Staff was really great and helpful and the room itself was all right. Thought the bathroom was rather dirty with other people hair and mold on the wall which was kind of disgusting. The breakfast was ok but my fiend is a vegetarian and there weren’t much options for her"

"It was my first time visiting Malang, and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is brand new, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. The breakfast selection was surprisingly good, and the staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel is located in an area surrounded by student housing, which gives it a lively and youthful atmosphere. There are plenty of food options right outside mostly affordable, student-friendly choices but if you’re looking for something more upscale, there are also better dining options just a few hundred meters away. Convenience is another plus, with multiple Indomaret and Alfamart stores nearby that are open 24 hours. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely come back to stay at this lovely hotel again."

"My family and I got a room in the new building. In terms of cleanliness, it is very good for the room, swimming pool and breakfast area. It's just that the iron stairs to the 2nd floor are quite slippery and lack maintenance The hospitality is very good. It is quite accommodating for our needs during our vacation yesterday. Hopefully in the future there will be a lift for the 2nd floor (because for the elderly or disabled it will be quite difficult to go up and down using the stairs) but overall the place is good. Highly recommended"

The staff very accommodating and you have needs like massages, going to certain places, they show you how to reach. You can hang out at the veranda, you can hop of Grab/Gojek or Angkut easily when you walk out the hotel. The hotel’s room is undergoing some renovation. You get to enjoy a bit vintage view, a bit Indonesian view."
