"The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Each room comes with both an air conditioner and a fan, which is very convenient you can use the fan if you dont like using AC. Theres also a nice small balcony too. However, our room was a connecting room, so we could hear almost every sound from the next room, which was quite uncomfortable. Another issue was the toilet seat; one side was broken and loose. Im not sure why this wasnt noticed or reported during cleaning, but it was definitely a problem.
On the bright side, the swimming pool is on the top floor and has an amazing view that was really great.
Overall, for those who prefer a quiet stay, please be aware of the noise coming from the adjacent room and the issues with poor maintenance."

"I would like to start with the positive side first. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the beach and in one of the best parts of the coastline.
Due to a visa delay, I had to arrive a few days late for my reservation. Even though I sent multiple emails asking for support, the hotel did not help at all and I lost several paid nights.
Housekeeping was quite late every day, and on the first day the towels and pillows had a humid smell. There is also ongoing construction around the hotel.
I have stayed in many Wyndham hotels before, but unfortunately this branch did not feel like the usual Wyndham quality. After getting to know the area better, I also think the hotel is overpriced for what it offers."

"I spent 3 nights in Lavila Homestay and found it to be very comfortable clean and quiet.
The location was central but tucked away into a quiet street.
The room was modern and had a large window and the lighting was good.
The owners and staff were very friendly and I was able to check in early.
IThe stay was good and I was happy with everything.
If I have to say what could be improved it would be the following :
1- The staff availability was hit and miss.
There appears to be no dedicated office spot for check in and check out.
If you needed to contact the staff for any reason it would be different.
2. The shower was very good. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Unfortunately the room I was occupying had a blocked drain and I had to have very quick showers to cope with this situation .
3- Entry to the Homestay is via a few steps and a small ramp for suitcases.
I would strongly suggest that the owners provide a dedicated area to park motorbikes instead of allowing parking to block off access to the steps.
Please understand that these are minor issues but if addressed it would make the Homestay more attractive."

GGuest UserI would honestly give this hotel more than full marks if I could. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways, and considering the reasonable price, it offered incredible value for money.
My family booked two rooms for three nights. Before arriving, we had a rather unpleasant experience at our previous hotel where we were bitten badly by what seemed to be bed mites. As a result, we contacted this hotel before check-in and politely requested that the rooms be thoroughly cleaned and that all bed linens be changed.
From the moment we arrived, the staff showed genuine care and professionalism. They kindly asked about our situation and reassured us that both rooms had been deep cleaned. We were welcomed with cold towels, refreshing welcome drinks, and delicious desserts, which immediately made us feel comfortable and cared for.
When we entered our rooms, we were pleasantly surprised to find an air purifier already prepared for us. The rooms were spotless and impeccably clean. Everything felt fresh, and we could immediately see the effort the hotel had put into ensuring our comfort. Most importantly, every member of the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and sincere.
The hotel also provides complimentary afternoon tea. While the selection is not extensive, it is more than enough for a relaxing break with a cup of tea. The kids’ playroom is conveniently located nearby, which made the experience even more enjoyable for families.
Another wonderful surprise was that the hotel treated each guest to a complimentary bowl of traditional Vietnamese noodle soup for dinner. It was delicious and became one of the highlights of our stay.
Before arriving, I was a little concerned because guests need to climb a short flight of stairs to reach the lobby. We were travelling with an elderly family member and a stroller, so I worried it might be inconvenient. However, every single time we needed assistance, the staff immediately stepped forward to help carry our luggage and stroller. Their attentiveness truly impressed us.
Since the hotel is located beside a main road, transportation could have been slightly challenging, but once again the staff went above and beyond. Whenever our Grab arrived, they would help us call the driver closer to the entrance and even hold umbrellas for us during hot weather, making it much easier and safer for our family to get in and out of the vehicle.
We stayed for three nights, and every morning the breakfast was varied, plentiful, and delicious. There was always something different to enjoy, which made breakfast something we looked forward to each day.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The cleanliness, thoughtful service, excellent hospitality, and attention to detail made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially families with children and elderly travellers.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

GGuest UserThis was a hotel that I spent a long time researching before booking. It had excellent reviews and a very high rating online. Unfortunately, my experience was a case of “looks great from a distance, but not quite as impressive up close.”
Let me start with the positives.
The lobby is beautiful, with a charming vintage design that creates a great first impression. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and communicated well in English. Upon arrival, we were offered cold towels and refreshing welcome drinks, which was a nice touch after a long journey.
We decided to have lunch at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was average—not particularly memorable, but enough to satisfy our hunger.
The staff escorted us and our luggage to the room. At first glance, the room looked acceptable, but as someone who is quite particular about cleanliness, I quickly noticed a significant amount of dust on various surfaces. I tried not to dwell on it because, for me, the most important thing is a clean and comfortable bed.
Unfortunately, that night became the worst part of our stay.
I barely slept during my first night. Throughout the night, I felt as though something was biting my skin, and I found myself constantly scratching. It was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating.
The following morning during breakfast, a staff member kindly asked how we had slept. I honestly explained my experience and mentioned that I felt I had been bitten by something during the night. I requested that the bed linens be changed.
To their credit, the staff responded immediately. They informed the front desk, and shortly afterwards a manager came to speak with us personally, apologised sincerely, and arranged for a deep cleaning of our room. At that moment, I truly appreciated their attitude because they made me feel that they genuinely cared and were actively trying to solve the problem.
We then left for our day of sightseeing.
When we returned to the hotel that afternoon, I was genuinely surprised. The room felt completely different from the day before. It smelled fresh and clean, every surface had been thoroughly wiped down, the floors were spotless, and even the musty smell that I had previously noticed was gone. The room finally felt as clean as I had expected from a highly rated hotel.
As an additional gesture, the hotel offered me a complimentary 20-minute herbal bath treatment as compensation. I thought that was a thoughtful gesture and appreciated the effort they made to make things right.
Most importantly, I slept wonderfully on the second night.
For service and recovery, I would honestly give the team more than full marks. While the initial issue should not have happened, the way they handled the situation was professional, sincere, and efficient.
As for breakfast, it was decent and perfectly acceptable. There was enough variety, although I believe there is still room for improvement.
I would still recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, with many attractions and the riverside within easy walking distance.
Regarding the facilities, they are all on the smaller side. The swimming pool is beautiful but quite small. The gym is compact, and the children’s playroom is also rather limited in size. None of these were deal-breakers for us, but they are worth noting for future guests.
Overall, while the stay did not start well, the outstanding service recovery and excellent location left a positive final impression. No hotel is perfect, but what matters is how they respond when something goes wrong—and this hotel handled it exceptionally well.

WwshuoThe value for money is decent, I guess. The location is excellent, right across from My Khe Beach. We booked a sea-view room, and the view was genuinely stunning; we could even see the Goddess of Mercy statue. However, being by the sea, it was very humid, and the hygiene wasn't great (the first room had several small bugs on the bed, plus hair and cobwebs?). We then switched to a second room on the 16th floor and were offered a complimentary 60-minute body massage (but couldn't book a slot)... The second room was okay, apart from a strong urine smell in the bathroom. Honestly, it's hard to believe this hotel has only been open for a year. Oh, and the elevators are tiny and extremely slow, and the breakfast selection is very limited.

BBa Nàng Công ChúaMy impression of Risemount was that it felt fresh, modern, and youthful. However, my overall experience did not fully meet my expectations. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM, but there was no greeting at the entrance. At that time, only one receptionist was assisting another guest. While I was carrying my child and two hand-carry suitcases to the counter, a female staff member from another desk kindly came over to help me with the check-in.
After checking in, I was offered a glass of ginger tea with honey. At first, the flavor felt quite strong and slightly spicy, so I thought it might contain a bit of alcohol. After asking, I understood that it was ginger tea with honey, which was a thoughtful welcome drink.
In the room, I noticed a strand of hair in the bathtub, and the showerhead in the standing shower was loose, causing water to splash outside. Together with the bathroom slippers, this made me feel a bit uncomfortable and less safe while using the bathroom. The soundproofing could also be improved, as I could still hear traffic noise and sounds from the neighboring room even with the windows and doors closed.
During the night, I was disturbed by mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep well. At around 2 AM, my daughter, who was very tired after a long day at the beach, had an accident in bed. I tried to contact housekeeping and the reception for assistance, but unfortunately, I could not reach anyone at that time. This was quite inconvenient during our stay.
In addition, although the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, I personally felt that the presentation and overall setup could be more refined to better match the hotel’s standard.

The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, diligently addressing even the smallest issues, which I truly appreciated. It was also a plus that there was a staff member who could speak Korean. While there were a couple of mix-ups on the hotel's part, they handled them smoothly and professionally in the end, so I was satisfied. The breakfast offered a wide variety, but the taste was a bit disappointing; however, it was perfectly fine for a quick morning bite. The peach yogurt was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly too! If I visit Da Nang again, I would definitely want to stay at this hotel.

MMarg088_I can't think of a single bad word when I recall my time at this hotel. Everything was top-notch, from the reception area to the gym, the pool, and even the laundry service. It's a really great hotel; everything is clean, the housekeeping is excellent, the staff are friendly and very pleasant, and the breakfast is varied. The gym is well-equipped with all the necessary gear. There's a small shopping center nearby with a grocery store and a Starbucks, as well as many eateries on the 4th floor. You'll need to take a taxi to the beach, but the pool is so clean and enjoyable that you won't even want to go anywhere else. The hotel also offers spa services. I highly recommend it! Thank you for your hospitality.
We checked in at 9:00 AM using the 50% off early check-in service, bought breakfast, and even made it in time for it, as it was served until 10:30 AM.

Varied wide spread of breakfast buffet, food was tasty. Staff were friendly and kind. Concierge men were very helpful and welcoming.
Unfortunately, upon checking out, we were shocked to be charged us USD7 without any explanation. Only when we queried, the receptionist mentioned it was for a ”broken shampoo bottle”, which we were very sure we left the room in tip top condition. We further asked for proof of the broken bottle, only then they sent someone to retrieve the bottle and brought it to the reception counter. The bottle was intact, not broken as claimed. However, the receptionist said the housekeeper claimed there was a ”crack” at the bottom of the bottle, which none of us including the receptionist could find the alleged ”crack”. the receptionist tried so hard to prove there was a crack but we insisted on ”where was the crack?' because we couldnt see any obvious crack and nothing leaked out out the bottle - it looked more like a light scratch. In the end, the receptionist told us to write a case report to the housekeeping to resolve the matter.
We were disappointed that this matter was not handled professionally and we felt accused for an alleged crack. We were amazed at how meticulous and sharp the housekeepers were for noticing a light scratch at the bottom of the bottle and the bottom of shampoo bottle was the 1st thing they inspected. Plus, we didnt use their shampoo - we brought our own shampoo.

Surprisingly this hotel have many Indian nationals customers … so you can see few when breakfast, use hand to take food although tongs are provided …I just comment what I saw in the 3 days…no hard feelings …
