"This is my second time staying at the Golden Imperial Boutique Hotel, and I'm still very satisfied with the overall experience. It's especially suitable for high-speed rail transfers and business trips. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, right next to Harbin West Station, making travel incredibly convenient. Downstairs is the core commercial district of Harbin West, with major shopping malls like Mixc World, Harbin West Wanda, and Xicheng Hongchang all within easy reach. The Haxi Golden Street downstairs is lined with various food stalls, offering a wide selection of snacks and full meals. You can easily shop, dine, and get everything done in one stop, making both life and travel very convenient. What's most thoughtful is the hotel's complimentary shuttle service to and from Harbin West Station. The vehicle is punctual, and the service is attentive, saving you the hassle of dragging luggage and hailing a taxi. This is particularly friendly for guests catching high-speed trains or transferring to flights. The hotel is a business-oriented hotel, located on two floors (17th and 18th) of a building. The overall decor is a bit old-fashioned and slightly dated, but thankfully, the basic facilities are complete. Room hygiene is well-maintained; the room is clean with no strange odors, and the bedding is fresh and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The only minor drawback is that rooms on the second floor (of the hotel's section) do not have elevator access, requiring you to carry your luggage up and down the stairs yourself. This can be a bit inconvenient if you have large luggage. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, convenient transportation, attentive service, and well-developed commercial amenities. If you're transiting through Harbin West or on a business trip to Harbin, this hotel is one of the best high-value options."

"The hotel facilities are decent, and the cleanliness is good. The environment is also what you'd expect for the price, and the service is fine. The main downsides are a slight odor in the room and inconvenient parking downstairs."

"Among hotels in the same price range, this one stands out for its exceptional cleanliness; both the floors and mirrors were spotless. The room features a smart control system, allowing easy operation of appliances and curtains. The blackout curtains are excellent, providing a perfect environment for a deep sleep. The service details were surprisingly good: not only was there a robot delivery service adding a fun touch, but the staff also proactively asked if I needed a change of bedsheets. The breakfast selection was also quite varied. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to Saint Sophia Cathedral and Central Street. Transportation is equally convenient, with Shangzhi Avenue Metro Station just behind the hotel and a bus stop right outside when you turn right. There are many shops and supermarkets nearby. The elevators were clean, smooth, and had short waiting times. Overall, the stay was extremely comfortable and pleasant."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right near Harbin's Central Street. It's just a few minutes' walk to Central Street, and attractions like St. Sophia Church and the Songhua River Flood Control Memorial Tower are nearby. In the morning, you can explore the local morning market, which is right next to the hotel on Hongzhuan Street. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and the service is great. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small. We booked two double rooms, and the aisle was quite narrow, making it a bit inconvenient to move around, especially getting in and out of bed. They offer complimentary drinks and bottled water, even in the mini-fridge. Plus, they gave us a souvenir upon check-out. Overall, it's a pretty good place and definitely worth recommending."

"The hotel staff lacked attentiveness, and the room was poorly equipped. There were no tote bags, sewing kits, or children's toothbrushes provided. Usually, when guests check in with children, the front desk proactively asks if they need kids' toothbrushes and slippers. This hotel neither offered nor provided them in the room. Furthermore, there's a sofa bed in the room. When I called the front desk to ask how to use it, they did send someone to open it for me, but without sheets or blankets. This is a common issue the front desk should anticipate. When a guest inquires about the sofa bed, they should proactively ask if bedding is needed to avoid the guest having to call room service for this reason. The room service staff, an older gentleman, arrived with a stern look and snapped, 'Anything else?' Who calls room service for fun? It's simply the hotel's own service falling short!"

"The hotel environment was incredibly quiet, and both the service and cleanliness were excellent. I discovered a hidden gem of a cafe right next to the hotel; it was elegant and served great coffee! Running into Snow King (Mixue) was a delightful surprise! I hope to visit again sometime~"

"Honestly, the photo they used seems to be AI-generated or at least edited, so don’t expect it to look THAT good. HOWEVER, with that said, it doesn’t defeat the purpose of how a hotel should actually operate. This is my honest review: ✈️ LOCATION: (10/10) - It’s literally less than 5 minutes away from “Harbin Taiping International Airport” (HRB). - There is also a street filled with small restaurants and grocery stores, just one minute away from the hotel. We recommend eating at 云姐: 金麦手擀面 (Sister Yun: Golden Wheat Hand-made Noodles) 👍🏼 💁🏻♂️ SERVICE: (10/10) - They are very transparent about the lack of English speakers, and the use of Translation apps. It was quite easy to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, because they had a real-time convenient translation app. - The staff were very accommodating, and them smiling a lot helped ease any discomfort. There was also a free transportation service to the airport, and the driver was equally as friendly. 🧴 CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES: (8/10) - Much like with the rest of Harbin, I LOVED their provided cosmetics, as they always have a scent of tea to them, and the feel is good. They even provided small delicious snacks. - However, the reason why I didn’t rate it the highest is because compared to other hotels, it’s not the most clean-looking. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, but it wasn’t the whole “spotless and sanitized” look. There was also A BIT of an odour once you enter the room. Just a bit tho, not to the point of causing extreme discomfort. Plus, it’s only upon initial entry, it fades right after. 🍲 FOOD: (?/10) - I have no idea, because we didn’t try their food, sorry. We went out to eat 😭 🌸 VIEW: (10/10) - Much like I’ve said earlier as well, the Hotel is beautiful but not as pristine as it looks, because the front is now filled with shafts, etc. - However, I still rated it the highest because the view from outside our window, and to the left of the Hotel itself was beautiful (at least in the winter, during snow season, when we came). It was a vast plane field (corn field, I assume) filled with snow, and you get a clear view of the sunset/sunrise, as well as the Tower of the Harbin Airport. All in all, I’d rate the overall stay a 9/10. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Hotel to my friends, and my family and I would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Harbin ! ~"
