"This hotel deserves more than a five-star rating! Let's start with the location: it's nestled in a side alley right off Central Street, a mere minute's walk to the main thoroughfare. The Hongzhuan Morning Market is only three minutes away. How convenient is that? Cleanliness: Spotless! We were staying with a young child, so we moved the sofa next to the bed to prevent falls, and there wasn't a speck of dust underneath, which shows how thoroughly they clean. The bedding was dry and pristine, the bathroom had no odors, the drains worked perfectly, and even the nooks and crannies were dust-free. Facilities: Not brand new, but very well-maintained. The coffee machine was a nice and convenient touch. Service: The service was arguably the best part – incredibly heartwarming. They called us the day before our arrival. We got there quite early, and although our room wasn't ready, they kindly stored our luggage. Around 10 AM, they called to let us know the room was cleaned and ready for check-in. The next day, our child had online classes until 1 PM, and they graciously granted us a late check-out. The gentleman at the entrance actively helped with our luggage and greeted us warmly every time we passed. Great service truly lies in these small details, offering friendly assistance within arm's reach. That was really impressive."

"The hotel is right next to Central Street and the Songhua River, with the subway and bus stops just downstairs. It's a five-minute walk to Zhaolin Park and Central Street. The hotel lobby is on the top floor, offering amazing views. They even gave us complimentary homemade cookies when we checked in, which were delicious. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and excellent soundproofing – we barely heard any noise from the hallway. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties, and it was served until 10:30 AM, which is great for those who like to sleep in. There's also afternoon tea from 2 PM to 5 PM with good juice and pastries. We even got to make cotton candy with the kids. Highly recommend staying here."

"The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around everywhere. The room offers an unobstructed river view. It's very convenient for first-time visitors to stay here. Although the hotel is old, it has been renovated, and the walls, floors, and bathroom are quite new, with great water pressure in the shower. The hardware is exceptionally well-maintained. The hygiene is excellent, and the housekeeping service is very detailed. The front desk staff are attractive, and Rena was particularly great! I'll definitely stay here again when I revisit Harbin."

"I stayed at the Grand View Hotel for one night to take my child to the airport the next day. This was my first time experiencing such excellent service at a hotel. Although it's on a busy street, the soundproofing is great; I couldn't hear any traffic noise outside. There's a reasonably priced paid parking lot right across the street, which is much safer than parking on the roadside! Both the staff and receptionists were very welcoming. They offer afternoon tea and a warm towel upon arrival. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options. My wife and child both thoroughly enjoyed it! This hotel offers great value for money and definitely deserves its five-diamond rating!"

Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.

The hotel has a backyard garden and offers a free shuttle service. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the comfortable bedding ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process quick and smooth. The location is convenient, with a theme park and an indoor ski resort nearby, making getting around very easy. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotel was spotless and exceptionally clean. Choosing the Sofitel for my trip to Harbin was an absolute delight. Its location is excellent, right near Xiangjiang Park and Wanda Plaza. It's also close to the subway, making it super convenient and stress-free to get to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. The lobby's French decor is grand and exquisite, with crystal chandeliers adding a wonderful ambiance. The guest rooms are clean and spacious, with ample heating. Paired with their signature bedding, the sleep comfort was top-notch. Amenities were fully stocked, and they thoughtfully provided a humidifier, which is perfect for Harbin's dry climate. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, including authentic Harbin red sausage and Russian dishes, alongside Western pastries and freshly ground coffee. The concierge and front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, proactively helping with luggage and planning my itinerary. With a heated pool and gym, my entire stay was comfortable and relaxing. It's definitely my top choice for future travels!

Stayed here with a friend. The hotel has a lot of character and the bathtub is spacious – you can really stretch out in it. The breakfast spread is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and the freshly made dumplings and Lanzhou beef noodles were absolutely delicious. The fruit quality was also excellent. The pool water was clean. The only minor downside was that the TV in our room couldn't cast, but it wasn't a big deal. The front desk staff, Luna, was very responsive and provided excellent service. 👍

The room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.

The hotel lobby has a Russian-style decor, perfect for taking photos. The room was very comfortable with a tasteful design. The front desk staff were warm and provided excellent service. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. It's also very close to the Harbin Ice and Snow World. There's a gym and a heated pool on the third floor. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

The environment here is really great. We had a two-room suite, and the kids' room had a car-shaped bed with side rails, so my child slept very safely. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. I'd especially like to thank Ms. Song Chunyong from the restaurant for taking such good care of my child. Several other ladies in the restaurant were also very attentive, proactively asking if we needed anything and preparing food for our child. The front desk staff were also very welcoming; they kindly extended our check-out time to 2 PM since our child was napping. We come here every week and always feel comfortable and at ease during our stay.

The view outside the window is beautiful. The location is a bit out of the way, far from the subway. Although it looks close to the Songhua River, there's no direct access, so getting to the riverside is quite a walk. For meals, you have to go about one or two kilometers to a residential area, which has tons of great restaurants. Taxis are super convenient; they pick you up instantly, and it's usually under ten yuan. The room was clean, but the soundproofing was just okay – I could hear kids jumping around next door and their mom scolding them. Breakfast was average, not much variety. Out of the three 5-star hotels I stayed at in Harbin, the Marriott had the least to offer for breakfast. The doormen and the cleaning staff were excellent. Giving a good review out of habit.

The location is excellent, just off Central Street. Parking spots are limited but there's an attendant who registers vehicles, so you don't have to fight for a spot. The breakfast is quite rich, and while the afternoon tea snacks are just okay, the coffee has a very generous milk ratio. The room design is quite good, and the facilities are well-maintained. However, there's no overhead light above the desk, and the desk lamp only has one brightness setting, which is so bright that even the side glare makes the laptop screen look washed out. Upon check-in, the front desk changed my room type (the one I originally booked had an overhead light above the desk) without informing me, and the room didn't include a razor, which was explicitly listed among the toiletries. These two points fell short of my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.
