My mom and I stayed here, and we loved it at first sight! There's a huge courtyard, so relaxing to sunbathe there in the afternoon! Our room even had its own terrace, which we absolutely loved! The bed was also in a traditional Chinese style, and for a fan of that style like me, this inn was the dream inn of my life. There was even a guqin (a traditional Chinese stringed instrument) at the front desk – I loved that! I also love the name of the inn!!! In short, I love everything about it! Oh, and the owner also loves traditional Chinese style music; she plays all those songs, which I adore!!!

The guesthouse has a great location, right in the most bustling part of the scenic area. The waterfront rooms are beautiful and charming in the early morning and late at night. However, when there are many tourists, sitting by the window drinking tea means you're very close to the boats, and you might feel a little awkward looking at other tourists on board. The guesthouse isn't very soundproof, so it might disturb noisy guests who stay up late. But the owner is incredibly kind; worried I'd get tired dragging my luggage, she personally took me and my luggage to the bus station on her scooter – excellent service!

We are *********. We booked this B&B based on the reviews. I was not disappointed. The lady boss is really nice, gentle and talkative. The lady boss's daughter is pretty, generous and talkative... Stayed here for 3 nights. Tan Bai said that I slept well and lived well. The hostess would help me with any needs. It felt like we were family. Thank you to my elegant daughter for ordering food for me. I was really touched❤️❤️ The location of this homestay is very good🎉🎉, it is close to the ancient town, it is super close, only 2 minutes away, there are many things to eat when you walk to the main road, I especially recommend the breakfast shop at the entrance of the alley where a couple and their daughter sell breakfast, it is delicious😋delicious😋.. I ate it for 3 days in a row, fried noodles, fried rice, steamed buns, soy milk, awesome👍👍👍 If I have the chance to come to Xitang Ancient Town again, I will stay here again❤️ Thank you, my dear wife and pretty daughter ㊗️Your business is booming and customers are coming in continuously🎆

Accompany my daughter to participate in the Hanfu event. The room is quite nice and unique. The proprietress is very kind. Going out is the food street. It is very convenient to eat, drink and go shopping. It is worth recommending 👍👍👍

The sanitary conditions are average, but the only thing that dissatisfies me is the hair dryer, which needs to be pressed all the time. And what about your disposable bath towels and face towels? I may not be used to this, and I believe most people don’t like it.

For this price and location, cannot complain. Was quite content. Great location, rooms clean enough. It’s a family run property in an old town and old building, so please do not expect 5-star service.

It's a two-unit-per-floor apartment with a private garden. The rooms and bathrooms were new and very clean. I didn't see any hair or anything like that on the bed or in the bathroom (I brought my own sheets). The owner was very nice. It would be better if the air conditioning in the larger room was a bit stronger, as it's been really hot in Hangzhou these past few days. The smaller room, however, had plenty of air conditioning. The location of the guesthouse is great; it's not on the main street, but it's right down from the Songzi Laifeng Bridge, and it's quite quiet at night. It's close to restaurants, shopping, and boat rides, and there are even travel photography studios downstairs. Xitang is truly beautiful, and it wasn't too crowded. A very satisfying trip.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, incredibly close to shopping districts and the subway station, making travel and shopping exceptionally convenient. The room was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the place was remarkably quiet at night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help, even offering to assist with luggage. A truly outstanding experience, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
