Gorgeous tropical, relaxed vibe — the InterContinental Danang is genuinely beautiful. Service can be a bit slow at times, but honestly it just forces you to slow down too, which fits the atmosphere perfectly. Breakfast at Citron is the absolute highlight and a must — get there early to secure outdoor seating with those incredible views. Be prepared to spend an hour just taking photos for social media; it's that picturesque. Barefoot, the Italian spot by the beach, was excellent. The pizza was probably one of the best I've had in Vietnam (yes, better than Pizza 4P's). Dessert was fantastic too. Be sure to book activities as soon as you arrive, as they fill up fast. La Maison 1888, the Michelin 1-star, was a bit of a letdown in my opinion — too expensive, too salty, and just okay overall. You're probably better off saving your money for an omakase elsewhere, or a proper 2 or 3-star experience. The HARNN Heritage Spa massage, while around 7x more expensive than what you'd pay outside the resort, was surprisingly excellent and well worth the splurge.

We had a fantastic stay at Cozy Savvy Hoi An and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. We booked a connecting family room, and on arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were really comfortable, there was plenty of space for our family, and the bathroom was lovely with both a separate shower and a large bathtub. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Every single person we met – reception, restaurant staff, bartenders and housekeeping – was genuinely warm, friendly and always happy to help. A special thank you to Emma, Nancy and Hanna on reception, who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. They always took the time to chat with our four-year-old daughter, which made her feel really special and was such a lovely personal touch. The location was perfect for us. It’s around a 10-minute walk into Hoi An Ancient Town, which meant we were close enough to enjoy everything the town has to offer but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet at night. We slept really well every evening. Breakfast offered plenty of choice. We particularly loved the fresh baguettes (which we filled with bacon most mornings!), along with the croissants, pastries, muffins, cereals and fresh fruit. There was also a good selection of salads and vegetables, an egg station where eggs were cooked to order, and plenty of Asian options such as rice and teriyaki chicken. There was something for everyone. We also ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable compared with many of the restaurants nearby. Overall, this hotel struck the perfect balance between comfort, location and outstanding service. If you’re happy with a short walk into the Old Town in exchange for a peaceful night’s sleep, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. This was the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. The environment is beautiful and very clean, and the room assigned by the handsome guy at the front desk was perfect! The swimming pool is right outside our door. We booked a sea-view room with an ocean view, so it was quite expensive. However, the same room on other platforms, like Gaode or [Platform Name Redacted], offered the same sea-view room with double breakfast for significantly less on the same day. So, Ctrip definitely seems to be price gouging loyal customers. We compared prices on Gaode and found it to be much cheaper. The last four pictures show the price comparison! It's worth comparing prices across multiple platforms before booking.

Voco Hotel boasts a super convenient location with its own private infinity pool and beach. Their private WhatsApp butler service is incredibly attentive, and the staff are all so enthusiastic. My family and I had a wonderfully happy time here.

I loveeee this place soooo much. The service, foods, room type are perfect for travellers who want to make the most out of Danang as its location is near Lady Buddha, Danang beach, and etc.

Booked 4 Nights at Lavender Riverside. Nice view in high floors and near to local food and marts at the back. Changed towels and clear rubbish daily but need to inform housekeeping to top up shower and shampoo if it runs out. Food is ok though guests behaviours can be better. Only thing surprise us was eventhough mentioned bottled water is complementary, do not take the ones in fridge as it is different size and nobody tell you it charge until check out.

I've traveled a lot, but this is hands down the best place I've ever stayed. I'll definitely want to stay here again when I visit Da Nang. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and it had a lovely scent. It was well-equipped, making my stay very relaxing. The breakfast was also delicious, and I was particularly impressed by the cheerful 'Good morning!' and warm smiles from the restaurant staff – so much energy! Both the front desk and other staff members were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, ensuring a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. Whenever I had a question or needed help, they were always ready to assist, making me feel very well taken care of. The location is excellent too, with easy access to the beach and city center, and plenty of convenient restaurants and cafes nearby. As for cleanliness, there's absolutely nothing to complain about; I had a wonderful time. When I return to Da Nang, I'll certainly want to use this service again. I honestly recommend you give it a try!

This place is perfect for those who love relaxation. It's the best spot for families with kids. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The reception service is excellent; the staff really try their best. The only downside is the language barrier – you'll definitely need a translator. The food gets an 8 out of 10. Everything in the restaurant is lovely, and they have a great selection. Both the kids' and adult pools are excellent. There are 3 restaurants and a nightclub on site. We got an early check-in and a free transfer, plus a fantastic 60-minute massage and a tea ceremony. The Marble Mountains are just a 3-minute walk away (with cafes, souvenir shops, and a mini-market nearby). It's a 20-minute motorbike ride to Hoi An (we went and it was great!). And about 15-20 minutes by Grab bike to Da Nang city center (My Khe Beach). Every day, there's a free, comfortable, air-conditioned car departing from the hotel at 9:00 AM, with a return pick-up at 3:00 PM (you *must* book this in advance). If you're looking for peace, quiet, delicious food, and relaxation, this is the place for you.

We originally reserved a room with a partial sea view, but the sweet receptionist upgraded us to a room with a full sea view - absolutely incredible! The location is perfect, the room was cozy, and the rooftop pool is a great bonus. Breakfast was another highlight; everything was fresh and delicious, with great options like hot Pho, noodles, rice, and lots of fruit. The whole dining area was spotless. Highly recommended!

I usually don’t write hotel reviews because I consider myself a fair and relaxed person but this is the first time I have come across a hotel that is clearly not in the star category it claims to be. The reception and front door staff were very friendly and were a highlight of my stay, as well as the rooftop swimming pool and location to the beach. The daily breakfast was also good value and worth it. However, there were several issues such as terrible WIFI (basically doesn’t work), a leaking shower to the point of flooding the floors and layers of dust in various parts of the room (something that should be clearly seen when cleaning). I was also disappointed in the noise throughout the night due to the sound leaking windows. It was quite difficult to get a good nights sleep. The gym is barely functional and needs improving if you are going to display that as a feature. If I had been asked how my stay was at the point of checking out, I would not have written this review but I was not asked. They were more interested in making sure I paid for the mini-bar and laundry service (which was supposed to be delivered to my room but wasn’t). The main point here is that this is not a 4 star hotel compared to others I have stayed in throughout Vietnam. It is 3 stars at best.
