Guest UserPlace That Became My Home and My Safe Haven ❤️
I’m incredibly grateful that life brought me to this wonderful villa. It’s so much more than just a place to stay it’s a place filled with warmth, kindness, and genuine care.
My first three days in Vietnam were extremely difficult. I was involved in a motorbike accident and felt completely lost and overwhelmed. But the amazing host family welcomed me with open hearts. They took care of me, checked on me every day, helped me recover, and made sure I was okay. Their kindness and compassion meant more to me than words can express.
I’m traveling alone as a woman, so feeling safe is incredibly important to me. Here, I finally felt completely relaxed and secure. They made me feel like part of their family rather than just a guest, and that is something truly priceless.
The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. Everything is brand new, spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The atmosphere is peaceful, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Another highlight is the homemade food. Every meal is prepared with love and care, and there are different options to choose from. It feels like enjoying a home-cooked meal with family rather than eating at a hotel.
The location is also fantastic. It’s in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood while still being close to everything you need.
To be honest, this wonderful family completely changed my first impression of Vietnam. After everything I went through, they helped me feel happy, safe, and excited to continue discovering this beautiful country.
If you're looking for more than just a hotel if you're looking for a place with heart, genuine hospitality, and people who truly care I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, support, and incredible hospitality. Because of you, I’ll always remember Vietnam with a smile. ❤️

伊尔姆河畔普法芬霍芬霍根The proprietress was very enthusiastic and helped us book a car to the airport. The car drove very well and steadily, and it was cheaper than grab! Breakfast included, optional, the location is also good, quiet in the noisy, the room is clean and big. Our room has a small balcony, and it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony at night...I am generally satisfied.

Guest UserAlthough I would give this hotel five stars on all the standard measures (if it can even be called a hotel — it's more like a cozy, magical little home, with service that rivaled some of the five-star hotels I've stayed in), I have to admit that what pushed my satisfaction over the top was what happened when I came down to the ”lobby” to ask whether checking out at 3 a.m. would be a problem.
The answer, of course, was ”no problem.” But the family who owns the place — a sister, a brother, and their mother and father, all of whom seem to live there — happened to be sitting down together to a simple Vietnamese dinner. They invited me to join them, and the invitation felt completely genuine, so with deep gratitude I sat down. (To be fair, no future guest should expect this — it was a spontaneous kindness, not a service.)
The simple food was enjoyable, but the real pleasure was getting to know the four of them. I talked mostly with the 35-year-old son, whose English was the best. His sister was 33, and the father, seated on my left, was 71. They were amazed to learn that I was 82.
After a heartwarming dinner and conversation, I returned to my magical little room — really more like a small studio apartment — as befits an early-to-bed man.

Artem PikulevIf you're planning a longer stay in Da Nang, Saluton Apartment is a very decent option.
It has everything you need for comfortable living: a kitchen, a washing machine right in the room, Smart TV, and stable internet. It's excellent for remote work or an extended vacation.
We stayed in a large room with a separate living area, and it felt more like an apartment than a hotel.
The beach is a short walk away. The only slight letdown was the view from the window; we got a room facing a wall 😄
But overall, the place left a very pleasant impression.

The location of this place is absolutely unbeatable, surrounded by tons of affordable food options, so you'll never have to worry about where to eat. A really thoughtful touch is the motorcycle parking right out front, which is super convenient for riders. The only minor drawback is the soundproofing isn't great, but considering the price point, it's totally acceptable. Definitely a high-value-for-money choice!

Batuhan DeliceGreat stay at The Garden Capsule Hotel! The place was clean and well-maintained. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Hot water was available without any issues. The area also has some great nearby cafes and workspaces, perfect for digital nomads. Would recommend for solo travelers looking for a budget-friendly option in Da Nang.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw.
P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water.

A Hidden Treasure in Da Nang!
Let me start by saying this: I have traveled all over Southeast Asia, and I have NEVER found a better value for my money than at Orchide'es Ocean Hotel. Paying only $7 per night, my expectations were low, but I was blown away from the moment I walked in.
First Impression:
The lobby is small but modern and sparkling clean. The staff greeted me with huge smiles and were so helpful, even at 11 AM for my early check-in. They instantly made me feel welcome.
The Room: SPOTLESS!
This is the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in for ANY price, let alone $7. The floors shine, the bathroom is immaculate, the bedsheets are crisp and white, and there isn't a speck of dust anywhere. It’s clear the management takes immense pride in their property. The air conditioning is powerful and cold—a lifesaver in the Da Nang heat. The Wi-Fi is also super fast and reliable.
Location & Amenities:
You are just a short walk from the famous My Khe Beach! Waking up and walking to the sand for sunrise was a daily ritual. They also have a really nice swimming pool on the rooftop or in a courtyard (depending on the building) that is perfect for a refreshing dip. For the price, having a pool feels like an incredible luxury.
The Bottom Line:
If you are looking for a budget-friendly place to stay in Da Nang that DOES NOT feel budget, STOP LOOKING AND BOOK HERE. You will save so much money on your accommodation that you can treat yourself to more amazing food, tours, and experiences.
I ended up extending my stay twice because it was just too good to leave. This isn't just a hotel; it's the discovery of a lifetime for any smart traveler.
Would I recommend it? A thousand times, YES! Thank you, Orchide'es Ocean Hotel, for an amazing stay. I will be telling all my friends about you and I can't wait to come back!
Highly Recommended For: Solo Travelers, Couples, Budget Travelers, and anyone who appreciates cleanliness and value.

The deluxe room with a balcony was excellent – spacious, with a soft bed (and surprisingly no moths, which is rare!), good internet, and in a very convenient location. They clean every day and bring fresh water. The staff is very friendly and quick to help if needed. On the downside, when I arrived, the room was very dirty and smelled of mold. However, after they cleaned it at my request and I aired it out, it was super. There's also less furniture than in the photos; I would have liked an additional armchair in the room and a chair and table on the balcony.

Carys’sFirstly I would like to say the staff here are really wonderful, particularly the receptionist with the glasses who checked us in and out 21/01-24/01. He was so friendly, polite and helpful - cannot fault him at all 10/10.
Having a TV with Netflix on was great, as was having a lamp on the side table.
However, cleanliness was not great - stains on the pillowcases and bedding and the bed generally did not feel clean. The bed was also very low and mattress pretty hard. Also an old mattress in the hallway right outside our room.
The wall cabinet under the TV looked like it was about to fall out so we were too scared to put anything on it. Bad smell in wardrobe.
Everytime we left for the day and returned to the room, it would have a new, bad smell. Sometimes from the drains, or smoke, or damp. Mould on walls clearly painted over. Air con would just go on and off constantly.
40,000 per KG for laundry - very overpriced given the linens quality in the hotel (stains and smell etc).
The shower was TERRIBLE, hardly any water pressure at all. Really hard to even wash, although it was hot. The shampoo / shower gels bottles were dirty and broken. Towels also with stains. Dirty flip flops provided.
Whilst cheap, this is a very tired hotel with below standard cleanliness, with staff who are doing their best with what they’ve been given. Would not stay again or recommend.
Special thanks to the receptionist who got us a hairdryer, as one is not given in the room. Thank you!!!
