"A small and beautiful hotel. Traveling with my mother, there is a lake outside the window. My mother is very satisfied with the hot springs. The hotel service is very considerate. We stayed overnight and had two meals. We enjoyed the meal in the evening. The hotel is right next to the 28th station. We took the A bus from Tobu Nikko Station. We took the C bus by mistake. It stopped at the 26th station and did not go further. We walked from the 26th station to the 28th station, which is about 7 or 8 minutes."

"The hotel is hidden in the mountains and a 10-minute drive from Nikko Station. The lobby and restaurant are designed with artistic features, and the photos are very good. The viewing platform can overlook the mountains and waterfalls. The white waterfall can be seen in the green eyes. The maple leaf season will be more beautiful! Breakfast and dinner can be made according to your itinerary, reservation meal time, breakfast is quite satisfactory (Figure 3). The most amazing is Western dinner, the environment is comfortable, the ingredients are fresh, the production is meticulous, the plate is beautiful, and the Michelin restaurant is comparable. This meal is worth half of the price, which is an unexpected surprise on this trip!"

"The hotel is great! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with many facilities like karaoke, a game center, and more. I visited with my family, a total of 14 people, and they were able to arrange a private room for us for both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were buffet-style and absolutely delicious. The onsen experience was wonderful, and the view from the onsen was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the Kinugawa River. However, there was one issue: when we checked in, the reception took our passports for photocopying. Unfortunately, they missed returning one of the passports to us. It wasn’t until after we checked out and reached our next stop that we realized one passport was missing. We had to go back to the hotel to take it. Despite this, the overall experience was great, and I would still recommend the hotel."

"first of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's & a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan"

"The hotel is at the end of the Tangzhi Lake. The environment is quiet and beautiful. It is suitable for self-driving. The room is clean and tidy. There is free parking. The breakfast and dinner are rich and delicious. The hot spring has one indoor and outdoor size. The only problem is that the room only has a bathroom without a bath. You must go to the public bath. "The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the view was great. The free cocktail and coffee services in the lobby were nice, as well as the free drink bar (including one beer per person) near the entrance to the hot spring. The paid massage service was also good. The meals were decent, especially the grilled beef, which simply melted in my mouth. The restaurant staff welcomed us warmly and provided friendly service. Cons: The variety of hot springs was lacking, and the view from the hot springs was almost blocked, which was disappointing. The lockers for valuables used combination dials, and foreign guests often didn’t know how to use them, locking their room keys inside and struggling to reopen them. This was a major inconvenience. They should switch to a key-and-wristband system like other onsen hotels. The room itself felt like an old, once-grand mansion that had seen better days. The furniture had many scratches, and the surfaces were worn and peeling. It made me think it must have been impressive in the past. Still, the room was definitely more spacious compared to other hotels."
