"Easily accessible via 2 metro lines. DIA & Carrefour within walking distance. The dormitory is great, with ensuite & balcony. TCH Madrid have one of the cosiest common area for a hostel. There's also a space where they held events like dance classes or movie screening. Only cons: no fridge & microwave oven."

"This was my second stay at this hostel and it's still amazing. One of the best hostels I have stayed at in Europe. It is well located - right off the Mayor Plaza. Close to bus routes and not too far from the subway. The hostel staff are super friendly and always available - 24hr front desk. They are hapy to have a chat with you and make recommendations and give advice - or just sing along to whatever is playing from the bar. They weresuper gracious and helped to arrange my friends and I in the same room - even though we all had individual bookings. The rooftop is excellent. We spent several siesta's up there; reading and chatting and having a drink. Just note that the rooftop bar is a public space and at times sections of it are booked for events. But otherwise the view of the rooftops and the church dome are worth it. The rooms are spacious enough, as is the private bathroom. There are additional bathrooms on each floor - gendered. The bunk ladders are a little steep on the steps - my shorter friend struggled getting up to her bunk - we had to use the foot stool to assist. But the ability to have two people using the bathroom in the room at a time made for easy use - especially with only 6 people in our dorm. The free margarita making each night from 9pm and the bar crawl are worth checking out. My friend also also did the walking tour - and said she found it super informative and. chill. Lots of food recommendations and the group all grabbed lunch together after the tour."

"I highly recommend this to anyone who has a flight from Madrid Airport. All staff are friendly and helpful. Only a thing that location. It’s far from anything."

"Located at one end of a strip of hotels near the airport, I've stayed at almost all of them. Their prices are all pretty similar, but this hotel consistently offers great value for money. It's highly recommended if you're catching a flight."

"The room was clean and the bathroom also clean and had everything I needed. I have absolutely no complaints there. WLAN worked well and reliably, except for a few disconnects, but it was not included. The cleaning personnel offered to clean the room more frequently than was necessary, which was fine, but I don't need my room to be cleaned every day or even every second day. I keep it quite clean anyway. The only thing I missed was a little fridge to put drinks in, so that I could cool water bottles or milk. The reception desk people were also always friendly and understood my bad Spanish and were helpful. Thank you. If you don't have to be in the very center of Madrid, the location of this hotel is still fine, since the metro is merely 5min away walking distance and quickly gets you anywhere in Madrid."

"The location is superb. It is within walking distance of the main attractions in Madrid. The bus station and subway station are also nearby. The quality of breakfast is OK, but it is basically the same every day. There is only one staff member in the busiest time in the morning, so the omelette pan is a mess, the fried dough sticks are not served in time, and the coffee pot is not provided in time. The room facilities are very average, the kettle is a bit dirty, and the hot and cold water in the shower is difficult to control."

"It was my first time in Madrid. We travelled with my mom to celebrate her birthday and the choice couldn't be better. The location is super convenient just walking distance from the Royal Palace and many other touristic spots. The food at breakfast is varied and delicious, the smell of the hotel and the room (mint) is so delicious and the cherry on top is the super kind staff who are willing to help at anytime. They even helped me to make this special decoration and offered a gift to my mom on her Birthday day. For sure I would like to come back and big thanks to all the staff."

"The hotel is very close to the metro system, which makes it convenient for getting around the city. The design is truly interesting – each floor has a different style, which makes the hotel unique and fun to explore. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Breakfast is decent with a good selection. However, due to the focus on design, some comfort and functionality are a bit sacrificed. We stayed on the 3rd floor, which is quite dark. The room itself felt small because of the large marble table and fixed bench that take up a lot of space and can’t be moved. The pillows are also quite unusual and could definitely be more comfortable. Overall, it’s a stylish and memorable place, especially for design lovers, but travelers looking for a more practical and cozy stay might find it less comfortable."

"Great location, fast wi-fi, comfortable bed. Laundry room was a really nice bonus. As for the downsides... On the first day people kept entering my room with their keycards, and not all of them were hotel workers, which was creepy. One night some neighbours were **********. Good for them, not so good for my sleep — so the soundproofing could be better. And I also got allergic to the shower gel which never happened before. So it really was a 50/50 experience"

"We had a wonderful stay in Crowne Plaza Centew Retiro. Few min walk to Metro. Ginos restaurant and VIPS restaurant are opposite to the hotel and closed at midnight. The junior suite was great with a King bed and a double sofa bed which are big enough for a family of 4. The hotel provided welcome drinks and snacks in the bar. Free Illy coffee capsules and cookies in the room. The minibar in the junior suite was fully stocked and complimentary. All staff are friendly and nice. Thanks Nuria Pastor and your team for the arrangement which made our journey so special. We would definitely recommend our friends to stay here. The hotel was connected with Voco. We also booked buffet breakfast in Voco hotel with kid price EUR15 and Adult EUR 19. Great variety of food and drinks."
