Koh Samui Hotels with Gym

"A warm welcome from the reception staff and they were nice enough to bring us and our bags up to our room, good thing too as the hills within the hotel rooms are very steep. Extremely nice room, beautiful infinity pool overlooking Koh Samui. The breakfast is excellent with many choices you order off the menu rather than the traditional buffet style. The gym was also well equipt for a light workout. The only thing I will say is that this hotel is slightly difficult to access if you are on foot. Its not like you can take a 5 minute stroll to the main high street, its a long windy road with lots of hills and sharp turns, a car or scooter will be needed to get from the hotel to the town but aside from that its an excellent hotel and I would happily visit again."

"We like the location of the hotel which is along Chaweng Beach Road and it is within walking distance and not too far from the beach. For 3-star hotel with a swimming pool and a gym, it is a bonus. The service of the staff was good and they were courteous. Specially to be mentioned is Mr Piak who patiently explained to us - breakfast from 7 am to 10 am, free coffee and tea provided, a safe in the room (a plus point for us), the mineral water stored in 2 glass bottles FOC, leaving the empty glass bottles on the table after consuming, Wifi passport, extra swimming towels provided for swimming etc. Facilities are good. Crossing the Haad Ngam Road, there is a big supermarket SuperCheap and it is very convenient to get any stuff there. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast with a good spread of food for a 3-star hotel. Generally, we were happy with the stay."

"We had a tropical canopy room which was spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The gardens and grounds were very well kept. The resort was very child orientated. There were lots of young families there which is great for families but it wasn't best suited to us as a couple. There was lots of choice for breakfast and the setting on the beach was lovely. But there were young children screaming and running everywhere. Perhaps a section for adults only would be a good idea. We never ate at the restaurant. Partly as we enjoy eating in local restaurants but also because food and drink was 5 times the price compared to most other places and what we did have certainly wasn't 5 times the quality. In addition to this, the staff in the bar weren't particularly friendly or welcoming which is strange as the staff at breakfast were attentive and all the maids, garden and maintenance staff were so friendly. There was an adult only pool but it was quite small although in all fairness, beds did become available throughout the day. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel for couples as I would say that it is definitely more suited to young families."

"We spent 2 weeks with my daughter in this hotel. Good staff, always ready to help with a smile and really with desire. The location of the hotel is good, the first coastline. Large sandy beach, sometimes there were not enough sun loungers. Breakfasts are very modest. Prices in the hotel restaurant are high, mostly ate in other places"

"We stayed at the hotel for 16 days and our overall impression was positive. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, with a kitchen area on the balcony. It was clean when we checked in, and housekeeping was consistently good whenever we requested it. However, the kitchen unfortunately lacked any utensils, cutlery, cooking hob, or even dish soap – just a sink. We usually prepare breakfast at the hotel, so we had to buy everything ourselves. The balcony gets direct sunlight from morning until midday, making it extremely hot and difficult to cook. We couldn't use the balcony at all because it was always too hot, with no breeze whatsoever. The room itself was bright and well-arranged. The shower was good and convenient, with spacious glass shelves. There's also a drying rack on the balcony, which was a nice touch.👍 We liked the pool, although it felt a bit small for the number of rooms. There was something a bit unpleasant to look at in the pool area: a broken wall with rusty, half-rotted iron underneath it. It definitely needs repair, and I'd like to bring this to the management's attention. Another unpleasant point: our room was on the third floor, and no help with luggage was offered either at check-in or check-out. We had very heavy suitcases, and with our back problems, we had to carry them up and down the stairs ourselves. Such incidents always leave a bad taste and feel like a lack of respect for guests. On the downside, soundproofing is poor. You can hear conversations in the corridor very clearly. At night, we not only heard people talking but also arguing, which kept us up for a couple of nights. There was also a very unpleasant incident. The security guard was inexplicably absent, and a car backing up hit some parked motorbikes, including ours. We had just arrived and were taking off our helmets when a neighboring bike fell onto ours. It wasn't badly damaged because my husband managed to catch it. The car driver didn't even bother to get out, check the situation, or apologize; he just drove off. If my husband hadn't caught the falling bike, many other bikes could have been damaged. A note for the security guard! We liked the hotel's location. We used a motorbike, so we visited all the nearby beaches, which suited us well. If walking, it's about a 15-minute walk to the beach. Overall, I would give this hotel a solid four out of five stars."

"Here's the revised review: ”I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my thoughts. On the positive side: - The view was truly breathtaking and fabulous. - The family room was fantastic and met our needs. - The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially the lady at the front desk who was always smiling and helpful. - The breakfast was good and satisfying. However, there were some areas that fell short of my 4-star expectations: - The hotel's location was inconvenient, requiring a taxi ride to reach any beach. - The rooms lacked a telephone, which was a notable omission. - There was no bell boy or concierge service available. - The swimming pool was not well-maintained, with dirty water that needed vacuuming and chlorination. - The lack of a kids' area was noticeable, and the absence of laundry facilities was inconvenient. - Due to the pool's condition, we requested a change or refund, but unfortunately, the hotel wasn't able to accommodate our request. Despite the issues, the staff's friendliness made our stay bearable. To live up to its 4-star rating, the hotel needs to address these issues and improve its facilities and services.”"

"I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and received excellent service. All the staff were lovely, polite, and humble. The accommodation itself was a Superior Room with a soft, comfortable bed. The exterior was even more stunning; the sea on this side is beautiful, especially at low tide when you can see a pristine white sandbar stretching as far as the eye can see, surrounded by mountains, and you can watch the sunset from there. Plus, the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options!😋 As for the resort's location, it's very close if you're coming from the airport, about 10 minutes. However, it's a bit further if you're coming from the pier. There are restaurants nearby, so it doesn't feel isolated, but the hotel itself is located down an alley and requires a slight uphill walk. There's plenty of parking for motorbikes, and probably space for about 4-5 cars. The resort interior is very peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend it! 👍"

"Love this resort!!! We've booked a room for 3 with breakfast for a week. We just loved this resort from the begining to the end. There are 3 swimming pools and two of them connect to the beach. They also provied free workshop and we've a lot of fun!! ( Sea stone painting, yoga on board....). We've tried the dining room service and spa too which are also great! The happy hour of spa is a great deal, and we enjoyed our treatment a lot. The other great spot of the resort is the breakfast which was amazing! The restaurant is situated just in front of the beach where you can enjoy the beach view and food menu is great. Everything was so tasty! The staff was so friendly and helpful. There are many good restaurants and bars near the hotel so you can just stay in the hotel for weeks!!"

"The location is right on a busy main road, so there's a lot of traffic as soon as you step out. It can be quite stressful and not ideal for a relaxing vacation. However, it would be much more suitable for business travelers. The facilities inside are a bit outdated, but the price reflects that. It's not close to the beach, which makes it less suitable for family trips."

"This is a wonderful property. The rooms organized are very spacious and the showers are the best that I have experienced with the water pressure and the size of the shower. The bed could stand to be softer because it's doesn't have any cushion for the top level so it wasn't for the standards that I would like. A few issues I had was for the restaurant breakfast that there were no focused fans and it was very hot and humid even though it was in the open air. Sweating while eating breakfast dead 7:30 in the morning doesn't need to be that uncomfortable if they would put some focused fans would make such a difference. 2nd issue a parking attendant on the night of April 12th and 13th was not helpful at all, he sat at his chair and didn't guide where to park or assist with the traffic or parking, after I park my car and shut off the engine then he came to me and told me to move it forward more...why didn't he do his job when it required him to do so, plus he was not smiling (not polite for both my Thai partner and I). 3rd issue is regarding maid didn't change our sheet for our 3rd night. We put 4 pillows on the floor and stripped the bed cover before we left the room, so the maid can see the stains on the bed. We return to the room about 7pm and our bed was just cover it back up without changing the sheet plus non of the coffee items and bathroom items were replinished. Both of us enjoy this property location, view, pool, breakfast, all other staffs were very nice and polite including other parking attendant, except what we mentioned."
