"Facilities: The advantages are the spacious room with large windows and a comfortable bed. The room also has a mini-fridge, which is very practical! Disposable toiletries were replenished promptly, and bottled water and drinks could be requested freely and without limit. The downsides are that the bathroom is a bit small and the drainage isn't great. There are no USB charging ports, and the lighting is a bit dim. The TV didn't work. Also, taking the elevator during peak hours was annoying because there are many units in the apartment building, leading to crowding!
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: The location is excellent, right next to Harbin West Station and the Wanda commercial district, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also close to the airport, with shuttle buses available at Harbin West Station, and the hotel offers free pick-up and drop-off.
Service: The butler service was good, patient, conscientious, and responsible! The biggest highlight was the late-night snack; although the variety was limited, it was delicious. I recommend the wontons and Dalu noodles! Breakfast was decent, with rotating dishes daily. Local specialties like Guobaorou (sweet and sour pork) and Harbin red sausage were available every day. The room offers great value for money!
Finally, a word about the self-service laundry room! The hygiene of the washing machines was genuinely concerning. After washing a few clothes, I regretted it immensely. The attendant said one machine was broken and another was in use, so she told me to use the large pulsator washing machine. The result was that all my clothes came out covered in sticky white lint, some unknown substance. It forced me to wait for someone else to finish with the drum washing machine and then re-wash everything, but they still didn't come clean. I had to take them home and wash them again there. This incident significantly detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay."
