"Great location, very close to Central Street, and the price is quite reasonable. The front desk staff, both young men and women, were exceptionally friendly. The room was very clean and quiet, and the bathroom was spacious. The housekeeping staff were also very responsible. Breakfast was quite rich, with fruit, dairy products, pastries, and both hot and cold dishes available."

"This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in! The room was spotless, so clean I felt comfortable walking barefoot. The bathroom was also very clean with no water stains in the shower corner, and the toilet was disinfected with no odor. Even the curtains were electric, which was a nice touch. The hotel's laundry room was also excellent, fully equipped with new and smart facilities. The staff provided attentive service throughout, helping with luggage very quickly. The room offered a fantastic view of the lake, allowing me to fully appreciate nature. The lighting and ventilation were superb, the room decor was cozy, and the bedding was very comfortable. It felt even more comfortable than being at home! Absolutely great value for money."

"Arrived late in the evening. Quick check-in process. The cleanliness of the room was okay, with daily towel replacement. There're a few local restaurants right outside the hotel, and supermarket within 5 mins walk distance. Easy to travel around Harbin, as the hotel located not very far from the major attractions. Temperature outside was -20, but it was always perfectly warm inside the room. Hot water with a good pressure. Overall very good choice."

"Location was perfect. Walking distance to the cathedral. Outside the hotel got their own local convenience store. There is microwave at the lobby you can used. Free flow of bottled water u can oenself get from the lobby as well. Love the room as its not centralised airconditioning. Water flow for shower is consistent as well."

"The soundproofing in the room was quite good, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very convenient. The facilities were complete, and the room was cleaned thoroughly and was very comfortable every day. Plus, the hotel is right outside Exit 3 of Gonglu Bridge Station on Metro Line 3, which is super convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's close to Central Street, Chinese Baroque Architecture, and Harbin Institute of Technology. Definitely worth the trip!"

"I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Giving it a good review because: 1. The front desk service was genuinely excellent. Out of the 27 nights we spent in hotels during our trip to China, spanning Chengdu, Chongqing, Zhangjiajie, Changsha, Harbin, Yanji, Changbaishan, and Xuegu, I honestly think this hotel had the best front desk service! Every staff member at the front desk was fantastic. If I could, I'd write down all their names. When we checked in, the front desk staff (whose names I didn't get) helped me carry my luggage (which was very heavy). When we checked out, Ms. Guo also proactively helped me with my luggage. The service was excellent. Ms. Yan at the front desk was also very good. Auntie Yan, who handled the cleaning, provided great service; she was always friendly, greeting us and asking how we were. 2. The room was spacious and had a sofa, making it very comfortable and convenient. The hot shower was also very relaxing. 3. On my floor, there were two washing machines and two dryers, which was very convenient for doing laundry. There are many places to eat downstairs. Recommendation: There's a ”Nanjing Soup Dumpling Noodle Restaurant” nearby. The name of the shop is Yuan Xiang Ju (please see the pictures for the exact name). The owner is very friendly, and the food is delicious and affordable. They have soup dumplings, noodles, and more."

"Good location with an airport bus stop in front. The duplex room is strongly recommended. It has high ceiling and large space at the living room to relax and place the luggage. The hotel has free laundry which is efficient for long stay. Very convenient to walk to the Zhongyang central walking, Saint Sophia's Catherdral, morning market and food market"

"The room was clean and bright, equipped with a full suite of smart home devices, which was very convenient. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive, especially the shuttle driver who was incredibly thoughtful, picking me up and dropping me off multiple times. The hotel also scheduled the airport transfers perfectly on time, which put us completely at ease. Next time I'm in Harbin, I will definitely stay at Jifeng International Hotel again."
