern for me haha, I can feel the energy pressure of staying in a smart room, I get lots of static electricity, not sure if it's because I meditate too. I have an electric/magnetic field meter with me, I was so busy that I forgot to measure the room's field. As in, few fallen hair won't fall off my jacket. Thus, I stay most of the time, outside the room. They have a nice swing and a tea area with free biscuits & tea. I didn't get the chance to play with their full tea set. They have a lovely cute parrot and 2 cats! They provide free disposable toothbrush & toothpaste, hairbrush, slippers and yes, I found disposable towels too, not sure what kind of towel - I didn't open it yet, might try it in airport shower."

"Very new and clean room. The kids had fun in a wide spa-like bathtub. We've received a watermelon ready to eat and a bottle of vinegar as a gift. The owner drove us to the ancient city (or you can walk there in about 5mn) and also let us use his washing machine. He has a real sense of hospitality!"

"Hotel location is good, the front desk service is warm, introduced to a restaurant near us called Chef Chen is very good, the dishes are not picky, even eat two meals. The parking lot is a bit small, diagonally opposite the hotel, but fortunately, there are few people who can stop in the off-season. There is also a parking lot behind the hotel. It is not easy to get in and out. After all, the hotel is in the downtown area. Dinner is good and rich in variety."

"When visiting Xinzhou, I wanted to choose a hotel close to the ancient city. This hotel has a great location; there are bus stops downstairs for buses to Xinzhou West Railway Station, the City Museum, and Xinzhou Ancient City, making transportation convenient. In fact, the hotel is very close to the ancient city; the North Gate Tower is about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel reception staff were very welcoming, the room amenities matched the hotel description, the environment was clean and tidy, the mattress was soft but not sagging, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning was cool and quiet. There are local restaurants nearby, and a shopping mall across the street. Overall, it's good value for money, and I would choose this hotel again next time."

"The environment is OK, just like an ordinary home, a bit old, many facilities are outdated, there was hair on the quilt of one room when I checked in, I found the front desk and it was quickly replaced, parking is very convenient, the parking lot is quite large. The hotel is not far from the ancient city and can be reached by car quite quickly. There are shops and pharmacies downstairs, which is quite convenient."

The guesthouse's underfloor heating was wonderfully warm; compared to the November heat outside, I really wanted to stay inside! 😆 The triple double room was incredibly comfortable and clean. The owner is kind and helpful; he guided us on our route before we even left, helped us book transportation, monitored our arrival progress, and patiently explained how to explore the area, providing a very detailed itinerary. The next day, we went to Dongtai Peak to watch the sunrise, but unexpectedly, our car broke down around 5 am. The owner found a solution for us, personally driving us to a repair shop and arranging for someone to come and fix it. He was a lifesaver, ensuring we didn't miss the magnificent sunrise. We are so grateful! All my colleagues in the group were very thankful and insisted on giving a positive review! If we visit Wutai Mountain again, we will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! Great and very nice!

The transportation is convenient. You can drive directly from the west gate to the parking lot and walk a few steps. The pedestrian street is right outside the door. The courtyard has beautiful scenery and the tranquility in the bustling city makes time slow down while strolling around. The service is considerate and the air conditioner is turned on before arriving. The room facilities are clean, tidy and complete, and the fatigue from the journey will soon dissipate ~

The guesthouse is very close to the South Gate and a bus stop, making it convenient for getting around. The room was very clean, and the bedding was impeccably tidy; I even saw the landlady washing the linens. The owners, a husband and wife, were incredibly welcoming. It was my first time visiting Wutai Mountain, and I'm so grateful to the owners for sharing the order and key points of the pilgrimage, which added a special touch to my trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Very satisfied, the B&B is located further inside Guanghua Temple, very quiet at the foot of the mountain, very convenient to drive, there is a valley and a temple at the door, as well as herds of sheep and horses. They also gave us a free tour guide, who accompanied us for half a day to explain several temples for free. This was my fifth visit to Mount Wutai, and I was most satisfied with the B&B I stayed in. The floor heating in the room was very warm, the bed was very comfortable, it was very quiet at night, and I slept very well. I will stay at their house again next time I come.

The boss is very good, stayed for about 20 days. The first time I lived in the room downstairs, I changed to the room upstairs when I lived. Especially warm, the boss is very good. My brother's feet were broken, but when I returned to Beijing, I was broken. Thanks to the boss's reminder, I must go to the hospital to check it. During the stay, the temples in the core scenic area of Wutai Mountain were almost all worshipped. When returning to the room, the boss will make up the water. It is very convenient to go to the core scenic area from the homestay. If there are Tibetans staying, it will be particularly lively.

Guest UserThe room is clean, spacious and bright, with fresh air and a peaceful atmosphere. The scenery outside the window is pleasant, and transportation and shopping are very convenient. It is very close to all the attractions and you can walk to the long-distance bus station. The mushroom noodles in the restaurant downstairs are the best noodles I have eaten in Wutai Mountain, much better than the local knife-cut noodles, and the portion is also sufficient.

Excellent! It's very close to Wuye Temple, so you don't have to rush around early in the morning. The owner and staff are very helpful and patient. You can ask the owner's wife if you have any questions. The food selection is comprehensive and the taste is authentic. The rooms are very clean, and there's a buffet breakfast with a good variety. I highly recommend it! The owner offers discounts for dining and staying at the hotel.
