"This hotel is an absolute steal for the price, offering incredible value for money. The room was spacious, with well-thought-out decor details, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. Everything was spotless and tidy, and the service staff were incredibly friendly with sweet smiles. They even had a local food and travel guide in the room, plus smart amenities! The surrounding area boasts delicious and affordable food, and the location is superb – close to the subway station, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Central Street. I'll definitely be booking here again on my next visit."

"Excellent service, very clean, and a superb location right on Central Street, close to the entrance, and also very near Metro Line 2, Exit 1. When I booked, I couldn't get a family room. Upon check-in, I wanted to change to a triple room, but because of the complicated procedures, the manager directly upgraded us to a triple room, which I'm extremely grateful for. The breakfast was also very good."

"I was absolutely delighted with the service. The front desk team, a young man and woman, were incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to cater to our every request, truly embodying the warm and generous spirit often associated with people from Northeast China. Any issues that arose were promptly and efficiently resolved. The hotel's location is also excellent; it's very convenient to get anywhere by public transport (bus or subway). A walk to the Songhua River is also very pleasant and quick. The food was great too. Breakfast was comprehensive and included fruit. The dishes and cutlery were so meticulously scrubbed with detergent that you could even smell the cleaning product after they'd just been washed, which speaks volumes about their hygiene standards. However, there's one point worth mentioning: the hotel's soundproofing and ventilation/odor isolation were not ideal. The famously boisterous and loud speaking style of people from Northeast China was very evident in the hallways. Furthermore, the smoking issue was quite severe. Guests smoked in their own rooms, and the smell would unfortunately drift into other rooms through the bathroom ventilation. There were also guests smoking in the restaurant without any intervention, which was quite challenging for me, as I cannot tolerate even the slightest scent of smoke. Perhaps this is something everyone has grown accustomed to. Yet, I can't really fault the hotel itself, as these issues stem from guest etiquette rather than the hotel's failings. It seems guests feel *so* incredibly comfortable and at home here that they become completely uninhibited – freely shouting, smoking wherever they please, without any consideration, just happily enjoying themselves. In a way, this paradoxically reflects how genuinely relaxing the hotel makes its guests feel. Despite these points, the overall experience was very comfortable."

"The location is convenient, with easy access to the church, Central Street, the subway, and Daoli vegetable market. There are also many restaurants on the nearby streets. The room has a window with a view outside, and it's relatively quiet. The bed was comfortable, and it features smart controls for opening curtains, robot delivery for meals, and an automatic heated toilet. The bed and pillows were also comfortable. The only drawback is that the space is a bit compact, but there's still plenty of storage. Overall, it's still highly recommended."

"This hotel is a hidden gem, highly recommend! 👍 Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was fantastic. There's no draft, and the hotel has direct access to the MixC mall from B2. Turn right out of the hotel, and Wanda Plaza is just across the street. You can see Harbin West Station right outside the window. We checked out the Frozen Roses at Wanda Plaza's Gate 1 and the Snow King formation at Gate 2. The hotel breakfast was good, and the station drop-off service was excellent. The only minor downsides were the soundproofing and the wait for the elevator, but these are common issues for hotels located within shopping complex buildings."

"The hotel room was very warm, and its location near Central Street meant we could easily walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and the Red Brick Morning Market (which includes a wet market). I highly recommend the 'Iron Pot Stew' at Shanhetun!"

"Honestly, the photo they used seems to be AI-generated or at least edited, so don’t expect it to look THAT good. HOWEVER, with that said, it doesn’t defeat the purpose of how a hotel should actually operate. This is my honest review: ✈️ LOCATION: (10/10) - It’s literally less than 5 minutes away from “Harbin Taiping International Airport” (HRB). - There is also a street filled with small restaurants and grocery stores, just one minute away from the hotel. We recommend eating at 云姐: 金麦手擀面 (Sister Yun: Golden Wheat Hand-made Noodles) 👍🏼 💁🏻♂️ SERVICE: (10/10) - They are very transparent about the lack of English speakers, and the use of Translation apps. It was quite easy to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, because they had a real-time convenient translation app. - The staff were very accommodating, and them smiling a lot helped ease any discomfort. There was also a free transportation service to the airport, and the driver was equally as friendly. 🧴 CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES: (8/10) - Much like with the rest of Harbin, I LOVED their provided cosmetics, as they always have a scent of tea to them, and the feel is good. They even provided small delicious snacks. - However, the reason why I didn’t rate it the highest is because compared to other hotels, it’s not the most clean-looking. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, but it wasn’t the whole “spotless and sanitized” look. There was also A BIT of an odour once you enter the room. Just a bit tho, not to the point of causing extreme discomfort. Plus, it’s only upon initial entry, it fades right after. 🍲 FOOD: (?/10) - I have no idea, because we didn’t try their food, sorry. We went out to eat 😭 🌸 VIEW: (10/10) - Much like I’ve said earlier as well, the Hotel is beautiful but not as pristine as it looks, because the front is now filled with shafts, etc. - However, I still rated it the highest because the view from outside our window, and to the left of the Hotel itself was beautiful (at least in the winter, during snow season, when we came). It was a vast plane field (corn field, I assume) filled with snow, and you get a clear view of the sunset/sunrise, as well as the Tower of the Harbin Airport. All in all, I’d rate the overall stay a 9/10. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Hotel to my friends, and my family and I would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Harbin ! ~"

"I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to Harbin. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in the city center. Service & Atmosphere • Warm Welcome: Upon arrival, we were greeted with excellent service. Since Harbin is freezing, the staff immediately served us hot tea to help us warm up. It was a very thoughtful gesture! • Lobby Amenities: While breakfast isn't provided, there is a self-service mini cafe in the lobby area, which is perfect for a quick caffeine fix or tea. The Room • Space & Comfort: The room was a good size for two people, even with our large 28-inch luggage. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. • Quiet & Clean: The soundproofing is impressive we weren't disturbed by outside noise. One unique feature is the filtered drinking water tap located right next to the bathroom sink. • Note: The only minor downside was that the bathroom felt a bit chilly compared to the well-heated bedroom area. Location & Transport The location is definitely the highlight of this hotel: • Walking Distance: Just a short 400m walk to Zhongyang Street (Central Street) and about 700m to Saint Sophia Cathedral. • Transport: It is very easy to book a DiDi as the hotel is located right on a main road, making pick-ups quick and hassle-free. Verdict: Highly recommended for its strategic location and great hospitality!"

"This hotel is really close to Harbin Station, which I found super convenient. Maybe it's because I was driving, but despite a lot of one-way streets, it wasn't too far from any of the attractions. The hotel itself is in a quiet location, and having a parking lot was great for self-driving. The front desk staff were very friendly; they even gave some snacks to my child when we checked out after a two-night stay. Overall, it's excellent value for money."

"Our stay was incredibly comfortable and we were very satisfied, so I'm giving it a 5-star rating. First off, the location is absolutely fantastic. It's only a 4-5 minute walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral, and you can even see the cathedral square from your room – I'd estimate it's about 500 meters away in a straight line. Central Street is an 8-9 minute walk, and it's just 2.7 kilometers from Harbin Railway Station, a quick taxi ride. It's also very close to Daoli Vegetable Market and New One Hundred, making dining convenient and getting around super easy. The room was brand new and spotless, with excellent hygiene. The smart speaker was a nice touch, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Although it faces the street, the soundproofing was excellent. The staff provided wonderful service, making us feel right at home. The front desk even kindly offered complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of dishes. If I come back to Harbin, I'll definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends."
