"The first day check-in was bad experience. Staff is unable to communicate English well. I show the counter staff that i chat and inform theres total 4 pax. They did not mention the need to pay additional! During check-in they are saying the 4th person stay needs to pay an additional 200k vnd per night as the room was booked for 3 pax. My question is about the 1.6m wide sofa bed, staff mentioned is only for sitting not sleeping. To dear Cocorico, please change your description it's a 1.6m Length sofa, not sofa bed!! It's misleading!!!! And the best part, they only issue 1 room card, if we didn't bring the key we can just get the staff to open the room. Ok, that's acceptable. But they actually just open up the room for us without verifying our details."

"All the staff were friendly, and they even offered a welcome tea when I checked in. It felt like such a warm welcome on my first trip to Vietnam, haha. The facilities were good, and the location was excellent, so I'd love to stay here again if I visit Da Nang in the future. My only minor complaint is that the soundproofing isn't very good, but it's not a big issue unless you're a really light sleeper, haha."

"Our stay at Nexus House An Thuong 29 was fantastic! I accidentally booked an extra night, and when I contacted the hotel, they were incredibly understanding and processed the refund smoothly. I was really touched by their handling of the situation. The Deluxe City View Room with Balcony we booked was clean and tidy, with new facilities and a great view from the balcony. The hotel environment is elegant, and the staff were friendly and responsive. The location is convenient for getting around, and the overall comfort of the stay was excellent. Highly recommended – I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!"

"We stayed here for just one night, but we absolutely loved it! ❤️ The hotel feels brand new, everything is spotlessly clean, fresh and beautifully maintained. The staff are lovely and welcoming, and the whole place has such a cozy, homey atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable, with great quality cotton bedding, and the bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. All the little details were there too: a good hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and all the essentials. Honestly, an absolute gem! 💯 We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. "My husband and I stayed for three nights this time. When we mentioned it was our wedding anniversary trip, we were deeply touched to find swan and rose arrangements made from towels on the bed, and a cake on the table. The sink was also charmingly decorated with rose petals, so I tried to float them in the bath. However, even with the plug in, the bathtub wouldn't hold water, so I wish it could. Also, I couldn't figure out how to get hot water, so instructions on how to use it would be very helpful. Since we arrived at night during a heavy downpour, we didn't have the energy to go out for food. We were very grateful to receive free pho tickets that we could use during our stay, which we used for dinner. Not only was the pho delicious, but the breakfast also offered an overwhelming variety of tasty dishes. There was also a complimentary afternoon tea, and when we were waiting for a taxi in the lobby, they even brought us juice – I was incredibly impressed by the comprehensive service. Since it rained a lot during our stay, having a dehumidifier in the room was a great help as we could dry our wet shoes and sandals. The location was also excellent, within easy walking distance to the beach. And all the staff were incredibly kind, asking us daily if we needed anything and suggesting activities for rainy days. Celine, one of the staff members, was particularly kind and even came outside to see us off during checkout, which made me very happy. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel with such exceptional service and hospitality. I definitely want to stay here again the next time I visit Da Nang."

"This upscale hotel has new and well-maintained facilities! The staff are friendly and polite! I felt secure staying here. Downstairs, there's everything you could need: restaurants, bars, massage parlors, and convenience stores. The hotel's pool, gym, massage services, and restaurants make it comfortable to stay in all day, and the beach is just across the street!"
