"This truly is the best hotel in Jilin city, full of thoughtful touches. My girlfriend and I met in Jilin, and a year later, we celebrated her birthday here again. A huge thanks to the housekeeping staff who decorated our room in advance; it was such a pleasant surprise when we opened the door. The room was also very spacious with a beautiful river view. We extended our stay for another night, and the housekeeper diligently cleaned our room and replaced towels and amenities while we were out the next day. Although the hotel has some history, this dedicated and passionate team ensures it maintains its high standards. 👍"

"Comfortable hotel that is close to Jilin Railway Station - about 6 mins drive away. Great for a nights stay especially if you’re headed out to take the train the next day! We had to catch an early train so we asked for the hotel to pack breakfast - which contained - a packet of milk, a preserved packaged egg, bread (I liked this), some packaged sausage. They also provided bottled water and were fine when we requested for more."

"Good location within walking distance of Jilin Railway Station. Once out of the station (West Exit), you can see the hotel right in-front of the station. The main bus terminal is also next to the station. Very convenient. Easy to get around. Hotel is clean. Service staffs are helpful and friendly. They have assisted me with information that I requested. Overall a pleasant stay."

"The room was clean and tidy, with twin beds, probably 130cm wide. The pillows were just right, not too soft nor too firm, and the duvet was of a suitable thickness. Soundproofing was also excellent. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. The braised pork with mushrooms was surprisingly delicious; I even had a couple of bites of lean meat first thing in the morning – truly savory! If you're in a hurry, you can also grab a simple takeaway breakfast with milk and cake. The service was great. I had a late flight, and they kindly gave me an extended check-out time. Five-star review. I saw the rime ice, watched the Errenzhuan show, cuddled a snow fox, went ice fishing, rode a horse, and visited the Ice and Snow World. It's been an amazing trip, time to head back!"

"The hotel's interior and exterior matched the pictures. The overall conditions were decent. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety. Our room had two minor issues: the bedside outlet wasn't working, so I couldn't charge my phone, and the TV was missing a remote control. I contacted the front desk, and security came to fix the outlet. Since I didn't end up watching TV, I didn't bother following up on the remote. We booked a family room for three people, but at check-in, they initially said we only had two breakfast vouchers. After some discussion, they provided an extra one. I'd suggest that family rooms booked for three guests should automatically include three breakfasts as standard."

"The service staff were amazing! We could easily ask them for help and suggestions. The curtains are automatic too, and would close when we’re leaving the room. Hotel breakfast was not bad. Location is great, just opposite the temple and walkable to good food area! Laundry room was open from 10am to 10pm. Space area was good, the sink separate from the toilet and bath. Snacks also available at the front desk, and if you needed more things like combs you can ask them or just take from the box at the counter below. Robot delivery for water too. The aircon doesn’t seem to work open the window and there is a natural freezer (our drinks froze)"

From the beginning of check-in, she was very enthusiastic and professional, and smiled throughout the service, which made people feel particularly cordial.
