"I chose this hotel because it offers free airport transfer. I arrived around midnight and left early in the morning, yet the host was still very kind and helpful with the pickup and drop-off. The room was clean, cozy, and even better than I expected, with everything well prepared, eg. drinking water, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, etc. I also appreciated the thoughtful detail of having the table corners covered to prevent scratches. Overall, it was indeed a pleasant stay."

"Give a good review. You can't expect too much for this price. The boss lady is very nice! I came in a hurry and didn't have time to bring all the things. The boss lady also gave me a warm baby! I can recommend it to my friends who come to Harbin in the future. The location is good. It is very close to the subway entrance of Line 3, and opposite is the Chinese Baroque Style Street! There is also a supermarket next to it for convenient living!"

The location is not central but it’s easy enough to go to the center, plus in the area there are plenary of restaurants. They have a common kettle. Negative: If you book a room without private toilet, expect no shower and a hole in the ground as a toilet. We had to upgrade the room for shower and toilet which makes it a little bit overpriced."

"It's very close to Central Street and the train station, both within walking distance. An auntie comes to clean the hostel daily. Staying at the hostel and chatting in the evenings is a great experience. I even bought Harbin red sausage and Harbin beer to eat, drink, and chat at the hostel."

"The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with enough amenities. The hotel’s location is convenient, especially with halal restaurants, a halal bakery, and more just nearby. I also appreciated that they provided a laundry area for guests, although there was no dryer available. However, the biggest downside was the strong smell of cigarettes throughout the hotel. It’s really not suitable for pregnant women or families with children. Even though my room was labeled non-smoking, the smell from other rooms carried through the hallways. Guests were also smoking in the lobby, which made waiting for the room keys very uncomfortable and difficult to breathe. Overall, I would rate my stay 6/10. The place is affordable and conveniently located for anyone looking for halal food options, but the cigarette smell definitely affected the experience"

Overall, there were aspects I truly appreciated, as well as areas where I believe improvements could be made. Firstly, I was very impressed by the variety of dining options available. The hotel offers numerous restaurants, including a thoughtful addition of a halal restaurant. The fresh fruit selection was also excellent and much appreciated. However, I found the hotel's distance from the metro station to be a bit inconvenient, especially for guests who prefer not to walk or who are traveling with heavy luggage. Additionally, I encountered a minor issue during my stay. I occasionally detected a faint smell of smoke in my room, seemingly coming from an adjacent room or the hallway. This somewhat affected the comfort of my stay. I hope the hotel can further enhance its management of smoking in public areas and guest rooms to ensure a fresher, healthier environment for all guests. Thank you for your hospitality.
