"The room size was just right, and the hotel is close to the city center. It was clean, and the service was absolutely on point, warm and thoughtful. They met every request we made. Breakfast was good, a mix of Chinese and Western. The afternoon tea, coffee, and pastries were all delicious. The only downside is the lack of a dedicated parking lot; we had to park under the elevated bridge in front, which cost over twenty yuan per day! The price this time was very, very good. Looking forward to staying again in winter!"

"Choosing Puyuan Hotel for my Harbin trip was a brilliant decision! The location is superb, right on Central Street, and just a few minutes' walk to the Songhua River. It was incredibly convenient for sightseeing and enjoying local food. The new Chinese-style decor is elegant and grand, and the room was spacious and clean. The floor-to-ceiling river view window offered a spectacular panorama, perfect for watching the sunset in the evening and the sparkling lights along the river at night. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the toiletries were high-quality, and the minibar drinks were complimentary. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, offering hot ginger tea and a local guide upon check-in, and the concierge proactively helped with luggage – every detail was perfect. The breakfast spread was extensive, with local specialties. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation in Harbin!"

The doorman, Zang Xiaoguo, was incredibly welcoming. From the moment our car arrived, he helped us with our luggage, guided us through check-in, and then delivered our bags to the room. Shangri-La's hygiene and service are consistently reliable. This time, we (two adults and two children) booked a 4-night river-view suite for our vacation. The detail I was most concerned about was the noise from opening and closing the room door and bathroom door, as the kids sleep until 9 or 10 AM, while the adults are up and about in the living room by 6 or 7 AM. Shangri-La's doors are truly excellent, almost silent, allowing both kids to wake up naturally for all four mornings. Since we booked for two adults and two children, the hotel was very generous, providing an extra bed and breakfast for one 7-year-old child. The room even came with mouthwash. The two-sided river view was particularly beautiful. The kids loved the heated pool. The executive room included a simple dinner. The two restaurants offered both buffet and à la carte options, which were quite affordable. They had noodles, dumplings, rice, and stir-fries, and for around 100-200 per person, you could eat quite comfortably.

During my stay, I had some issues with my room at night, and I really appreciate the duty manager for promptly helping me arrange a room change. Their proactive problem-solving was very reassuring.
Also, a big shoutout to the housekeeper, Wang Liqiu. She was incredibly attentive. She noticed I had placed my bath towel on the sofa while cleaning, and when I returned, she had neatly folded it for me. She also saw that I had moved the tissues from the vanity to the table, and she thoughtfully replenished them. She noticed many small habits of mine that I hadn't even mentioned.
The dumplings at breakfast were absolutely delicious, and the shrimp dumplings and siu mai were very authentic. The pickled vegetables here, in my opinion, are even better than those at some external Northeastern restaurants; the sourness is just right, refreshing and not greasy. I also enjoyed the various tarts I tried at the lounge. The head chef was also super nice.
I'd also like to extend my thanks to other staff members whose names I didn't catch!

The room was huge, we didn't even have enough time to enjoy it all in three days and two nights, haha! The hot springs were clean! The 'yin-yang' hot pot-style pool was hilarious! The outdoor swimming pool was also fantastic! The water was so clean, and there were interactive activities at 3 PM which were a lot of fun! The staff were also very enthusiastic ❤️

The Wanda Vista Hotel in Harbin is conveniently located in the heart of Songbei District. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay and would recommend it. Here are a few highlights:

The environment here is really great. We had a two-room suite, and the kids' room had a car-shaped bed with side rails, so my child slept very safely. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. I'd especially like to thank Ms. Song Chunyong from the restaurant for taking such good care of my child. Several other ladies in the restaurant were also very attentive, proactively asking if we needed anything and preparing food for our child. The front desk staff were also very welcoming; they kindly extended our check-out time to 2 PM since our child was napping. We come here every week and always feel comfortable and at ease during our stay.

Nijiushuoxingbuxingba？1. There were only two staff members checking people in, and it took almost 15 minutes to complete the check-in process. It was incredibly slow.
2. The hotel's shoehorn was broken! It wasn't until the third day of my stay that the housekeeping staff finally noticed and replaced it. This clearly shows the hotel doesn't inspect room amenities for damage or updates before guests check in.
3. The hotel gym equipment is generally good, but during my four-night stay, I went to the gym twice and there was no drinking water or towels available either time.
On the positive side:
1. The hotel's pillows are the most comfortable I've slept on in any hotel in the past three years, bar none.
2. The hotel is located right next to wetlands, and the room was very quiet overall. There were absolutely no issues affecting my sleep.
3. The hotel's breakfast quality was good, basically satisfying all needs for both Chinese and Western cuisine.
Overall, the hotel's price and quality are severely disproportionate. The value for money is not only poor, but it's even worse than a 500 yuan hotel next door. I won't be considering staying here again.

Zhangzhanger_We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!

When I checked in, the front desk attendant had already filled out the ski equipment size form for me. The ski equipment hall on the first floor is exclusively for guests, which is super convenient. When we arrived at the ski hall, the staff had already prepared all our gear, saving us a lot of time and effort. The restaurant on the first floor serves excellent food; we tried various dishes for three consecutive days. There's a QR code in the room for ordering food, so you don't even have to leave to get your meals delivered. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (Zheng Linchun, Sun Yuxin, Li Yan, Teng Yaoxuan); they were incredibly patient and helpful with all the questions my two kids had.
