"I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Gold Plaza Hotel Da Nang while bringing my family on a trip to Da Nang.
The hospitality was excellent — the staff were very attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. They helped carry our luggage, assisted with the lift, and even arranged transportation for us to Ba Na Hills and the airport. On the day we left, they also helped us with our luggage and patiently waited with us for our transport to the airport, which we truly appreciated.
The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was also enjoyable, offering a wide variety of choices.
The location is another plus point — it’s close to many attractions and only about a 10-minute drive to the airport, making it very convenient to travel around.
The only downside would be the soundproofing. It’s quite weak, as we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms and the lift lobby, especially at night.
Overall, it was still a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would recommend it for families visiting Da Nang."

"I would like to start with the positive side first. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the beach and in one of the best parts of the coastline.
Due to a visa delay, I had to arrive a few days late for my reservation. Even though I sent multiple emails asking for support, the hotel did not help at all and I lost several paid nights.
Housekeeping was quite late every day, and on the first day the towels and pillows had a humid smell. There is also ongoing construction around the hotel.
I have stayed in many Wyndham hotels before, but unfortunately this branch did not feel like the usual Wyndham quality. After getting to know the area better, I also think the hotel is overpriced for what it offers."

"I spent 3 nights in Lavila Homestay and found it to be very comfortable clean and quiet.
The location was central but tucked away into a quiet street.
The room was modern and had a large window and the lighting was good.
The owners and staff were very friendly and I was able to check in early.
IThe stay was good and I was happy with everything.
If I have to say what could be improved it would be the following :
1- The staff availability was hit and miss.
There appears to be no dedicated office spot for check in and check out.
If you needed to contact the staff for any reason it would be different.
2. The shower was very good. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Unfortunately the room I was occupying had a blocked drain and I had to have very quick showers to cope with this situation .
3- Entry to the Homestay is via a few steps and a small ramp for suitcases.
I would strongly suggest that the owners provide a dedicated area to park motorbikes instead of allowing parking to block off access to the steps.
Please understand that these are minor issues but if addressed it would make the Homestay more attractive."

"Balcona hotel is ideally located in the heart of all the action. Across the road from a wonderful beach where swimming and relaxing is so good. We had a beach from view which was perfect for our holiday in Danang .

The service is absolutely exceptional – from the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Every request is handled with kindness and professionalism, and the staff is always ready to help at any time.
The location is perfect, right across from the beach. The beautiful swimming pool, delicious breakfasts, and delightful afternoon tea with a great selection of snacks make the stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. There's also a fantastic kids' playroom on the 12th floor next to the pool, which is a great bonus for families.
We also loved the extra benefits offered when extending our stay – the longer you stay, the more pleasant surprises you receive. If you haven't exchanged your cash yet, they have currency exchange at reception.
We will definitely come back! Our vacation was truly unforgettable.

GGuest UserThe location is superb, offering the convenience of a bustling area while maintaining a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. It's about a 10-minute walk to the pier for night cruises and only 5 minutes to the night market, making it perfect for families with young children.
The hotel's amenities are also very satisfying. The overall antique decor is great for taking photos. Both swimming pools offer excellent photo opportunities day and night, creating a fantastic ambiance.
I want to especially highlight the service, which was the most touching part of my stay:
For Chinese tourists, the front desk staff proactively adds guests on WeChat, making it convenient to contact them if items are forgotten or needs arise, which is incredibly thoughtful. All the staff members are warm and polite, and they provide detailed explanations of the hotel's facilities and services, making guests feel at ease.
Due to a personal health issue, when checking out, the hotel specially arranged staff to help carry my luggage to the car and bowed when bidding farewell. You could really feel their genuine sincerity in service. Receiving such care and attention from strangers in a foreign country was truly moving.

PP¡P€My stay at this hotel was awesome, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and comfy for one person, but still big enough for a couple. I noticed two drain pipes in the bathroom, which made water splash out when I showered. But they thoughtfully put a mat down so I wouldn't slip. The amenities were all there and well-prepared. Overall, I was really happy with my stay, and I especially loved the huge and varied breakfast spread. The welcome drink was a bit bitter, but I think it was a herbal juice. The mini-bar was free for the first round, and you could order more for a fee. The coconut crackers were delicious! The hotel's location is fantastic, walking distance to some famous restaurants and cafes, and there's a really good Banh Mi shop right behind it.

BBa Nàng Công ChúaMy impression of Risemount was that it felt fresh, modern, and youthful. However, my overall experience did not fully meet my expectations. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM, but there was no greeting at the entrance. At that time, only one receptionist was assisting another guest. While I was carrying my child and two hand-carry suitcases to the counter, a female staff member from another desk kindly came over to help me with the check-in.
After checking in, I was offered a glass of ginger tea with honey. At first, the flavor felt quite strong and slightly spicy, so I thought it might contain a bit of alcohol. After asking, I understood that it was ginger tea with honey, which was a thoughtful welcome drink.
In the room, I noticed a strand of hair in the bathtub, and the showerhead in the standing shower was loose, causing water to splash outside. Together with the bathroom slippers, this made me feel a bit uncomfortable and less safe while using the bathroom. The soundproofing could also be improved, as I could still hear traffic noise and sounds from the neighboring room even with the windows and doors closed.
During the night, I was disturbed by mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep well. At around 2 AM, my daughter, who was very tired after a long day at the beach, had an accident in bed. I tried to contact housekeeping and the reception for assistance, but unfortunately, I could not reach anyone at that time. This was quite inconvenient during our stay.
In addition, although the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, I personally felt that the presentation and overall setup could be more refined to better match the hotel’s standard.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay the hotel, the staff is very helpful and speak good English. We were well served by the reception Ms Ha, who recommended places to eat. As we are celebrating our 32nd anniversary, the hotel has gone extra mile by giving us a complimentary bottle of red wine and a personally signed greeting card. The hotel is located near Han River and walkable to Indochina Mall, Han Market and many nice eateries nearby. We had a room overlooking the Dragon Bridge, can see the colourful lighted up cruises moving along the Han River in the evening. The breakfast is fantastic, with a good spread of Western, Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. The roof top swimming pool has a panoramic view of the city of Danang, a wonderful place to chill and relax with a drink and music. Another reception Ms Queenie has recommended a good place for massage on the day of check out. A very good hotel, will surely come back again.

JJJun..The hotel location was very convenient, situated just next to the shopping mall and across the river. The surrounding area was quite nice, especially for an evening walk as the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing at night.
The room itself was average and could have been cleaner. One thing that was a bit disappointing was the kitchen setup — the room had a stove and hood, but there were no kitchen utensils provided at all. It felt strange to have a kitchen without the basic equipment needed to actually use it.
Overall, the stay was decent mainly because of the excellent location, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and room facilities.

NNulli_SecundusI really wanted to like this stay, but they made it challenging. The front desk was friendly and welcoming and when I checked into my room, I felt it was odd that there was a curtain on the opposite side if the room from where you entered, so I took a small peek out of the curtain to notice a window looking out to another wing of of an elevator bank. So I tried to ignore it and closed the curtain tight when I noticed a deep and wide Crack from the ceiling, down the wall, and across the floor. I end up going to sleep and was awoken with bright sunlight shining into my room from the curtain area and when I rolled over in my bed I saw an Indian man staring at me and then saying, ”Go, Go, Go”! To a friend or partner and they darted onto the elevator and disappeared. I then realized that the curtain wasn't covering a window but double doors which were unlocked for other guests to just open if they wanted. It was extremely traumatizing and invasive of my privacy and security. I spoke with Trip's customer service and they were exceptional in helping me resolve the issue and getting my room changed. Unfortunately, the next night a hotel maintenance worker came barging into my room without knocking and I had to ask, ”What's going on”? And the worker said, ”Oh. Sorry. Sorry” and left. The hotel staff said the worker got the wrong room that he was supposed to do maintenance to. The front desk manager (Anna) was apologetic and kind. On a positive note, the free breakfast buffet was delightful as long as you got their at 06:00am before the guests from India arrived because the Indians would finger and touch and use their hands constantly when getting food instead of using the provided utensils. Utterly disgusting. The buffet staff were way too kind in constantly reminding these Indian guests to use the utensils because Vietnam isn't the unsanitary country like India is. There were two different pools on the roof but I would never swim or soak in those pools because of the oil slick scum on the top of the water after the guests from India swam in the pools that they left behind.
