"The hotel offers comprehensive facilities. While the room was a little on the smaller side, it certainly provides good value for money. Its location is excellent and easy to find, just a short walk from both the Cathedral and Central Avenue, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. However, the absolute highlight was the exceptional service. I'd especially like to commend the charming young lady who handled our check-in and the security guard. Both were incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and went above and beyond to proactively address any guest inquiries or issues. Their excellent service made us feel truly comfortable and well taken care of. "For a trip to Harbin, I highly recommend this hotel. It's conveniently located right next to Central Street. The subway station is just a short walk away, easily accessible by passing through the small fountain square near the Central Street Museum. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and having a balcony with a small sofa and coffee table was especially convenient. A small lamp on the desk would be a nice addition. However, there could have been more table space for personal belongings. Downstairs, you'll find Russian restaurants and folk bars. It's incredibly convenient for visiting nearby attractions. Central Street and the banks of the Songhua River offer a wonderfully relaxing vibe! The Chinese Baroque district has a lively, authentic charm! The Urban Planning Exhibition Hall is also very modern!"

"The room facilities are very new, the XGIMI projector works great, the curtains are very light-blocking, and I can sleep in until after 8 o'clock every day. The entire homestay is very clean and hygienic. The customer service and the hostess are very friendly and helpful. The service is excellent, and the experience is particularly good! The location is also excellent, a 5-minute walk from St. Sophia Cathedral and a 10-minute walk from Central Street."

"Excellent! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the location was incredibly convenient. The customer service team was always online and very responsive; unlike what I'd imagined, they were never hard to reach. When we needed to change rooms, they handled everything seamlessly, even taking care of our luggage so we didn't have to lift a finger. The service was superb, truly guest-centric. For example, after a travel photoshoot, we were told makeup removal would cost 15 RMB elsewhere. But staying at this hotel meant we saved that expense because we could simply go back to our room to wash up. This was incredibly convenient!"

"Convenient transportation, clean rooms and good value for money. There are many beds in one room. The owner is really thoughtful. It is a good place for a family of three to travel. It is close to the Songhua River and has free parking. And I love the boss lady. She has a very beautiful stray cat. You can touch it at will. It is very friendly."

"I like this hotel a lott. First is because the staff is so nice even though we don’t speak the same language. They try really hard to accommodate us. Second, the room is really comfortable. They are nice and cozy even without window. I had a good time clean myself up before next destination. And for the price, it’s worth the money. Only the location is quite a distance from the centre but it’s close to all basic services and shops that you need. Even close to the mall and good restaurants. Mind you the hotel is on the 7th floor (if I am not mistaken) so you have to go inside the red building and take the elevator to the hotel lobby."

"The most surprising thing is the amazing view from the 25th floor!!! One window has no screen, offering panoramic city views. Below is a Baroque-style street, and the popular McDonald's is right below. Around 5 AM, you can see the sunrise from inside the room. The evening sky is a stunning pinkish-purple, and the city lights at night are a wonderful surprise! Just for this view, you have to stay here. The key is that it's cheap! Such a great location for just over a hundred dollars! The room is newly renovated, everything is brand new. A bathtub (though unused), a smart toilet, a refrigerator, and a washing machine—these are things you wouldn't expect at this price. Come on! You can't go wrong for just over a hundred dollars! Tips: · There's no front desk; they'll give you a password to open the door. Checking out is as simple as ”leaving and leaving the door open.” · The mattress is a little uncomfortable, on the firm side. People with back problems should consider bringing a lumbar support cushion. • The projector's resolution isn't great, but let's ignore that. The internet speed is fast enough for browsing my phone. • Disposable bath towels are provided, but no disposable slippers. However, there are rubber slippers (currently very new and clean). • Delivery services are very convenient. • There are very cheap charging stations nearby, a boon for people driving their own electric vehicles! • Parking isn't designated; you'll have to find your own, but it's free! • The soundproofing is excellent. The air conditioning's sleep mode is also quite quiet."

"It only takes 1 minute to walk from the entrance of the guesthouse to the Sofia Cathedral Square! For us who want to have an in-depth tour of Central Street and the church, it is a perfect choice. After a day of fun, you can go for a walk in the quiet church square at any time in the evening. The location is super good."

"Even before we arrived, the owner proactively shared some excellent travel tips with us. Our stay in Harbin was incredibly comfortable, and we had a fantastic time. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the accommodation truly exceeded my expectations. The restaurants she recommended, such as Hongda Laocaiguan and Portman Russian Restaurant, were all superb. Her advice about Sun Island and Gogol Street also proved invaluable, helping us avoid potential tourist traps. We found Gogol Street wasn't really worth exploring when we passed by, and Sun Island felt quite ordinary and lacked any unique charm; after experiencing the cable car and ferry, we decided to head back. All thanks to the owner's thoughtful guidance, our Harbin trip was not only enjoyable but also allowed us to truly experience the city's charm. We're definitely planning to come back in winter!"
