Our stay in the twin room with a window was absolutely fantastic! The high ceilings made the room feel incredibly spacious and airy, with no hint of claustrophobia. Being away from the street meant there was zero outside noise, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful environment for relaxation. The Land Rover mattresses were just right – not too soft, not too firm – providing a stable and comfortable sleep that truly enhanced our rest. The room was equipped with a fresh air system, keeping the air consistently clean, and the bedding was impeccably clean and crisp, feeling lovely to the touch. All the hotel facilities were immaculately maintained and looked brand new, really showing the owner's dedication. The staff were warm, attentive, and handled all our requests efficiently. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around; taking the subway or catching a taxi right outside saves so much time and effort. I highly recommend this place for your travels!

The hotel's location is excellent, right by Xidan Joy City. It's a bit too central though, getting there from the airport was a bit of a traffic jam. Before I even checked in, front desk staff Xiao Shen proactively added me on WeChat to ask about my arrival time and arranged the room in advance. She even helped me request a room change when she found out I needed a twin room, which was very thoughtful! We booked a total of five rooms, and all my colleagues were very satisfied.

The front desk lady had an excellent service attitude; she even showed us to our room after check-in. The room was nice, bright, clean, and quiet. The hotel is super convenient, just tens of meters from the Beijing West Railway Station entrance and the subway station. There are also several restaurants nearby. It's perfect for both sightseeing and catching a train.

This is my second stay at Qiu Guo Hotel, and the service is still excellent. Before check-in, they asked for my arrival time and considered any special requests we might have, making arrangements accordingly. Since I booked an inside-facing room, they thoughtfully turned on the fresh air system in advance. The hotel room isn't huge, but it's comfortable overall.

Every time I come to Beijing, I stay at this hotel. It's close to the subway, making it super convenient to get to the Children's Hospital. The room is clean and tidy, meticulously cleaned, and the staff are very friendly and attentive.

Taxis are easily accessible right outside the entrance, and you can quickly get one to reach various destinations effortlessly. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet. The front desk service was warm and attentive, with Alina checking us in efficiently. Overall, the value for money is great. Staying here saves time and effort during your trip. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel respects Ctrip Diamond members and proactively upgraded me to a suite in Building B. The room was spacious and comfortable, with soft, natural lighting and fresh air. The desk was minimalist and modern, the mirrors were well-placed, and the bathroom was large. I had a great experience and will definitely come back.

My family and I stayed at Xixi Youyi Hotel for 12 nights, and it exceeded our expectations. After reading the positive reviews on Trip.com, we decided to book, and we're so glad we did. The location is fantastic, with several large shopping malls just steps from the hotel. There's also a smaller shopping complex directly next door, connected by lifts, which has a great selection of restaurants and a supermarket in the basement. I highly recommend the Peking duck restaurant on the 7th floor—it served the best Peking duck we had during our three-week trip around China! Although the rooms felt a bit outdated, they were spacious and clean, which made our stay very comfortable. The nearest subway station is only a three-minute walk away, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The hotel staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Their excellent service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel also has a good-sized gym that guests can use free of charge. We enjoyed the hotel's buffet dinner one evening, and it was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. My husband especially appreciated the free-flowing beer! For longer stays, the hotel provides washing machines on each floor for a small fee, which was very convenient. The only suggestion I would make is to add dryers, as air-drying clothes can take some time. It would also be a great addition if the hotel introduced robot delivery service for takeaway orders and guest amenities, as this would make an already excellent stay even more convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend Xixi Youyi Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent facilities and outstanding service.

Review from a non-chinese tourist. Pros: location, low to almost none level of noise, cleanliness. Cons: no one can assist you in english, breakfast (if you’re not chinese or adapted to local food). It’s right next to Beijing West Railway station, so multiple malls, shops, cafes etc available. When I was checking in I was given key to a wrong room - someone else was already staying there. I understand mistakes happen but after 20 hrs of travel it’s hard. The biggest dissapointment was the breakfast: it said that it’s buffet with chinese and western food. In reality almost no food that you would normally eat for breakfast, lots of chinese food (I wouldn’t have problem with it if it wasn’t so greasy - it’s just not the best for starting your day). Overall - good for the price and location.
