I chose a hotel near the airport for convenience, but unexpectedly, I found so much warmth there. The service from the people of Harbin is truly exceptional – warm, attentive, and welcoming. From the hotel staff to the locals I met on the street, everyone made me feel so welcome. I had an amazing time in Harbin, and this snowfall just added an extra layer of romance to the city. "This was my second night's stay, an extension of my previous booking. The hotel's location is excellent. You can exit from the back of the room, walk through the flower beds into the convention center, and after passing through it, you'll find the south gate of the Harbin Ice and Snow World directly across an asphalt road."

"This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in! The room was spotless, so clean I felt comfortable walking barefoot. The bathroom was also very clean with no water stains in the shower corner, and the toilet was disinfected with no odor. Even the curtains were electric, which was a nice touch. The hotel's laundry room was also excellent, fully equipped with new and smart facilities. The staff provided attentive service throughout, helping with luggage very quickly. The room offered a fantastic view of the lake, allowing me to fully appreciate nature. The lighting and ventilation were superb, the room decor was cozy, and the bedding was very comfortable. It felt even more comfortable than being at home! Absolutely great value for money."

"Great location, very close to Central Street, and the price is quite reasonable. The front desk staff, both young men and women, were exceptionally friendly. The room was very clean and quiet, and the bathroom was spacious. The housekeeping staff were also very responsible. Breakfast was quite rich, with fruit, dairy products, pastries, and both hot and cold dishes available."

"This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Northeast China, even better than some older five-star places. It has a unique character and excellent service! The hotel has a lot of style, and it would be perfect for photos, but unfortunately, we were in a rush. When we returned from being out, we found complimentary welcome fruit, and there was also afternoon tea with delicious pastries and fruit. The hotel service was also fantastic; the staff were incredibly patient, and the young men and women were all so good-looking! Breakfast was also great. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit."

"The room was warm enough despite the temperature outside is freezing cold at lowest -27 during our stay. They said there is only 1 family suite each floor, so the view with St Sophia Cathedral is guaranteed. There is 1 bed right after the entrance (i call it the living room with bed), and another 1 bed inside the bedroom. There is only 1 toilet / shower room - which is at the living room. There is no table or coffee table to eat together with family. The room overall has plenty of space but lack of proper furnitures."

The room was spacious, and the air conditioning was independently adjustable. The afternoon tea was excellent, and they even offered hot milk in the evening. "I dont have any pictures but the hotel room was good even the environment around was quiet but that s good. Not far from Beima subway station and easy to go to Zhongyang road the hotel staff was really nice and kind here!☃️🌟🌟🌟 I have a small trip to snow town and they allow me to keep 4 very large baggages at the hotel which I really appreciate."
