"I think most reviews are from people in their young 20's. They want to party( the hotel is situated right in the busy area of Chaweng) and don't need qualitysleep. Us on the otherhand need a comfortable matras and quietness. That are the things you are not getting here. The sun was on the windows and if the airconditioning(which makes a lot of noise) was off , it was a sauna. We fell asleep at 4am , finally, and got woken up again bij the first airplane 6.55 am. Not for us here!"

"An excellent beachfront hotel located on Chaweng Noi's best quiet beach. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was spacious and featured a large balcony; ground-floor rooms come with a veranda. The nights are incredibly peaceful, with only the sound of birds singing. A small, odor-free stream runs nearby. Access to both the beach and the restaurant is convenient via a small bridge. A monitor lizard even makes its home in the stream! Breakfasts were somewhat basic and repetitive, though generally acceptable. The restaurant itself offers a fantastic ocean view. On the downside: the bathroom lacked a handheld shower, and there was no telephone in the room. On the plus side: the hotel boasts beautiful, well-maintained green grounds, a nice swimming pool, and a peaceful atmosphere. Bottled water is also provided. There's a Tops supermarket nearby, and a 7/11 is about a 10-minute walk away. However, there aren't many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, so we frequently had to walk or drive into Chaweng center. The Central Festival mall is approximately a 2km walk. It's a great option for families with children, and I highly recommend it."

"Baan Hin Sai Resort & Spa — Samui, Thailand This hotel is all about nature, tranquility, and the feeling of living right inside a jungle. The hotel grounds are incredibly well integrated into the surrounding landscape: lush greenery, massive rocks, and varying elevations – everything looks completely natural, without the impression that nature was 'forced' to accommodate construction. During our stay, we saw monitor lizards on the property twice. They scurry away and hide immediately, but the very fact of having such neighbors is more of a positive, confirming that the place is alive and authentic. It's really cool that the hotel exists in harmony with the natural environment, rather than instead of it. Upon check-in, we were offered drinks (though quite sweet), and they thoroughly answered all our questions. Throughout our stay, they were always available and assisted with any issues that came up. Guests are driven around the property by Thai staff in two electric buggies, which is convenient given the hotel's terrain and size. Every evening, musicians play and sing at the bar near the reception. The atmosphere is very lively and warm: you can dance, sing karaoke, and they even offer complimentary alcoholic cocktails, which is a pleasant and unexpected touch. Mornings here are a special delight. There's a stunning view of the sunrise, the sea breaking against the coastal rocks, and lots of sea foam. It's incredibly beautiful and meditative. The sea is clean. Breakfasts are buffet-style, but without a 'wow' factor. Our rating for the food is 6 out of 10: neither the presentation, approach, taste, nor variety impressed us. We didn't have lunch, dinner, or the festive menu, so we're only rating the breakfasts. The staff are welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. This is one of the hotel's strong advantages. We used the pool with views of the sea and rocks – the pool was clean, and we never saw anyone else in it during our entire stay, which added to the sense of seclusion and privacy. Ratings: Grounds: 8 / 10 Room: 7 / 10 Food (breakfasts): 6 / 10 PS for the hotel: It would be great to create a hub area near the reception – a place where guests could spend time during the day and evening. A table tennis table, billiards, and a small area with a pull-up bar and parallel bars would fit in perfectly."

"The hotel was half empty, but they checked us in, as always, at the end of the world 🥴, but overall it was comfortable, the main thing was the sea. Breakfast was all eggs in various forms, no hot food, ham, sausages, and overcooked bacon. We bought chicken for breakfast at Sevan, which was fine. 😀 I recommend it to those who like a quieter place."

"Basically the hotel is good.the location is excellent,on the shore at a low price.there is your cafe where you can eat from morning to 9 p.m. The area is cleaned. Some houses have air conditioning and smart TV(which is very convenient).wi-fi catches 5+, dezh in the sea near the hotel. Of the downsides: rooms are simple and require cosmetic repair.water runs slowly. On a couple of days I would still return 😉"

"The rooms are nice and modern, good selection at breakfast good facilities but the major drawback is that the bathroom for us smelled like sewage (the smell you can smell walking through the streets in some places) reception were trying to say no bad smell - housekeeping did come up and sort us out temporarily with spray etc but the smell would always linger back especially after a shower…."

"I had booked this hotel with the advice of a Youtuber, and I was absolutely not disappointed. It is a family hotel with very careful and amenable staff. The hotel is close to everything: a few minutes from the beach and the shopping centre. It is ideally located in the parallel street on the seafront, where hotels are much more expensive, just two minutes walk. I had booked two nights to test, and finally I stayed three weeks! You can also reserve 15,000 bahts per month, plus electricity. The swimming pool is very well exposed afternoon, it is warm and partly shadowed. A free billiard has recently been installed, and the rental of scooters and cars is possible directly at the hotel. In short, it was perfect for me. If you had to send a little bemol, it would be the location that is quite noisy. However, we cannot have everything: to avoid noise, we should be isolated from the center, because even the cheapest hotels are exposed to noise in this area."

"Excellent location, quiet rooms with comfortable bed and good aircon. When the sea is calm, it is so relaxing on the beach. Bean bags great for day & evening chilling. Excellent staff. Pizza fab day or night. Happy hour G&T was a welcome offering. Varied music around the pool gave a good happy vibe without being over the top. Loved you could walk into the sea on soft sand. Mall/ bars/restaurants on doorstep.. short walk outside Resort entrance. Close to airport so some air noise when flights arrive/depart. Did not notice after 1st day. Tip. Mozi plug-in is a must in all of Asia. Friendly beach vendors. All ages hotel."

"A nice resort at its peak, but now quite run down and old. Had some issues with water in the shower and the walls and furniture show a lot of wear. Could not find a hairdryer either. However, it was cheap, the room was large, bed comfortable, pool is nice. Room had balcony. And you can walk across the street to Hyatt Regency and have food at their beach club, maybe even pool, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was good for my short stay purposes and close to the airport too."

"we came for 3 days and extended to 21 days, my daughter said best holiday she ever had and we never left the hotel. super super clean everywhere (the rooms/grounds/pools/everywhere) ALL staff from reception to the cleaners always super nice always pleasant to see and say hello Food was awesome, tried all seafood, all snacks, all western, all thai. ALL brilliant. 2 great pools and the beach which is a lovely sandy beach right there just meters away from room. Probably the nicest holiday had ever (maybe next time we leave the hotel but honestly it had everything needed).. cant wait to go back again"
