The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning in the room always worked and it was quiet. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. We had a delicious Vietnamese-style dinner. The massage was very good! The hotel has a resort area on the beach (with a pool), they drive you there by car, but you can also walk, it takes about 10-15 minutes. However, it was noisy there, so we went to the beach across from the hotel, where it was quiet, and sun loungers and drinks were inexpensive, almost like in a store. It's a quiet hotel for a family vacation. Breakfasts are Asian style, and the coffee from the machine is delicious! There are many tasty cafes near the hotel.

The hotel's location is super close to Hoi An Ancient Town, within walking distance, and also near the night market and restaurants. The decor style is pretty nice too. However, the room was incredibly small, and so was the bed. There was a phone on the nightstand, making it difficult to put anything else down. What's even crazier is that to get into bed, you had to squeeze past a corner sideways – it was ridiculous. Thankfully, it was cleaned fairly well, but on the second day, a bug somehow got in and scared my daughter to tears. While I understand that's common in Southeast Asia, it still wasn't a great experience. I wouldn't recommend it for families. The biggest highlight was the swimming pool, which my kids really enjoyed, but there's no way I'd stay there again.

I'm extremely satisfied with this accommodation ❤️ If I could rate it, I would definitely give it 5 stars! Everything was excellent, from the room and cleanliness to the facilities and quality of service. In particular, the staff here were incredibly enthusiastic, friendly, and attentive. The shuttle service was very convenient. What impressed me the most was when I accidentally left something behind; the staff enthusiastically assisted me and helped resolve everything. I truly felt their dedication and care for guests. Throughout my stay, I always felt well taken care of. Whether it was a small matter or a large one, the staff were always ready to assist with great enthusiasm. Overall, I liked everything and was truly impressed with the service here. ❤️ If I have a chance to return, I will definitely choose to stay here again! 💯❤️

Pros: 1. The hotel's natural environment is excellent, offering sightings of incredibly rare protected animals. They also provide a free wildlife tour, which I highly recommend. It's a fantastic experience to simply walk around the hotel and spot monkeys foraging. 2. The service is outstanding. The hotel staff are attentive and very considerate of guests. The welcome drink was delicious. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and I received a room upgrade with a great view and a spacious layout. 3. The slippers were very comfortable. The breakfast tableware was exquisite. Cons for me: 1. The claim of being the 'most beautiful Intercontinental' is an exaggeration. Some areas even felt [as pictured], though I suppose one could call it 'unique.' Personally, I found it gaudy. 2. I strongly recommend including executive lounge access. If you arrive early, since there's no air conditioning in the public areas, the only cool indoor space to relax is the executive lounge. Otherwise, you're stuck waiting in the hotel lobby, and elderly guests and children need to be careful to avoid heatstroke. 3. The breakfast was delicious, and the fruit quality was high. However, it's baffling why the other restaurants were so bad. After reading reviews that even the Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant wasn't great, I booked a package that included dinner. I paid extra to change the dishes, but they were still terrible. It was arguably the worst meal I had in Vietnam. 4. Although the hotel was uncrowded and had a good environment, the beach quality was very average, and the loungers by the sea started closing down every day at 6 PM. In summary, I think this Intercontinental is worth staying at, but don't go in with exceptionally high expectations.

Risemount Premier Resort Da Nang is a genuinely stunning place to stay — beautifully designed throughout and incredibly Instagrammable, with photo-worthy corners everywhere you turn. The resort is impeccably clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. Breakfast was a real highlight, offering a wide and varied spread with plenty of options to keep things interesting each morning. The standout for us, though, was the bar: the cocktails were absolutely delicious and the perfect way to unwind after a day out. As a couple, we couldn’t have asked for a more stylish and relaxing escape — highly recommended, and we’d happily return.

Amazing stay at Radisson RED Da Nang! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel has a modern, stylish and energetic atmosphere, the rooms are comfortable and beautifully designed, and the facilities are great. What really stood out was the staff — everyone was welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient for enjoying Da Nang, while still feeling relaxing when you come back to the hotel. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Da Nang!

The hotel's location is a bit remote; there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby, so you have to call a Grab for transportation. Calling a Grab for meals out was quite convenient though. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and memorable.

The high-floor ocean view offers a fantastic vista, and there's a very spacious balcony, even without a desk or chairs. The room also features a window-side sofa and a king-sized bed. The wet areas, including the vanity and shower booth, are kept exceptionally clean. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options; definitely try the spring rolls, Mie Goreng, and Vietnamese coffee. Guests can also use the upper-floor pool and gym for free. Due to heavy rain, my plans changed, and I'm grateful they extended my checkout to 1 PM, even though it was originally at 12 PM.

The hotel is a little far from the city centre, but it makes up for that with great amenities. There’s a lovely swimming pool, mini casino, Ktv bar and an extensive spa facility. The view of Han River is exceptional. Getting around is easy, most Grab cars wait around the hotel. Improvements: Booking trips with the concierge is terribly expensive. Our trip to Ba na hills cost us half of what the hotel charged. The shuttle service is a great bonus but the schedule is a little inconvenient for a lot of activities. For example, you can only leave for the beach at 7:30 or 15:00, nothing in between.

The place has a lot of potential! Very good amenities and room is quite new however, they seem to be understaff from the luggage staffs to check-in only 2 person at the front desk. There seems to be a lot of hotel guest for a two person check-in. Also strict with check-in and check out time which can be a little bit improved as they are marketed as one in the “luxury” side of Da nang. The aircon seems to not work in the lobby and elevator. We can feel the residence vibe than a luxury hotel vibe. But overall worth the money since it is super cheap compared to neighboring luxury hotels.
