"The location of this hotel in Xitang is superb, right by the river! As soon as you step out, you're on the ancient town's canals. We even took a stroll around in the evening, it was so cool and refreshing. We also tried the cold jelly dessert (shi liang fen), which was delicious. The room was great too. Full marks, highly recommend!"

"This stay experience is particularly satisfactory! Check-in at the front desk of the store was very fast, the service was intimate, and the surrounding play routes were also actively informed. The rooms were spotless, there was no smell, the mattress was moderately firm and had a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient, and the supporting facilities are all available. The location of the hotel is convenient for travel, the surrounding eating and shopping are very close, the overall price is full, the first choice for travel accommodation, has been recommended to friends! "The stay experience at Jiashan Expo Orange Hotel is great! The room is large, spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, and the oversized windows give you a particularly wide view. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and you can relax instantly when you lie down on it, and have a good sleep all night. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, with both local snacks and freshly cooked noodles, and a variety of fresh fruits. The waiter is warm and thoughtful, and actively asks about needs. The location is convenient, with many dining and shopping options around. The overall cleanliness and tidiness, the sound insulation effect is also very good, and the cost performance is super high. I will choose here next time I come to Jiashan!"

"I booked the Five Lakes Riverside Balcony Room with Main Channel View and Bathroom at Regalia Riverside for Dec 30 and 31, 2025. The room looks exactly as it does in the photos. The balcony has plug ins, teapot, teacups and tea prepared for you. Across the balcony, you can see the famous bridge and the boat station. You can also see up and down the channel. Room size is good for 2 persons. In the room is a heater/AC which worked perfectly and Ms. Sun also kindly turned on the heater since she knew my arrival time. The room has a kettle but no cups, coffee. Luckily I had brought my own. Also, know that the hotel does not provide breakfast - not a problem for me but for those we eat breakfast, just step outside. Location is perfect, it's in the heart of ancient town so easy to walk everywhere. Outside your door is snack street and at the end of the street is a ”food court”. Despite it's central location and opposite of the boat station, the noise was manageable. When I closed the balcony doors, I didn't hear anything (maybe too cold for people to loiter around?). Everyone was very nice and kind. Ms. Sun went out of her way to help me with my return bus ticket to Hangzhou, giving me directions on how to arrive at the hotel/meeting point where she waited for me, and her colleague even walked and waited for my car when I departed for Hangzhou. Going from Hangzhou to Xitang was an adventure as I read many different versions and my hotel told me another in my research. All in all, i highly recommend Regalia and Xitang! Thank you to Ms Sun and everyone for making my 2026 new year experience so memorable!"

"Traveled to choose this hotel, beyond expectations! The location is easy to find, very close to the business district/attractions, convenient to travel. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is comfortable, and the hot water supply is stable. The service is particularly warm. "The location is fantastic, quiet yet central, and there's free parking! 👍 It's right by the misty corridor, making dining super convenient with plenty of restaurants around. When you're tired from exploring the scenic area, you can easily pop back to the hotel for a rest. The front desk lady was incredibly helpful, even walking us to the riverside, and the complimentary fruit was delicious."
