"Our experience was absolutely fantastic, primarily due to the incredibly kind and approachable owner. We encountered some personal issues during our stay and when we asked the owner for help, they were incredibly enthusiastic and supportive in resolving them. Because our hiking route was quite unique, the owner even gave us a blessing bracelet for a safe journey down the mountain. The room was very clean and offered stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. The hotel's location is also excellent, right inside Yading Village, less than 50 meters from Station 1 where the shuttle bus from the scenic area entrance stops. This is perfect for those who've just arrived at high altitude and want to avoid too much walking. Station 2, where you catch the bus into the scenic area, is also less than 100 meters away, and it's just a 10-minute ride to the park entrance. The hotel's elevation is 3990m, just under 4000m. If you're planning a longer trek, I highly recommend staying here to acclimate to the altitude first. Once you've adjusted, the hike should be no problem at all."

"The hotel is located in the center of Daocheng County. Although it's a bit old, it's very well-maintained. The manager, Yang Zi, is incredibly capable and enthusiastic. She truly understands that visitors to the plateau can easily experience altitude sickness, so she is exceptionally warm, thoughtful, and attentive to guests. She frequently checks in on everyone and even arranged a taxi for our airport transfer. Before we left, she repeatedly reminded the driver to drive carefully to ensure our safety, which made us feel secure and at ease throughout our stay. The ******* staff team is also very friendly; Dorje, for instance, gave us many helpful suggestions. We had dinner at the hotel, and the dishes were perfectly suited for guests who can't eat spicy food, which we were very happy with."

This was the most delightful accommodation of our trip, and I have to recommend it to everyone! 🏔️ Amazing Location and Views The homestay is located in Reguang Village, Shangri-La Town, just a 10-minute drive from the scenic area entrance. It's a peaceful spot amidst the hustle and bustle. Opening the window, you're greeted by the majestic Niulang Mountain and fields of blooming highland barley. During the day, you can watch the snowy peaks and clouds, and at night, enjoy the Milky Way from the rooftop bar – the ambiance is incredible. 🎨 Superb Design and Facilities It boasts a light ******* luxury style, having won a CBDA design award, with incredibly high-quality details. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with floor heating, a humidifier, and Wi-Fi, making for a very comfortable stay at high altitude. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows mean you can enjoy views of the snow-capped mountains right from your bed – perfect for photos! 👩🍳 Five-Star Service and Experience The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming. They proactively helped with luggage, lent us hiking poles and windbreakers, and provided excellent tips for the scenic area. They offer free blood oxygen testing and have an oxygen concentrator, so there's no need to panic about altitude sickness. In the evenings, there are ******* dance lessons and complimentary ******* clothing experiences, offering an immersive taste of ******* culture. The highland barley cakes, matsutake chicken noodle soup, and butter tea were all incredibly delicious – we were full every day. Having breakfast in the scenic restaurant, accompanied by snow-capped mountains and blooming flowers, was an absolute joy. When you come to Yading, don't hesitate to book Sangyelinka! Beautiful design, stunning views, warm service, delicious breakfast, and excellent value for money. Next time I visit Yading, I'll definitely stay here again and will enthusiastically recommend it to all my friends!"

"I had high expectations for this hotel, given its 5-star rating. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet that standard. I had booked five rooms. We arrived at 6:00 PM, and there was a queue for check-in with only one staff member at the counter. As a result, the service quality was poor. The process was not smooth and was frequently interrupted by other guests. Upon heading to our rooms, we found the hotel corridor lights were not turned on. The dark corridors made it difficult to locate our room numbers. To our disappointment, one of the rooms was not ready. While we would understand an early check-in issue at 2:00 PM, finding an unprepared room at 6:30 PM is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The overall service was a major letdown. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and spacious, breakfast has a good selection."

"This time, we drove to Daocheng Yading, and this hotel stay was excellent in all aspects. The service was particularly warm and welcoming. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and offered great value for money. They also provide free shuttle service to the scenic spots, which was a huge plus. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak; if that were improved, it would be perfect."

"The owners are a very open and sincere ******* couple. The couple just contracted the hotel last month (the slippers used for bathing are all new). The negative reviews from the previous stay probably have little to do with the current owners. The overall environment of the hotel is the same as the product details page. The aisles and corridors are very spacious. I am not trying to ”deceive”. I only include some detailed pictures. These were the best two nights of sleep during my trip to western Sichuan. The advantages are as follows: 1. It is only a 5-minute walk from the entrance of the scenic spot. Parking is convenient and close to the road. However, the room does not face the road, so it is quiet and convenient. 2. The hotel has a place to dry clothes (although it is not dedicated, it can block the rain), which is great news for people who cannot dry their clothes during long-term travel. After all, don’t worry about the public washing machine and dryer. 3. The room has a table, chairs, and clothes racks, plenty of hot water, and a normal toilet. Especially their hair dryer, it turns on and off automatically (it turns on when you pick it up, and turns off when you put it back) 4. Very attentive and distinctive. The kettles are all ceramic! There is a multi-plug adapter thoughtfully installed on the socket (so I didn’t even use the one I brought)."

"It is clean since it is newly built. Located at the end of the tourist street, it is quiet and close to amenities such as restaurants and shops. If you need a vehicle, I recommend booking through the hotel. We booked the largest room, but it was disappointing because it was slightly different from the photos provided. Although the staff member explained it sufficiently, it was difficult to accept. We chose this room because we needed a sofa and chairs for a three-day stay with three people, as well as a room with a good view. However, there was no sofa, only one chair, and many aspects were different from the photos. If these aspects are improved, other travelers will be able to stay with a pleasant experience."

"The best choice for a trip to Daocheng Yading is undoubtedly the Crowne Plaza Yading Risong Gongbu Hotel. Located in the heart of Shangri-La town, its 2800-meter altitude is just right, avoiding altitude sickness while providing convenient access to the Yading scenic area entrance – a mere 15-minute drive to the sacred mountains. Upon arrival, a concierge proactively offered to help with luggage, a warm gesture spreading from the moment you stepped out of the car. Entering the double-height lobby, the ******* elements blend seamlessly with modern design. The hanging scroll depicting the three sacred mountains of Yading instantly evoked anticipation for the journey. The seated service during check-in was exceptionally attentive; staff member David offered ginger tea to dispel the chill of the journey and provided a detailed explanation of the scenic route and a guide map. The hotel's dining experience was a highlight of the trip. While the breakfast wasn't as lavish as in inland China, it was certainly excellent for the ******* region."

"This hotel truly excels in all four aspects: location, amenities, views, and service. 1. **Location**: Situated at Yading Village Station 3, it's perfect for those planning a two-day trip. You won't have to endure the 40-minute one-way shuttle ride back and forth. The hotel is only a 12-minute drive from the shuttle bus terminal and is right at the entrance of Station 3. You don't need to walk an extra step. You can even wait for the shuttle while taking photos on a swing chair in the lobby or the small courtyard, as you can see the snow-capped mountains from anywhere in the hotel (see photo 1, taken this morning). 2. **Amenities**: They provide a Dyson hairdryer, 'Black Sister' toothpaste, a large jar of freshly cut kumquat and lemon fruit tea, and four separate fruit platters. Each room comes with a small wooden table, a vintage tea set, and two packets of tea. There's also a private balcony where you can step out. You can brew tea and take your wooden tray tea set out to take pictures. 3. **Oxygen Supply**: Oxygen is supplied 24 hours a day, unlike many hotels that only offer it from 7 PM to 7 AM. It's a diffused oxygen supply with 24% oxygen concentration. Hotels in Litang typically only reach 21%. If you have an oxygen bag, you can even refill it in your room as the interface is compatible. 4. **Service**: Around 8 PM, I felt cold and asked the front desk to check if the air conditioning was working correctly. Without a word, the front desk brought up a massive heater that could reach a maximum temperature of 35 degrees Celsius. You'll sleep soundly and won't get cold, and it's completely silent. 5. **Luggage Service**: If you're staying at the hotel with luggage and find it inconvenient to carry to the attractions the next day, you can store it at the front desk. You also won't have to worry about wasting time and queuing for another shuttle to pick up your luggage at the station on your return journey. A front desk staff member will wait for you at the station with your luggage after your return bus departs. You don't even need to get off; they'll load your luggage directly onto the shuttle bus. Nice! 6. **Convenience Store**: If you're short on food, there's a small supermarket about 50 meters from the hotel. A bowl of braised beef noodles costs only 7 yuan – grab it! This is inside a scenic area; at the visitor center, it would start at 20 yuan."
