"Stayed in the NEW Deluxe Queenbed Room. The room comes with a queen-size bed and a smart TV (YouTube, Netflix, etc. available — just log in with your own account). Got a room on the 8th floor: fast Wi-Fi up to 30 Mbps, and a wonderful night sky view. Highlights: Varied and delicious breakfast. A complete menu is available — appetizers, buffet breakfast, egg corner, Asian and Western dishes (photos attached). Very strategic location, close to a mall, Brawijaya University, and Muhammadiyah University. GoFood and GrabFood friendly. At night, there are tons of great food options nearby — from penyetan, martabak, red fried rice, and more — all within 0–30 minutes delivery range. "Located in the middle of the city accessible to tons of food places, malls and amenities! The room very clean, spacious and deco very well. The pillows were very soft, the room was clean and we got a room with a swimming pool view. Trimurti restaurant offers very wide range and delicious indoor menu!"

"This hotel was great for the money. Good food. Great staff. I don’t think it was in the Best place, but it wasn’t the worst either . There is a couple of fruit stands, right outside of the hotel, which was great to have. The hotel is nice and spacious.  Easy access for taxi pickup."

"The hotel is clean and the facilities are well maintained, though they are a bit limited. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was decent with a fair selection. One thing to note—if you're a light sleeper like me, you might wake up early due to the nearby prayer call, as the sound carries quite clearly into the room. That said, I understand and respect the local culture, and it’s something to be aware of for those with sensitive sleep schedules. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"It was my first visit harris with my family, i book 3 rooms in this accomodation, and all the room is good with a stunning view to the pool and the green area, Also the pool in good condition, my kids very happy after swim can play @playground with the helpfull staff. Thank you harris"

"The hotel is old but in a good way, means all the hoteliers are well trained & friendly, very reliable too. The location is very strategic, not too far from the main part of the city, but not too close that you get cramped up every time you leave the hotel. It's on the main road, not difficult for online taxis to reach. Parking's not huge, but enough for the guests (in my opinion, the parking's way better than any other hotels i've seen down the road). The hotel room is old but clean, in my opinion. The bathrooms are clean & spacious. Although some of the furnitures shows its age & the locks are worn out, all the areas are super clean. One thing that is most memorable is the body wash! Love the body wash, so fragrant! If you're looking for a getaway & simply for rest, this is a hotel for you. This hotel might not provide cable/netflix, (there's still wifi dont worry) or facilities like the gym, BUT this hotel works for me who's looking to rest and relax. This hotel feels like a trip down memory lane, just like malang. Very nostalgic in the best way possible"

"The hotel is strategically located right in the heart of Malang city, next to a mall and a stadium. The room was clean and the service was quick. I stayed with my family for 2 nights during our trip to Bromo. The food at the cafe was also delicious, especially the pecal and coffee. Fantastic!"

"The location is just off the main street running through Malang, makes the hotel less affected by traffic noise. One of the minor drawbacks of this hotel is the lobby drop off area and minimal availability of parking onsite. The friendliness and helpful customer service can be felt as you step into the hotel, from the security to the receptionist and workers all radiating warm smiles. Our check in process was smooth, we were assisted to find an available room for early check-in before 1pm . The restaurant staff was also attentive and courteous. The hotel felt relatively new, only a couple years old and in great shape. The bedroom had semi firm but comfortable mattrass, with abundant pillows. Delightfully we got a 55” LG Smart Tv, with the to-date streaming services available (Netflix, Disney, Prime, Vidio, Youtube) and also cable tv showing international channels (AXN, Japanese, Arabic, etc). The room felt very cosy for resting after a long day's work or travel. The bathroom, although only had showers and no bathtub, gave great water pressure and hot water. The only complaint from the hotel is perhaps due to the connecting door, we can hear the other room's door closing and opening loudly as well as some talking from the other room. Hotel had an interesting gym for good workout, rooftop cafe/restaurant. Didnt try any of those facilities for this trip but hopefully for my next trip. This is my second stay at 101 and look forward to returning again. Also, right across the hotel is a Sara Bakery, which serves good cakes and bakery products, and has a full restaurant menu also."
