"Great hotel with a fantastic location. The elevator goes directly down to the Xicheng Hongchang shopping mall, and Wanda Plaza is right across the street, making shopping super convenient. They also have underground parking. The staff were really helpful and patient when we asked about parking, and they even gave us some complimentary parking time. We only stayed one night due to our travel plans, but we'd definitely stay here again if we have the chance."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and airport shuttle. It's also easy to catch a taxi; just turn left onto the main road. Turning left also takes you directly to Central Avenue, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the Hongzhuan Street morning market. Getting around is very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby downstairs. Our room had a balcony facing the street, but it was very quiet at night. The front desk service was great, and they even provided hot bottled water. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and while it was a bit small, the layout was relatively reasonable. If you have a large suitcase, you might not have much space to open it up, but if you're traveling light, it's highly recommended. It offers great value for money. I stayed for four days and overall, I was very satisfied."

"The hotel's location is great, right across from Central Avenue Metro Station, making it super convenient for getting around. However, because it's in such a central area, there are only a few parking spaces, which isn't ideal if you're driving. The room size was good, and the facilities were quite new. Just a heads up, Building B doesn't have an elevator; it's a three-story walk-up. If you need a room with elevator access, make sure to book in Building A."

"Family trip during the May 1st holiday. The hotel staff provided excellent, refined, and very attentive service. The breakfast even included pan-fried fish slices — quite an impressive and rare find for a budget hotel. The location is fantastic, right behind the Songhua River, which is extremely convenient, and the area isn’t overly noisy. The only minor complaint is that the room door has poor sound insulation. As early as 5 a.m., you can clearly hear other guests talking in the hallway."

"Stayed at this hotel again, and I'll definitely choose it next time I'm in Harbin. They upgraded me to room 312 for free, whereas last time I was in 310. The room is spacious, comfortable, bright, and tidy, with plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The windows can be opened easily for ventilation, which is a plus. I especially loved the bed linens – they were thick, soft, smooth, and breathable. The service was very attentive; I had a lot of shopping, and the front desk thoughtfully brought me a carrying bag and promptly provided drinking water. There's a fish tank in the lobby that I always enjoy looking at when coming and going. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Baroque area. It's convenient for getting to the riverside park, the snack street, and local markets… pretty much everywhere, and even better for dining. They were very friendly and kind to my kids, speaking to them gently. My two boys moved the small slide from the second-floor play area to our room to avoid disturbing other guests. Was that a bit selfish of us? Luckily, we didn't see any other children around."

The room was very clean and spacious, and they even offered afternoon snacks. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all excellent. The front desk even helped me with my luggage. My first stop in Harbin was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back or recommend it to friends!"

All the appliances, bathroom fixtures, lights, and door locks worked perfectly. The service was excellent; the staff were all incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. The afternoon tea was delicious, with little cakes and nuts. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay!"
