"The facilities in the room are relatively ordinary and a bit old, but the scenery outside the window is very good. You can see the snowy mountains and robes will appear from time to time outside the balcony👍. The service is also very good. The guy at the front desk will help take the luggage to the room."

"The room is small, the overall tone is darker, the air conditioner in the room is super noisy, no wonder earplugs are provided for guests at the bedside, the price-performance ratio is not as good as the newly opened Canoe suites, but fortunately it is located in the center of Banff Avenue, very lively, and there are many choices for eating and shopping around, so it can be said that it has no merits or demerits."

"This hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and the smell of the construction work was noticeable coming through the central air conditioning. The washing machine was incredibly dirty and coin-operated. Despite this, I really needed to do some laundry during my trip, so I spent a long time scrubbing both the washing machine and dryer. It was clear these machines had never been properly cleaned, and the amount of grime I wiped off was truly disgusting."

"Guests staying at the hotel can pick up a Banff pass. They can take bus 1246. Bus 1 runs directly from the hotel entrance to the Banff Gondola. There were ants in the hotel room, possibly because our room was on the first floor. Also, it's certain that the facilities of hotels in Banff Town are not as good as those in big cities when compared at the same price point. These gaps are something we need to learn to accept."

"Room was a good size and location was excellent. A little disappointed because the room they gave us was in the main thoroughfare by the pool/hot tub which was good and bad. Good as it was close to the pool but bad because it got quite busy/noisy at times. Not a huge deal as we were out exploring Banff anyways. Overall, would stay here again."

"Felt like a good 10-15 minute walk from the centre to the hostel. Good security measures. Bar is a little small and no room to move around at breakfast time and people are hovering and it gave me anxiety looking for the breakfast food as it was overwhelming with so many crowded people. Although can’t complain as it’s free and comes with your booking. Decent rooms but 2nd night in there is no cleaning I.e vacuuming not done as of yet and there’s a dead bug on floor. Friendly staff at the counter. Spacious room for luggage (6 bed share) and you need a thick locker key set for the lockers. Byo shower mat, slippers, hangers. Great bedside sockets curtain privacy!"

"Overall good. Staff service is OK. Breakfast doesn't have many choices. I'd like to see more variety in the menu. If you drive, there's an underground parking fee of $18 per day, and the parking lot is quite narrow. Big cars need to be careful when entering and exiting and parking."

"The place is absolutely amazing! The staff were perfect front desk was easy even after getting the wrong room. Front desk figured it out right away and got us into the right room and apologized a million times for a minor error! Would def stay again! A bit far from most bars if your into nightlife but nothing a 10-15$ cab ride can’t take care of!"

Amazing
XXiangxishidahaiI've been to Banff many times before, but always stayed at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. This time, my family and I decided to revisit on a whim. Since the Fairmont was fully booked every day, we had to choose another hotel. I saw the Moose Hotel on Ctrip, with its underground parking and rooftop hot springs, and immediately booked a two-night stay.
Upon arrival, we found the hotel to be right on the main street in the town center, which was super convenient for shopping. You can indeed drive directly into the underground parking garage and take the elevator straight up to all floors. After dinner, we enjoyed a free hydromassage in the rooftop hot springs and massage pool, washing away the fatigue from several days of driving. The hotel also provides three days of free bus passes for guests to visit nearby attractions.
Our room was well-equipped. There was a kettle provided, and the water pressure for the shower was excellent, making for a very refreshing experience.
HHo BoboHotel Canoe and Suites provide excellent services, clean rooms with modern amenities, and lovely hot tubs and sauna. The hotel even goes the extra mile with free coffee and tea (coffee filters provided), and bus tickets to get to downtown Banff without fussing over parking space. The staff was professional and accommodated our needs quickly and with ease.
More specifically, the hotel is designed to be wonderfully convenient while maintaining its vision. The rooms are large, and each has a porch looking into the beautiful mountains. They achieve this by structuring each level to have cascading porches. Moreover, each wing of the hotel is separated by parking, so it is extremely convenient to move luggage around. Yet, the hotel wings are all connected by a hallway on a single floor.
This, plus the attention to detail when it comes to guests comfort, such as having towels and changing rooms next to the hot tubs, makes it a great hotel. Highly recommended!
KKseniia KoshevaiaWe absolutely loved the hotel; it’s worth every penny spent! This is an experience everyone should try at least once in their life. Delicious restaurants, wonderful staff. We will definitely return there again!
GGuest UserThe location is good, next to the famous Canadian steakhouse The Keg. The service is also very warm, there are hot springs in the winter to soak, you can see the snow-capped mountains. Check-in and check-out are quick. A buffet breakfast is served daily, with yoghurt and oatmeal, and the egg yolk can also meet the needs and will be recommended.
BBuhuiyouyongdeyu5818The Banff Hotel, which was booked one day in advance during the peak season, was better than expected. The room was larger than the marked area and very quiet. The bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. The facilities were not new but not bad. The staff was very nice and did not clean the room by default.
It is located on the east side of Banff Avenue, about 800 meters from the center. There is a gas station and highway not far outside. The underground parking lot is very convenient.
Jjeff0000Check in to the hotel and immerse yourself in the warm and elegant guest rooms and efficient and considerate services. Intelligent facilities are on standby 24 hours a day, the executive lounge is filled with the aroma of freshly ground coffee, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to take in the city's neon lights and the morning and evening glow. The 24-hour butler-style courtesy is integrated with the ecological garden landscape to create an extended sense of ”home”, allowing both business travel and vacation to enjoy a leisurely quality.
KK Hoffman (Canada)We got the loft units and the kids love them! We had balconies facing the front and the kids love standing in the balconies looking at trucks and buses.
RrohitsharingThe room size was small and needed better planning on interior arrangements. Same goes for the bathroom. The room could have been better lit … dark gives gloomy impression and as if there’s something being hidden (like the floor carpet which we felt needed a better cleaning). The reception service is outstanding and people there are very helpful. They also have a fitness club and spa. The parking is in the basement and is easy. They also give complimentary bus tickets for those who want to explore places on bus. We didn’t need it as we had our own car.
GGuest UserThe location is about a 20-minute walk from the town of Banff, which is a bit far away but within an acceptable range. The room facilities are simple and easy to sleep in. The design of the door is not too noisy, and the roommates will not make too much noise when they move around.
There is free breakfast, simple choices, and the kitchen can also cook, which is quite convenient
