"The best location on Isla Mujeres. It is also a relatively large hotel on the island. The front desk service is very good. The room has been upgraded. It has a large space and a suite with a front view of the sea. The hotel's exclusive beach is across the road but very close. The texture is fine and white, and the waves are not big. It is very suitable for swimming and the experience is great!"

"This hotel is perfectly okay it's in a good location in the swimming pool is cold because it's surrounded by six floors of the hotel. The rest of places I've been the swimming pools have been hot. Don't lose the hotel key cuz they'll charge you 100 pesos. They can't recommend good restaurants but the staff is okay. The room has a good air conditioner in it has a refrigerator. I would stay here again. It's not perfect but it's okay and then a good location. One bad thing is you're not supposed to flush the toilet paper in the toilet I don't like that that's gross. Whenever I did the number two I did flush the toilet paper cuz that's just gnarly gross. One more problem internet was terrible. On the TV and on my phone it was okay in my computer for some reason. TV was a bit hard work. Bring your computer because internet on my phone didn't not work very well at all and was incredibly slow."

"Honest review: Only stay here if you are a backpacker. We stayed as a couple on vacation. The location is very good. The rooms are extremely small. The shower sometime did not have hot water and pressure was low. The bathroom smelt badly of some cleaning product or grey water. There is no safe in the room. The pool was dirty. The private beach area is very pretty BUT please note, you can only sit on the loungers if you spend 200 peso in the bar......so realy there is no where to sit and chill. You can't swim on this side, but it is very close to the swim beach. We booked to stay 3 nights but left after 2. No where to wash feet and sand is everywhere."

"It was a great hotel, I loved the vibe especially the sunset was amazing! Great costumer service and very delicious food! The only thing that i didn't like was the beach, very sallow so you couldn't have a proper swim unless you walked a bit. But in general was amazing!"

"Overall, I would rate this 5/10. The resort has beautiful surroundings with lots of greenery—I'd give the environment 9/10. The pool was nice, although it extremely shallow. So you can’t swim. You just stand. There are plenty of amenities, and on paper it's an all-inclusive resort, but that doesn't mean much if the food is disappointing. The room was spacious and clean. When we first entered, it had a very strong chlorine smell, but apart from that, it was well maintained. The biggest letdown was the food. The “Italian” restaurant is a 3/10. The pizza was at best disappointing, the rest of the dishes were just average. The only ice cream shop is at best 4/10—completely bland. The pizza place had a waiting time of 30min. So I couldn’t try it. There was a moment were all places were closed. So I couldn’t have an early lunch or late breakfast. So I got some fruit (ok) and some extremely unfresh and dry burger from a bar, which I couldn’t finish. The lunch buffet was also 3/10, honestly some of the worst food I've had ever. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent (9/10) with a great variety of options. The drinks were another disappointment. They were extremely weak. Normally, one or two cocktails are enough for me, but here I needed four or five to feel anything, which made them seem heavily diluted. The staff were excellent throughout the stay—friendly, professional, and helpful. One thing that surprised me was the activities. Before going to the beach, I asked about one excursion and was told it cost $80 per person. So it seems that not every activity is included in an all-inclusive package… but charging $80 per person for a boat trip to go swimming felt excessive. For €240 per night, I expected much better food and better overall value. The beautiful grounds and good staff weren't enough to make up for the disappointing dining experience."

"I really like hotel because it has everything within walking distance with a beautiful beach across the street. Price is very reasonable, but make sure you get the new side and not the old. I have stayed there several times and still love it!"

"The location is like a corner where you go at night, so you can't go out without a car. I think it has the best facilities among the hotels. It's clean and there's nothing unnecessary. The restaurant also has an open feel and is really nice. The service was very good, but since I stayed at Scarlet Arte just before, I was disappointed with the friendliness of the staff, but I think the company's proactive activities will make up for everything. The rice is more delicious than Scarlet Arte and the quality is better. It's a shame there aren't any activities, but I think they will happen in the future if the company invests more.
