The location is perfect—close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful views, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made my experience even more special. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip🤎"

"This is an apartment on the hotel grounds. The room is nice, with a sea view. You can use the pools, beach, and sun loungers. There's a small children's entertainment program and a playground. This is a great new hotel with stylish restaurants. The prices are not cheap. A four-cheese pizza is 550,000 VND, and a coconut is 150,000 VND. You can buy a buffet breakfast, but we didn't, ordering croissants and coffee from the bakery. There are local cafes and fruit shops nearby. Grab also comes here; we ordered food and ate right on the beach. There's a Lien shop nearby with delicious salted and chocolate coffee; be sure to try it. The price is 35 VND. The downsides to the apartment are the off-white linens and the orange, sporty towels, not terrycloth."

"Traveling with my child, I chose January for our trip. I picked this hotel because it's still quite close to the city center, and there are many Korean restaurants around, mostly serving meat, though they can be a bit pricey. The room was indeed very spacious, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. However, the service and facilities were just average; there was a big gap between my expectations and reality. On our first day, a bar downstairs at the hotel entrance had some drunk Koreans shouting loudly, which was quite unsettling. So, I didn't feel comfortable letting my daughter go downstairs alone and always had to accompany her. But the front desk service was good; they could communicate, just not in Chinese."

"The hotel is located near the beach — you can reach it just by walking across the road. The room is clean and neat. We booked the Executive Ocean View room with breakfast included. The price is quite reasonable for the location and the beautiful view from the room. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they can speak English, which makes communication easy. There is an elevator in the hotel, so you don’t have to worry if you’re carrying a lot of bags. The area is fairly quiet, and the room does a good job of reducing noise from outside. The breakfast doesn’t offer much variety, with only a few menu options, but it’s decent and tastes okay. Overall, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel."

"I really wanted to like this stay, but they made it challenging. The front desk was friendly and welcoming and when I checked into my room, I felt it was odd that there was a curtain on the opposite side if the room from where you entered, so I took a small peek out of the curtain to notice a window looking out to another wing of of an elevator bank. So I tried to ignore it and closed the curtain tight when I noticed a deep and wide Crack from the ceiling, down the wall, and across the floor. I end up going to sleep and was awoken with bright sunlight shining into my room from the curtain area and when I rolled over in my bed I saw an Indian man staring at me and then saying, ”Go, Go, Go”! To a friend or partner and they darted onto the elevator and disappeared. I then realized that the curtain wasn't covering a window but double doors which were unlocked for other guests to just open if they wanted. It was extremely traumatizing and invasive of my privacy and security. I spoke with Trip's customer service and they were exceptional in helping me resolve the issue and getting my room changed. Unfortunately, the next night a hotel maintenance worker came barging into my room without knocking and I had to ask, ”What's going on”? And the worker said, ”Oh. Sorry. Sorry” and left. The hotel staff said the worker got the wrong room that he was supposed to do maintenance to. The front desk manager (Anna) was apologetic and kind. On a positive note, the free breakfast buffet was delightful as long as you got their at 06:00am before the guests from India arrived because the Indians would finger and touch and use their hands constantly when getting food instead of using the provided utensils. Utterly disgusting. The buffet staff were way too kind in constantly reminding these Indian guests to use the utensils because Vietnam isn't the unsanitary country like India is. There were two different pools on the roof but I would never swim or soak in those pools because of the oil slick scum on the top of the water after the guests from India swam in the pools that they left behind."

"I was looking for a quick place for four people to stay before leaving the country, and I found a place for 30,000 won. Since I was leaving soon, check-in was quick and the staff were very friendly. The neighborhood was a bit messy, but it was quiet and nice."

"The hotel's decor has an old-fashioned guesthouse vibe. The sea view is quite distant from the room, obstructed by a small villa area, but it's still relatively close to walk down to the beach. Breakfast is just okay. The biggest issue in the room is a strong smell of mothballs, especially right when you enter. Da Nang's scenery feels a bit bleaker than Nha Trang's, perhaps due to the lower water temperature. Be careful of monkeys in the mountains if you go hiking."
