If you ever get lost returning to the guesthouse at night, simply message them in the WeChat group, and someone will promptly come to guide you – it's incredibly thoughtful. In addition to a generous afternoon tea, evening desserts, and delicious breakfast, they also offer dozens of traditional Miao costumes for guests to wear and take photos for free. I sincerely recommend this place if you're visiting Qianhu Miao Village – you won't regret choosing it!"

"This guesthouse is located right next to the observation deck, offering fantastic views of the entire Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. It's super close to both the observation deck and Wind-Rain Bridge No. 5, just over a hundred meters away. The room was very clean and had a big balcony with a great view and a hanging chair – it was so relaxing to just lie there and enjoy the scenery. There's also a bathtub in the room, which was perfect for a hot soak after a day of exploring! The photo spots in the lobby on the first floor were also lovely, with options like 'going on the roof to uncover tiles' (a traditional saying/activity, implying a high vantage point) and a scenic bed for photos, plus professional photography services. The staff were also very enthusiastic and helped with our luggage the whole time!"

"I specifically chose a B&B with floor-to-ceiling windows, and overall, it was excellent with beautiful views. The staff and porters were a great help with luggage to and from the B&B and up and down the stairs – otherwise, it would have been impossible for a woman to manage alone. The afternoon tea and breakfast were healthy and delicious. I felt a bit wasteful with breakfast as it was quite a large portion and I couldn't finish it all. Meals can be delivered right to your room door. There's a smart room control system, and the curtains are very blackout, which is great for a good night's sleep. The night view is stunning and perfect for photos. The rooftop is also ideal for photos. If you're someone who enjoys doing your own makeup and styling for photos, you should definitely consider this B&B; you won't even need to go elsewhere to find good photo spots as this place has all the angles you see online. The B&B is also close to the restaurants we had planned to visit, so we didn't have to climb stairs to find other places to eat. Personally, I found the showerhead in the room to be a bit inconsistent; an improvement there would make the experience even better."

In the room, we had free fruit and drinks, and laundry service was also available – every detail was well thought out. Just a heads-up: navigating the Miao Village involves a lot of uphill and downhill stairs, so I recommend packing light. Although the hotel butler helped with luggage from the ticket office, the journey from there to the sightseeing bus, then to the observation deck, and finally to the guesthouse still involves quite a bit of walking and climbing stairs, which can be a bit tiring. Nevertheless, this hotel is highly recommended."

"The B&B is in the scenic area, and you need to buy a ticket before entering. It should be emphasized that the ticket can be purchased at 12 o'clock in the evening, which is quite good. The B&B is just a little bit below the observation deck. Take the sightseeing bus to the observation deck and get off. A Mei is waiting in advance. The room is made of wood, which is quite unique. The room was upgraded for free, and rice wine was given. There is an independent balcony. I can say responsibly that the balcony of the B&B has a better view than the observation deck. The observation deck is too crowded. You can see the whole view from the balcony. There is also a free clothing experience plus a viewing terrace for taking pictures, which is quite nice. I didn't take a photo this time. Next time I will invite friends to come to this place to experience the ethnic characteristics!"

Because it was so cold and the mountain roads were frozen, the sightseeing bus from the west gate wasn't running, so I wanted to take a taxi to the north gate. The owner repeatedly told me to come and pick me up if taxis were too expensive! They even had breakfast in the morning. Although I didn't get to try the noodles because I was in a rush, the bread and corn soy milk were delicious! The lady who made breakfast was also very friendly—she even gave us a fire to warm ourselves! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"
