"The facilities are brand new and exceptionally well-maintained. The room was clean with no unpleasant odors, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was functional with plenty of hot water. Both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked great. There's even a self-service laundry room on the 5th floor – they really pay attention to the details. I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again next time. Five stars, without a doubt!"

"I had an amazing stay at Yuefeng Hotel. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness. Although the hotel policy allows smoking, I was pleasantly surprised that there was absolutely no smell of cigarettes anywhere in my room or the hallways. Instead, the hotel smelled very fresh and fragrant. The housekeeping team does a fantastic job; the room was sparkling clean every day. The staff are incredibly polite and professional, and they speak English well, which made my stay very smooth. The location is also a huge plus, being close to Central Street. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Harbin"

"I stayed here for one night during a layover. The hotel is quite close to Central Street and Daoli Vegetable Market. The service was great, with that typical Northeastern hospitality that makes you feel right at home. They even gave us a free room upgrade. The room layout was very practical, and they provided a weighing scale and a yoga mat. The drinks in the mini-fridge were also complimentary. My only minor complaint was that when the bedding moved, I noticed a bit of dust, which might have been more apparent due to the lighting. However, the bedding itself was very comfortable, and they even provided both a soft and a firm pillow, which was a nice touch. If the price is right, I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin."

"I expected it wouldn't be great, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. It's basically hostel standard, maybe even worse. The hotel is really old. I didn't pay attention when booking, but it was built in 2013, so no wonder. All the facilities are dated, the floorboards creak when you walk on them, the toilet paper is very rough and there's so little of it that we had to use our own. It was snowing outside, and as soon as we entered the room before we could even take off our shoes, the floor was covered in black footprints. We hadn't even settled in and I was already cleaning the floor myself. Over a thousand a night for this is absolutely not worth it. The most unbearable thing was the low ceiling height. It felt like the bottom bunk of a bunk bed – so low it was suffocating. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they said all rooms were like that. They did bring a humidifier, and it felt slightly better once the temperature dropped a bit. We had booked for four nights, but since the first night was non-refundable, we checked in around 6 PM, immediately started looking for another place to stay, then went out. We came back at 10 PM to sleep and packed up and checked out first thing the next morning. Minimizing our time there made it less unbearable. The only advantage is its location; Central Street is right across the road. Someone helped us with our luggage to the car when we checked out, which I appreciated. The service attitude was quite good, but I still wouldn't recommend it."

The front desk lady was super quick with the check-in process – couldn't have been better! She even thoughtfully upgraded my room. Room: I had been worried about hygiene issues after seeing some negative reviews, but upon checking in, I found there were no problems at all ❌. The room was very clean and tidy. The bedding was comfortable, giving me a great night's sleep. Surroundings/Facilities: The location is excellent. There's a convenience store and a subway station right downstairs in Baroque Alley, perfect for a stroll. Local specialty snacks and creative shops are all readily available. All in all, it's great value for money and definitely recommended for anyone visiting Harbin for travel or business!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and airport shuttle. It's also easy to catch a taxi; just turn left onto the main road. Turning left also takes you directly to Central Avenue, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the Hongzhuan Street morning market. Getting around is very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby downstairs. Our room had a balcony facing the street, but it was very quiet at night. The front desk service was great, and they even provided hot bottled water. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and while it was a bit small, the layout was relatively reasonable. If you have a large suitcase, you might not have much space to open it up, but if you're traveling light, it's highly recommended. It offers great value for money. I stayed for four days and overall, I was very satisfied."

"I had a very pleasant stay here. Initially, I booked a room without a window, but I found it quite suffocating,especially in winter when it felt dark and gloomy. I asked the receptionist if I could change rooms, and they kindly upgraded me to a spacious room with a window for only an additional 28 RMB. The reception staff were incredibly kind and sweet, making the whole process smooth and welcoming. The location is excellent just a 5 minute walk from Sophia Cathedral and the food market inside the mall. Overall, the combination of friendly service, convenient location, and comfortable room made my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

"I've stayed here twice now. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the young ladies at the front desk are incredibly helpful. The first time I visited, they gave me frozen pears, and the second time, I even got a small towel. These thoughtful details really warm my heart. Shopping is super convenient with direct elevator access to the mall, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. It's also a very short walk to the high-speed train station, and the hotel even offers a pick-up service from there. This is definitely my top choice whenever I visit Harbin. My friends are coming this weekend, and I'm booking here again for them!"

"Great brand, it's a Holiday Inn Express under InterContinental, so the quality control is guaranteed. The facilities are all very well-equipped. Mr. (name/initials, if provided, otherwise leave as Mr.) at the front desk provided excellent service and gave me a free room upgrade. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The only downside is that some of the public spaces are a bit small, like the lobby, gym, and laundry room. Also, the management of smoking in public areas should be strengthened."

"Cloud Hotel is incredibly thoughtful! They offer airport shuttle service, and it's less than a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is super convenient and stress-free. The front desk staff (especially the lady who helped me) was wonderfully helpful and patient, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast was clean, hygienic, and served in a great environment with a decent variety of options. It was a really pleasant meal. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"
