"The location is very convenient, close to both Wanlian and Yintai Shopping Centre. There are plenty of shops and restaurants right next to the hotel, which made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The lobby is modern and well-presented, creating a good first impression.
We stayed for a longer period, so having laundry facilities was very helpful. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay.
The only downside was the strong smell of smoke in the room. We raised this issue, and the staff did try to move us to another room. However, it seemed that all rooms had a similar smoking smell, despite being advertised as non-smoking rooms. This made our stay quite uncomfortable."

"Stayed at the Expo Hotel for a music festival in Jiashan. The price didn't increase because of the festival, which was really decent of them – great value for money! It was also super close to the music festival venue. Even though the front desk was really busy when I checked in, Ms. Wang Wenyan Dai at reception was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even added me on WeChat for any questions, which was really helpful. Despite coming back late, the hotel stay was so comfortable that it just wiped away all my fatigue. I also got to see my favorite Jialun! This trip was really satisfying, and I even received a gift from the front desk when I checked out."

"Traveling with kids for the holidays, the family room was a real highlight and a pleasant surprise. We were lucky enough to experience two themed family rooms: Super Wings and Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf. My son definitely preferred Super Wings. It's a shame we couldn't get a family room with a slide, but we'll try again next time. Hotel parking was very convenient, and it's close to scenic spots like Xitang Ancient Town, making it easy to get around by car."

"The stay experience at Jiashan Expo Orange Hotel is great! The room is large, spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, and the oversized windows give you a particularly wide view. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and you can relax instantly when you lie down on it, and have a good sleep all night. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, with both local snacks and freshly cooked noodles, and a variety of fresh fruits. The waiter is warm and thoughtful, and actively asks about needs. The location is convenient, with many dining and shopping options around. When I requested to change floors on short notice, Via patiently coordinated and successfully changed my room. "The hotel is clean and the environment is great, with a beautiful little garden. The rooms are well-equipped, with wireless charging right by the bedside; the amenities are excellent. The TV picture quality is clear and excellent, and the sound is very good and pleasant to listen to. The shower has plenty of hot water and good sound insulation, as does the room itself. Parking is convenient. A highly recommended gem of a hotel! I'll definitely come back next time."

Huge thanks to the front desk staff at Muyue for upgrading my room! The family terrace room was absolutely, incredibly comfortable. Having a terrace right outside the room meant I could experience Xitang without even leaving. The room layout was fantastic too – a king bed and a single bed, two sinks, and a bathtub. I'd definitely book this room again next time, even if it costs a bit more.
The breakfast was also great, light and tasty. All the service staff were excellent. Plus, there's a shuttle right outside that takes you to the scenic spots.
Highly recommend Muyue, I'm extremely satisfied!

Accommodation: The facilities were well-maintained, and our room was clean, hygienic, and very comfortable.
Dining: We thoroughly enjoyed the dining options, including the Chinese restaurant, the organic cafe, and the breakfast spread. The ingredients were fresh, which gave us peace of mind.
Service: The service truly stood out – it was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, with staff always going the extra mile. A special mention to the cleaning staff: one housekeeper proactively offered me sanitary pads and brown sugar when she noticed I wasn't feeling well. Another time, during breakfast, the staff kindly helped me carry food to my table while I was holding my child.
Family-Friendly Amenities: There's an indoor Montessori kids' club, which, while not huge, is a nice option. Right across from the hotel is an organic farm; it's perfect for a leisurely walk if the weather permits and has a lovely French chateau ambiance.
Photography: We used the 'Qidu Travel Photography' service. They were very efficient and even gifted us three complimentary photos. We were extremely pleased with the results!

The environment is elegant, transportation is convenient, and the service is attentive. We received a notification from the front desk the day before check-in, confirming our check-in time and providing us with our location. Thank you very much for making our trip perfectly arranged. Although the hotel is located within a scenic area, it is very quiet and comfortable. The entrance and exit to the scenic area are just a stone's throw away, saving time and allowing more time to explore. The room was clean, tidy, bright, and comfortable, with separate wet and dry areas. Our room also had a small library, which the children loved. It was a wonderful trip!

Drove here for a one-night stay during the pre-holiday weekend, and it was really good. The ambiance is elegant, with a touch of artistic flair. It's incredibly pleasant to come here occasionally to relax and unwind from the fast-paced work and life in Shanghai. The hygiene was excellent, and the food was delicious. Being away from the city's hustle and bustle instantly calmed my anxious mind. My wife and kids both thought everything was superb and that the trip was well worth it, telling me they'd like to come back often. I'm already thinking about bringing the kids here for a leisurely vacation during the upcoming summer break. 😁

We chose this hotel for our family trip to Xitang with our child, and our stay was an absolute delight – truly a hidden gem for families! The room was spacious, and the semi-open bathroom design felt airy and made it easy to keep an eye on our little one. The frosted glass partition offered plenty of privacy. The vanity height was just right, so our child could easily wash hands and brush teeth independently, which was super convenient. The lighted vanity mirror was also a nice touch for mom's touch-ups.
The beds were soft and comfortable, and with a king-sized bed plus an extra bed, there was plenty of room for the whole family without feeling crowded – our child could roll around freely without any worries.
The hallway carpets were soft, so we didn't have to worry about bumps or falls if our child ran around. The warm lighting created a cozy atmosphere, making it feel just like home. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They proactively offered to help with our luggage when they saw we had a child and thoughtfully asked if we needed any children's amenities (like small slippers or rinse cups) – they really thought of everything!
Whether it's a short family getaway or a longer trip, this hotel is perfectly suited for families. The thoughtful design, attentive service, and comfortable environment made for a happy stay for our child and allowed us parents to relax properly. I've already recommended it to all my friends with kids, and we'll definitely be back!

I passed by Xitang with my colleagues and came in for a walk and stayed for one night. It was easy to find just a little bit inside the north gate. The lights in the scenic area were turned on shortly after we entered at night. The weather was not too hot yet, so it was suitable for a night tour.
The lady at the front desk was very nice and guided us very conveniently. We checked in that evening. Accommodation and parking were free. I have been to Xitang many times and will consider staying there next time. The hotel is in the scenic area and is very convenient for sightseeing.

Stayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free!
The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong.
The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore!
If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!

We booked the Octonauts-themed family suite, and we were absolutely delighted with the room. The ceilings were high, and the layout was very well-thought-out. The three large plush toys on the sofa immediately caught our child's eye as soon as we walked in – they couldn't move! The room was very quiet, and the private hot spring on the balcony was a hit with the little one. The hotel's main hot spring is just downstairs, and guests can access it twice a day during their stay, plus one more time on check-out day. With restaurants and a cat café within the resort, our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable! It would be even more perfect if the family suite included a complimentary breakfast for children.

Although it is near the scenic spot, it is not noisy, very quiet, and the living is very comfortable. The front desk staff is also good at serving. The picture can be referenced.
