"The place is absolutely amazing! The staff were perfect front desk was easy even after getting the wrong room. Front desk figured it out right away and got us into the right room and apologized a million times for a minor error! Would def stay again! A bit far from most bars if your into nightlife but nothing a 10-15$ cab ride can’t take care of!"

"Hotel Canoe and Suites provide excellent services, clean rooms with modern amenities, and lovely hot tubs and sauna. The hotel even goes the extra mile with free coffee and tea (coffee filters provided), and bus tickets to get to downtown Banff without fussing over parking space. The staff was professional and accommodated our needs quickly and with ease. More specifically, the hotel is designed to be wonderfully convenient while maintaining its vision. The rooms are large, and each has a porch looking into the beautiful mountains. They achieve this by structuring each level to have cascading porches. Moreover, each wing of the hotel is separated by parking, so it is extremely convenient to move luggage around. Yet, the hotel wings are all connected by a hallway on a single floor. This, plus the attention to detail when it comes to guests comfort, such as having towels and changing rooms next to the hot tubs, makes it a great hotel. Highly recommended!"

"I've been to Banff many times before, but always stayed at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. This time, my family and I decided to revisit on a whim. Since the Fairmont was fully booked every day, we had to choose another hotel. I saw the Moose Hotel on Ctrip, with its underground parking and rooftop hot springs, and immediately booked a two-night stay. Upon arrival, we found the hotel to be right on the main street in the town center, which was super convenient for shopping. You can indeed drive directly into the underground parking garage and take the elevator straight up to all floors. After dinner, we enjoyed a free hydromassage in the rooftop hot springs and massage pool, washing away the fatigue from several days of driving. The hotel also provides three days of free bus passes for guests to visit nearby attractions. Our room was well-equipped. There was a kettle provided, and the water pressure for the shower was excellent, making for a very refreshing experience."

Moxy Banff resulted from a 30 million dollar makeover of Banff’s first commercial motor hotel, The Voyager Inn, originally constructed in 1964. Moxy Banff is a family-friendly hotel in Banff with a bold mid-century design anchored in the centre by Bar Moxy and flanked on both sides by expansive rundle stone walls and unique precast guest wings that float over the parkades. The guest experience starts with a trip back in time as you enter the hotel to check in at Bar Moxy. Lit by an upside-down bear wearing headphones, the check-in experience sets the tone for the fun ahead as every guest receives a complimentary cocktail. The bar evokes a retro ski vibe with its racetrack design and chairlift-inspired liquor baskets.Bar Moxy’s doors open right onto the courtyard, a fun social space perfect for lounging by the fire or taking a dip in the hot pools. Hungry fun seekers will enjoy delicious apre’s and all-day menu from Bar Moxy’s fully restored ‘66 VW food truck.

"Check in to the hotel and immerse yourself in the warm and elegant guest rooms and efficient and considerate services. Intelligent facilities are on standby 24 hours a day, the executive lounge is filled with the aroma of freshly ground coffee, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to take in the city's neon lights and the morning and evening glow. The 24-hour butler-style courtesy is integrated with the ecological garden landscape to create an extended sense of ”home”, allowing both business travel and vacation to enjoy a leisurely quality."

"The Banff Hotel, which was booked one day in advance during the peak season, was better than expected. The room was larger than the marked area and very quiet. The bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. The facilities were not new but not bad. The staff was very nice and did not clean the room by default. It is located on the east side of Banff Avenue, about 800 meters from the center. There is a gas station and highway not far outside. The underground parking lot is very convenient."
