"The place allows you to disconnect from tension and stress. The facilities are very nice and the staff is super friendly and helpful. What I didn't like is that there are several armchairs to sit on, even in the rooms, that had stains... which made me not feel comfortable sitting down. The included breakfast is very extensive and all the dishes are super cool and tasty."

"Overall, I would rate this 5/10. The resort has beautiful surroundings with lots of greenery—I'd give the environment 9/10. The pool was nice, although it extremely shallow. So you can’t swim. You just stand. There are plenty of amenities, and on paper it's an all-inclusive resort, but that doesn't mean much if the food is disappointing. The room was spacious and clean. When we first entered, it had a very strong chlorine smell, but apart from that, it was well maintained. The biggest letdown was the food. The “Italian” restaurant is a 3/10. The pizza was at best disappointing, the rest of the dishes were just average. The only ice cream shop is at best 4/10—completely bland. The pizza place had a waiting time of 30min. So I couldn’t try it. There was a moment were all places were closed. So I couldn’t have an early lunch or late breakfast. So I got some fruit (ok) and some extremely unfresh and dry burger from a bar, which I couldn’t finish. The lunch buffet was also 3/10, honestly some of the worst food I've had ever. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent (9/10) with a great variety of options. The drinks were another disappointment. They were extremely weak. Normally, one or two cocktails are enough for me, but here I needed four or five to feel anything, which made them seem heavily diluted. The staff were excellent throughout the stay—friendly, professional, and helpful. One thing that surprised me was the activities. Before going to the beach, I asked about one excursion and was told it cost $80 per person. So it seems that not every activity is included in an all-inclusive package… but charging $80 per person for a boat trip to go swimming felt excessive. For €240 per night, I expected much better food and better overall value. The beautiful grounds and good staff weren't enough to make up for the disappointing dining experience."

"This hotel is perfectly okay it's in a good location in the swimming pool is cold because it's surrounded by six floors of the hotel. The rest of places I've been the swimming pools have been hot. Don't lose the hotel key cuz they'll charge you 100 pesos. They can't recommend good restaurants but the staff is okay. The room has a good air conditioner in it has a refrigerator. I would stay here again. It's not perfect but it's okay and then a good location. One bad thing is you're not supposed to flush the toilet paper in the toilet I don't like that that's gross. Whenever I did the number two I did flush the toilet paper cuz that's just gnarly gross. One more problem internet was terrible. On the TV and on my phone it was okay in my computer for some reason. TV was a bit hard work. Bring your computer because internet on my phone didn't not work very well at all and was incredibly slow."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The poolside room with a view of the ocean was superb. The rooms were lovely and had everything needed for a comfortable stay The staff were extremely helpful when booking a tour to Chichen Itza and nothing ever seemed to be a problem. It’s a lovely relaxed place 10 minutes by taxi from downtown. I had a great stay, but travelled with the wrong person unfortunately. So I’d love to come back and make it the perfect stay next time. "

"The location is perfect, but the environment is not clean, and there are not many choices of food. The sea view is incomparable. You can watch the sunset in the restaurant on the beach and watch the sunrise in the sea-view room. But the room facilities are not good, and the room is not clean. The elevator is small and slow, and it's dark inside."

"Did you expect too much... First of all, it's a pity that I didn't receive the buckler service well. I tried to install the app in Korea, but I couldn't authenticate the app, so I exchanged it with KakaoTalk, but the answer came quickly, but the execution time was too slow. If you ask me to do something, you have to tell me two or three times... Because there are so many people, I think you must make a reservation for all restaurants. And it took a very long time to order food from room service or at a restaurant. It took more than an hour... Still, I think it's hard to follow any hotel in terms of facilities, beach-owned chic cabaret show, etc. Still, I have intention to revisit ~!~!"

"We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The check in process was quick within 5-10 mins and we were given the quiet room type as requested when we booked which is great. Room is big and clean with amazing ocean view and come with your own private balcony and hammock. Shower water pressure and temperature were on point too. We were worried about the Wi-Fi due to the numerous complaints seen online but surprisingly it was great throughout our stay at the highest floor! Fresh drinking water located the lobby with hot drinks making facility and they also provide microwave which is a bonus. Location is very strategic as well, just get off the ferry pier then walk straight up the road and within 2 mins you will find Rocamar. Supermarket (Super Aki) is nearby too, within 1-2 mins walk only. So as the restaurants, laundry services and souvenir shops which were less than 5 mins walk. We would highly recommend this hotel. Con: They can improve on washing the towels, though cleaned but still stained."

"The four-day stay was very good. The only drawback was that the floor of the room was too slippery. You have to be careful. Before I checked out on the last day, it was raining outside and the floor of the room was wet and slippery. I fell twice and my foot was completely swollen. I couldn't walk normally for the next few days. Fortunately, I found no fractures after a check-up."
