"We had a very quiet and romantic stay in the sarann Koh Samui, perfect for couples who want privacy and a peaceful environment. The location and amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. However, the bed was a bit too soft for our preference, the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor during our stay, and one of the lamps in the room was not working. Overall, it’s a lovely place for a romantic getaway, but a few small improvements would make the experience even better."

"Nice and clean, comfy bungalows with modern styling bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet with peekaboo windows from room, and outdoor shower with rack for hanging wet towels and swimming wear. Nice terrace with table and chairs to sit outside and enjoy fresh morning air, and lovely evenings. The staff is very friendly and the ladies in the restaurant were very gracious. The 3 tiered pools were lovely with gorgeous view.  The middle one needed some cleaning of leaves that blew down from the wind. The hot water filled only half the tub, but after waiting 15min the water heater was able to fill up the rest of the tub, which was enjoyable and worth the extra effort. Good value and comfortable."

"Five-star rating all around! Huge thanks to Nan for all the care and attention. The sliding door in the room was a bit stiff, which wasn't really an issue, but they insisted on fixing it anyway. I loved the Panpuri toiletries, the well-stocked mini-bar, and the coffee machine with capsules available for free. Breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious, and the view was fantastic. The pool villa had direct access to the beach, and you could even walk to Cocotams from there."

"This hotel from the starters fantastic! Awesome customer service and very friendly and helpful! Nothing was to much trouble also gave great recommendations on were to eat and go! Rooms were spotless although on the smaller sideburns enough space for 2 people and having the balcony was a great addition. Breakfast was not a massive variety but what they had was excellent. Location was right in the middle of Chaweng and could not have been a more central location. Would definitely recommend The Stay to any body! Also great view just to chill and have a smoke overlooking the ocean"

"I stayed at Samaya Wellness Resort for two weeks. The staff were consistently pleasant and the room was always kept clean. The buffet-style breakfast was okay but those who stay for longer visits may find it to be lacking in variety. There are plenty of nearby reasonably priced restaurants. The resort has two pools - the one I used was small but good for exercise. The biggest drawback for me was that it was not possible to swim in the water off the beach. After going out into waste deep water, one's feet can be shredded by the rocks. Other beaches may be preferrable if one wants t swim in the ocean."

"I booked a deluxe room with sea view. The room was on the ground floor with a view to the pool. Technically, you could see at the very end of the long pool, between the heads of the people swimming, the blue of the sea. It is very disappointing to book a sea view room and get this, it is not the room in the pictures. Lightning was awful, very bright. You could have of all light on or none of them."

"Very pleasant hotel. Loved that you can literally roll from the bed to the pool! Beautifully designed and in a very quiet part of Samui. Only downsides were the location (you need a scooter or expensive taxis to move around) and the breakfast, which fell short for a 4 star hotel."

"Five night stay at Impiana in a sea view room. Location is at the quiet end of Cheweng Noi so many times especially early in the morning it felt like you had the beach to yourself. The downside as others have mentioned is that it is on the main ring road with no footpaths so it is hard to get to restaurants and shops without either taking a grab, braving the highway, or walking down the beach and cutting through another resort. The included breakfast was excellent and the meal we had in the restaurant was also good. Other dining options are available at other hotels via the beach. We enjoyed having dinks and playing pool at the beach bar in between swimming in the ocean or pool and having a massage on the beach next to the resort. Whilst the hotel is a bit dated, and where I was staying was up a number of stairs, the rooms were clean and beds comfy. Rooms were serviced daily with fresh bath and beach towels. Staff were friendly and helpful and arranged a car and driver for a day excursion."

"We really enjoyed our stay at White sands. It seemed really good value for money. We stayed 11 nights with our family. We had three basic rooms. The rooms were really spacious and even had a glimpse of the sea from the balcony with a nice green view. We enjoyed the beach, though a couple of days the waves were too big to enter, but overall this part of the beach is not crowded and great for swimming, as it’s not too shallow, like Choengmon, which is more suitable for little kids and a little more crowded. The pool was also great with kids and for wavy days. Walking distance there is a neat view point and grandma-grandpa rocks, which are an attraction here. The restaurant service was sometimes extremely slow, however once in a while it’s nice to have the option of eating decently and not having to go anywhere far. Some things in the hotel might need a touch of maintenance, like the ACs - they’re a little old and noisy and blow strong right on the beds. We didn’t opt for the breakfast, bought once or twice on the spot, to keep our options open as there are pretty nice places around with bagels, pancakes or omelettes. The road, as mentioned in some previous comments didn’t bother us at all. It takes a couple minutes to walk to the main road with 7-eleven, fruit spot with amazing papaya and mango, pharmacies. Limaya Garden cafe is a little hidden gem of a cafe on the way to view point. Overall, the hotel was great for a relaxing vacation, seems like it has a lot of potential, hope it thrives!"

"Amazing place in the heart of Bo Phil, opposite to coco tams easy to go around, friendliness front desk. I’m lucky enough to get what I asked for. Main Pool has a nice view down side was not enough sun bed and a bit crowded. I love splash zone (kids water fun area) yea I am an adult but nothing wrong to spend time having fun there with few kids. Stress release. I would suggested to Mae a little higher tree or any shade to keep away those people eyes when they are passing by. My king size bed room are specious huge enough for 3 people. Big enough for me who spends sometimes alone. This family hotel is also good for couple & solo traveller as it’s located in the heart of bo Phut, fisherman village , night market is just hotel next door. Highly recommended. Easy to go around by feet, grab, taxi and yes local red cabs!! Lovely staff, will definitely comeback if I want to come to samui"

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Skype Beach Hotel in Koh Samui from 13-16 November 2025 with three of my girlfriends, and I could not be more impressed with the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. A special shout-out to Lee, the manager, who went above and beyond to help organize a surprise birthday celebration for two of my friends in our villa. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the event was a huge success, thanks to Lee and his team. Their thoughtful touches and seamless execution made the experience unforgettable. Throughout our stay, we were consistently impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. Nitty and Ross were particularly outstanding, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring our every need was met. Their hospitality truly set this property apart and made us feel like VIPs. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating more than four people. We especially loved the theatre room, which had two beds and could comfortably accommodate an additional four guests—perfect for relaxing together as a group. As for the food, we were delighted with the breakfast options offered each morning. The Thai Rice Soup and American Breakfast Set were just a few of the delicious choices that started our days off perfectly. Overall, I highly recommend Skype Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Koh Samui. The service is top-notch, the staff is genuinely caring, and the atmosphere is one of warmth and relaxation. This trip was made even more special because of the outstanding efforts from Lee, Nitty, Ross, and the entire team. I will definitely be coming back for future trips and will be recommending this place to anyone I know visiting the island. Thank you agin to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable!!

ИИринэWe stayed at the hotel for a week, booking a room on the second floor with a sea view. However, due to the bar's roof, the sea wasn't visible; we had a pool view instead. The hotel itself is small and compact, located not far from the Grandpa and Grandma rocks, with a small street nearby offering souvenirs and cafes. The room wasn't very large, but the shower room with the toilet was spacious. There was a noticeable damp smell, though. Our room was equipped with a bed, air conditioning, a few tables, a chair, a large mirror (a rarity for Thailand!), a lighted cosmetic mirror, a wardrobe, a luggage rack, a fridge, a kettle, a tea set, and sachets of coffee, tea, and sugar. A welcome fruit plate was also provided. Beach towels were available, along with a large rubber beach bag, which was very convenient. Slippers and a full set of toiletries were included: cotton pads, cotton buds, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, and hair conditioner. We dried our clothes either on the balcony or in the shower, and everything seemed to dry fine. There's a TV, and we found Russian videos on YouTube, so we weren't bored if we stayed in the room in the evenings. We were quite surprised by the lack of an iron, but it seems that ironing isn't common there, so not all hotels provide them. 7/11 stores are within walking distance, and prices are reasonable, though beer is cheaper by the pack at the Macro hypermarket. We had breakfast included, but didn't go every day. Breakfasts were decent; not super varied, but we never left hungry – everything tasted good. They served a fruit plate, a plate with cheese/butter/ham, and you could order either an omelet or scrambled eggs, with optional bacon and cheese. The coffee from the machine was quite strong, even with milk. There was always a crispy baguette, toast bread with a toaster, and a variety of fruits like rambutan, bananas, passion fruit, and watermelon (which varied daily). Yogurts, muesli, pastries, cookies, cucumbers, tomatoes, and leafy salad were also available. Getting to Lamai night market on foot takes almost an hour, by taxi it's about 200 baht, and walking directly along the beach takes about 25 minutes. There's a small food market towards the Red Temple, which also has live music and a small trampoline for kids. Prices there are dirt cheap. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The beach near the hotel has some rocks, but if you walk a bit to the left, there are fewer rocks and lots of fish. Crabs hang out among the rocks in the mornings. The hotel offers free paddleboards (SUPs) – we took them a couple of times – and also masks and snorkels. We only noticed the latter later, so we had already bought our own. There are dogs living at the hotel, but they are absolutely friendly, usually just chilling among the guests, and only bark at fishermen. No need to be afraid! We arrived before check-in time and had to wait a bit, but we were checked in on schedule. Overall, the hotel is quite good, but a bit far from the nightlife. If you're mobile, getting around the island won't be an issue. There were no Russians at first, then a couple and a man arrived. Primarily, Germans stay there. I give the hotel a solid four out of five stars and wish them prosperity! Thanks for the hospitality!

Our room was cleaned and fresh towels provided every day. All the staff @ reception, the restaurant and on the beach were always helpful and friendly, they go above and beyond to make your stay an unforgettable one! Special thanks to Zaw and Yelly, you are both amazing! The breakfast was great every morning, compliments to the chef for awesome Thai dishes, yes, I actually had curry for breakfast! I just couldn't resist! There were also plenty of other choises, omelettes and eggs cooked fresh to taste, cereal, different breads, fresh fruit, yoghurt, something for every taste! The swim up bar was a great bonus, we got fantastic cocktails and service from Hanlay, try the cocktail served in a fresh pineapple, highly recommended 👌 The grounds and beach are kept very clean and the tropical peacefulness is a welcome relieve if you return from shopping or eating in the busy road right at the front(heaps of restaurants to choose from) A restaurant is also available every niight @ Chaweng garden, right on the beach, serving fresh seafood cooked to your liking and other delicious meals! We cant recommend Chaweng Garden high enough! We will definitely return! Thanks for making our holiday an unforgettable one!

There are a couple of cafes within walking distance, but we didn’t go to them, there weren’t many people there either, except that a couple of times we saw a few farangs having breakfast. Report offers delivery to and from the beach during certain hours. I don’t remember the price: either free, or for a symbolic fee, very low. They also offered to order breakfast and have it delivered to your villa: it’s certainly more expensive than in a regular cafe, but still affordable. We did not use this service, since we would have to plan breakfast time in advance (why?). The beach... we stayed during the daytime low tides, so I can’t say anything good about the sea, but the beach itself is clean and almost deserted. Surprises: we booked a villa with three bedrooms and a living room + a swimming pool. When looking at the photos of the rooms (at the time of booking), I could not understand the location of the room and also could not understand the privacy of the pool. Will the pool be ours alone or will it have to be shared with guests from some other villa. I even looked around on Google Maps, but still didn’t fully understand it. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised that this very villa consists of two separate houses between which there is a swimming pool (not small, but medium in size). One house consists of two bedrooms with separate entrances and separate bathrooms, and the other house consists of a huge living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom + 2 bathrooms. Grandiose! Another patio. Of the minuses: not very stable wi-fi, TV is brooding. That's all. Air conditioners also do not cool as quickly as we would like, but this is the fault of the building design. A huge area of ​​glazing which is made of single wood. If in the future we install normal aluminum structures with double-glazed windows, it will be possible to achieve a better effect from air conditioners + save on electricity and improve sound insulation. However, air conditioners do their job quite well. It was almost always quiet. Overall everything is ok. This place is worth the money. The owner, Lana, is very friendly and speaks perfect Russian.

AAnonymous UserЗдравствуйте ! Проживала в отеле 4 ночи , выбрала для проживания более старый номер из-за Наличия в нем ванной . Рекомендую выбирать все таки новые номера ( разницы в цене вообще почти нет), они будут располагаться ближе к морю и будут более свежие . Из плюсов - красивая пляжная локация в конце ламаи у камней , на дне есть большие камни но они совершенно не смущают ибо ты их видишь и они далеко друг от друга расположены. На песке меньше мазута в отличии от основной части ламаи. - в отеле много забавных котиков , я их кормила , очень была Рада с ними встретиться и провести время )) - хорошая уборка номеров - завтраки неплохие , много фруктов - персонал рецепции и ресторана Минусы - расположение все таки отдаленное , немного неудобно выезжать на кольцевую дорогу тк в этой локации всегда активный трафик . При этом 7\11 в пешей доступности есть . Все это к самому отелю не относится и данную отдаленность можно считать и как плюс , в данной части пляжа меньше проходимость Был инцидент в номере с 2 огромными тараканами . Такое за всю историю моих многочисленных поездок в Тайланд я встретила во второй раз . И вопрос тут не к уборке точно . Не понимаю почему на завтраках нет кофемашин как во всех отелях , официанты бедные ходят все утро с чайниками предлагая кофе которое сильно разбавлено
