"Staying at the Expo Hotel for the first time, quite satisfied. Before arriving at the hotel, I received a call from Miss Yuan, the customer service, asking about the check-in requirements and preferences, and helped us arrange it on the same floor. The standard bed is large, spacious and bright, and comfortable. The room is presented with 5 bottles of drinking water and aromatherapy. Focus on the service at the front desk. When checking out, Miss Wang Wenyan and Manager Dai received warmly, helped to issue tickets, and also presented gifts. I will choose this hotel next time, which is great."

"Traveling with kids for the holidays, the family room was a real highlight and a pleasant surprise. We were lucky enough to experience two themed family rooms: Super Wings and Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf. My son definitely preferred Super Wings. It's a shame we couldn't get a family room with a slide, but we'll try again next time. Hotel parking was very convenient, and it's close to scenic spots like Xitang Ancient Town, making it easy to get around by car."

"Overall, I was quite satisfied, but the only problem was that the lady in the restaurant was not very nice. She kept nagging me for a long time when I asked for a lunch box. When I checked out, it was not yet breakfast time and I just went to see if there was anything to eat. She saw me and started nagging me again. It was really annoying!"

"I was extremely satisfied with this hotel! Parking was incredibly convenient; no need to search for a spot, so great for drivers! There are tons of food stalls nearby, perfect for exploring the local area. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with a strong shower and good soundproofing. The breakfast was delicious, there's a small garden where you can feed the fish, and a quiet place to read on the first floor – a peaceful and relaxing environment. Overall, a perfect experience, excellent value for money, and great service from Moling. Highly recommended!"

Huge thanks to the front desk staff at Muyue for upgrading my room! The family terrace room was absolutely, incredibly comfortable. Having a terrace right outside the room meant I could experience Xitang without even leaving. The room layout was fantastic too – a king bed and a single bed, two sinks, and a bathtub. I'd definitely book this room again next time, even if it costs a bit more.
The breakfast was also great, light and tasty. All the service staff were excellent. Plus, there's a shuttle right outside that takes you to the scenic spots.
Highly recommend Muyue, I'm extremely satisfied!

Accommodation: The facilities were well-maintained, and our room was clean, hygienic, and very comfortable.
Dining: We thoroughly enjoyed the dining options, including the Chinese restaurant, the organic cafe, and the breakfast spread. The ingredients were fresh, which gave us peace of mind.
Service: The service truly stood out – it was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, with staff always going the extra mile. A special mention to the cleaning staff: one housekeeper proactively offered me sanitary pads and brown sugar when she noticed I wasn't feeling well. Another time, during breakfast, the staff kindly helped me carry food to my table while I was holding my child.
Family-Friendly Amenities: There's an indoor Montessori kids' club, which, while not huge, is a nice option. Right across from the hotel is an organic farm; it's perfect for a leisurely walk if the weather permits and has a lovely French chateau ambiance.
Photography: We used the 'Qidu Travel Photography' service. They were very efficient and even gifted us three complimentary photos. We were extremely pleased with the results!

Anonymous UserThis hotel is quite good. There are many hotels in Xitang, mostly old-house guesthouses, and their quality varies. This one, however, is quite ideal. It has that tranquil, ancient charm of the old town, but the actual living experience is quite modern. We've stayed in many guesthouses before, and most weren't suitable for kids. But 'Lightyear Hotel' is perfect; the facilities, amenities, breakfast, etc., are all very thoughtful. The service from the hotel manager was also very dedicated, thumbs up!

The environment is elegant, transportation is convenient, and the service is attentive. We received a notification from the front desk the day before check-in, confirming our check-in time and providing us with our location. Thank you very much for making our trip perfectly arranged. Although the hotel is located within a scenic area, it is very quiet and comfortable. The entrance and exit to the scenic area are just a stone's throw away, saving time and allowing more time to explore. The room was clean, tidy, bright, and comfortable, with separate wet and dry areas. Our room also had a small library, which the children loved. It was a wonderful trip!

We chose this hotel for our family trip to Xitang with our child, and our stay was an absolute delight – truly a hidden gem for families! The room was spacious, and the semi-open bathroom design felt airy and made it easy to keep an eye on our little one. The frosted glass partition offered plenty of privacy. The vanity height was just right, so our child could easily wash hands and brush teeth independently, which was super convenient. The lighted vanity mirror was also a nice touch for mom's touch-ups.
The beds were soft and comfortable, and with a king-sized bed plus an extra bed, there was plenty of room for the whole family without feeling crowded – our child could roll around freely without any worries.
The hallway carpets were soft, so we didn't have to worry about bumps or falls if our child ran around. The warm lighting created a cozy atmosphere, making it feel just like home. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They proactively offered to help with our luggage when they saw we had a child and thoughtfully asked if we needed any children's amenities (like small slippers or rinse cups) – they really thought of everything!
Whether it's a short family getaway or a longer trip, this hotel is perfectly suited for families. The thoughtful design, attentive service, and comfortable environment made for a happy stay for our child and allowed us parents to relax properly. I've already recommended it to all my friends with kids, and we'll definitely be back!

We stayed in a room with an upstairs and downstairs level. It was spacious and beautifully appointed with a bathroom on each floor and a gorgeous private terrace. The host was very kind and helpful. The only issue we had was that in order for it to be a comfortable temperature upstairs, the downstairs had to be extremely cold. Putting a small air conditioner upstairs would be a good addition. Other than that, it was 10/10!

I passed by Xitang with my colleagues and came in for a walk and stayed for one night. It was easy to find just a little bit inside the north gate. The lights in the scenic area were turned on shortly after we entered at night. The weather was not too hot yet, so it was suitable for a night tour.
The lady at the front desk was very nice and guided us very conveniently. We checked in that evening. Accommodation and parking were free. I have been to Xitang many times and will consider staying there next time. The hotel is in the scenic area and is very convenient for sightseeing.

Stayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free!
The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong.
The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore!
If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!

We booked the Octonauts-themed family suite, and we were absolutely delighted with the room. The ceilings were high, and the layout was very well-thought-out. The three large plush toys on the sofa immediately caught our child's eye as soon as we walked in – they couldn't move! The room was very quiet, and the private hot spring on the balcony was a hit with the little one. The hotel's main hot spring is just downstairs, and guests can access it twice a day during their stay, plus one more time on check-out day. With restaurants and a cat café within the resort, our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable! It would be even more perfect if the family suite included a complimentary breakfast for children.
