"Excellent service, very clean, and a superb location right on Central Street, close to the entrance, and also very near Metro Line 2, Exit 1. When I booked, I couldn't get a family room. Upon check-in, I wanted to change to a triple room, but because of the complicated procedures, the manager directly upgraded us to a triple room, which I'm extremely grateful for. The breakfast was also very good."

"Arrived early and saw that there were elderly people with me, so the front desk staff proactively checked me in. They were very welcoming, helped me with my luggage, and gave detailed information about nearby attractions and transportation. The high-floor room offered an unobstructed view of the Songhua River. They even provided a foot bath, which made me feel right at home. The restaurant staff was also very friendly, and the 3D printed yogurt was a unique highlight. It's very convenient for getting around; the hotel is directly opposite the subway station, and just a short walk further is the Songhua River Cableway station. Turning right out of the hotel and walking for five minutes brings you to the Hongzhuan Morning Market, which is bustling with people and influencers. Central Street is also within walking distance. Staying here was an excellent choice."

"Great brand, it's a Holiday Inn Express under InterContinental, so the quality control is guaranteed. The facilities are all very well-equipped. Mr. (name/initials, if provided, otherwise leave as Mr.) at the front desk provided excellent service and gave me a free room upgrade. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The only downside is that some of the public spaces are a bit small, like the lobby, gym, and laundry room. Also, the management of smoking in public areas should be strengthened."

"First off, the location is incredibly convenient! It's right next to Central Street and also close to the Lao Chujia flagship restaurant, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. Getting around by taxi is also very easy. The hotel isn't large but the decor is really unique; I took so many photos for my mom. The service is great too. They provide thoughtful fruit and pastries in the room, the staff helped with luggage, and even food deliveries can be brought to your room by a robot. One evening, I had some takeout I didn't want to waste, and the restaurant staff kindly warmed it up for me. Breakfast wasn't perfect but still decent, though the peaches weren't very good and could probably be removed. Just for the location and service, it's definitely worth coming back! Oh, and the row of cat hotels by the entrance is super heartwarming too! 🥰"

"Let's start with the positives: The room was very clean, so no worries about hygiene. The environment is nice, and it's convenient for getting around. The facilities are a bit dated, which is understandable.
Now for the negatives: Most of the front desk staff were polite, but there was a lack of thoughtful consideration when assigning rooms. I was traveling alone with a very large suitcase and had booked a king-size bed room. The front desk asked if I was checking in alone, and I confirmed. However, upon entering the room, I found there was hardly any space to open and lay out my suitcase. I eventually had to prop it up against the bathroom door, which made getting in and out of the bathroom very difficult. When I called to request a larger room, I was bluntly told that the room I booked was this size. I was quite surprised; did they think I hadn't stayed in many hotels before, or did they genuinely not have any other rooms available? I hope the hotel provides better training in this regard, as communicating with guests like that is sure to lead to more complaints."

"Wanda Holiday Hotel is an older establishment, and I've stayed there many times over the past few years. However, this recent stay showed a significant qualitative improvement! Compared to previous visits, here's a summary of the upgrades:
1. From the moment I got out of the car, a greeter came running out to help with my luggage. During check-in, a warm cup of tea 🍵 was offered, and my luggage was delivered directly to my room.
2. On every floor, near the elevators, there's a prominent stand stocked with complimentary self-serve bottled water. The room also had multiple disposable paper cups, which was a thoughtful touch. Even the toilet had been updated with new features.
3. The bellhop, Dahan (everyone calls him Dahan), really added a lot to the hotel experience. His service was diligent, enthusiastic, and attentive.
There were many other improvements too. Overall, both the soft and hard facilities have been significantly upgraded. The hotel management is clearly on top of things, and the operators are wise! Thumbs up! 👍"

This hotel is truly excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, close to Harbin Railway Station, and the surrounding area is full of food options with many local restaurants nearby. The room price is also very reasonable and affordable.
The service was outstanding—fast, professional, and very welcoming. From the moment we walked into the hotel, we felt warmth and comfort. The hotel is extremely clean, and the front desk staff work efficiently and provide excellent assistance whenever requested.
The room was spacious and very clean. Water pressure was strong, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly. Toiletries such as soap and shampoo were fully provided. The blanket and bedsheets were thick, comfortable, and of very good quality—this is genuinely true.
One impressive highlight of this hotel is the use of a delivery robot. This is something Thai travelers will really appreciate. The robot is smart, fast, and very efficient, allowing staff to deliver items without having to walk to the rooms themselves.
One day, when I brought my clothes to be washed, the hotel staff kindly helped wash them for me. After that, the robot delivered the clean clothes directly to our room, right on time. The service was excellent.
Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, we could contact the staff immediately, and they were always more than happy to help.
During this trip to Harbin, we had to visit a hospital because my partner had an eye injury. The hotel staff recommended Ming Ming Eye Hospital, which is a large and well-equipped hospital. The doctors and staff there were very helpful, even though there was a language barrier. We were able to communicate using mobile applications, which made everything much easier.
Another great benefit of this hotel is the complimentary tea and fresh coffee available at the lobby. Free drinking water is also available at all times, and guests can help themselves.
Lastly, we would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for their kindness and constant support during our stay in Harbin. We truly appreciated everything, and we will definitely return to stay here again in the future.

YYanggaomeinvTraveling to Harbin with my child, our first stop was the Xana Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sophia Church). The hotel's location is perfect, situated in the middle-north section of Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. Zhaolin Park is just 100 meters east, across the street, and the main Central Street is 50 meters west. St. Sophia Cathedral is about 500-800 meters away on foot. The hotel lobby was super cozy, offering a stamp check-in and afternoon tea. The staff provided excellent service. Since I hadn't planned my trip and decided to go last minute, I asked about Harbin's specialties. They even added me on WeChat and sent me a guide to dining, entertainment, and attractions around the hotel. The breakfast was incredibly rich, meeting all the nutritional needs (meat, eggs, milk, fruit) required for traveling with a child. On the day of check-out, I decided last minute to take some travel photos with my child near St. Sophia, which delayed our check-out time. The staff kindly extended our check-out until 2 PM for free. All in all, our first stop in Harbin made us feel so warm. If you're staying around Central Street, Xana is definitely the best choice!!! I've already recommended it to many friends since returning to Beijing. 😙😙😙

ZZheng2571Big thanks to Sister Qiu for always responding to our inquiries and to the boss, Hongbo, for the warm hospitality and care. We had a very comfortable and fun four-day, three-night stay (Dec 27-30) in Snow Valley. The warm beds, hot meals, and enjoying all the entertainment activities in Snow Valley and Snow Village gave our group of four an extraordinary winter experience.
At Xiongling in Snow Valley, we tried snowmobiling, snow tubing, skiing, and snow drifting (super thrilling!).
**Friendly reminder**: Please wear sunglasses, a mask, and a snow hat. This will help prevent the cold snow from hitting your face when you're snow drifting. The snow hitting your face is incredibly, unbelievably cold!
For the Yangcaoshan itinerary, I recommend buying tickets for the horse-drawn sled and taking the snowmobile all the way up the mountain. Hiking would be a very long and time-consuming distance. For the second half, we opted to hike down to Snow Village, and the snow scenery along the way was absolutely spectacular, perfect for photos. You can also buy a small sled to enjoy some exciting mini snow runs on the way down.
**The only drawback**: The shower head in the bathroom had low water pressure, so it took a bit longer to shower.

Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location near the Songhua River. The staff were incredibly warm and provided great service, even offering a complimentary afternoon tea. Our whole family was very satisfied with our stay. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and it's right next to Central Street, and very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, which is easily reachable on foot. Not bad at all!

The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view.
The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please.
This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret.
It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place?
Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.
