"Staying here was very comfortable, and the environment was great. The front desk lady had an excellent service attitude. I was here for an exam, and the hotel is right in the city center. It's only a 10-minute walk to the exam venue, so I didn't have to worry about traffic, which gave me peace of mind. It's also very close to Zhongbo for food, so I ate well!"

"First off, a big thank you to the luggage delivery staff. Our family of three had one large suitcase weighing about 40-50 pounds. The staff member carried it all the way from the Xiaobei Gate up to the hotel halfway up the mountain – a huge thanks again! The guesthouse seems to be run by a few young people, and they put a lot of effort into it. All the toiletries are brand-name, not super famous brands, but still quite good for a guesthouse. The hairdryer is a Dyson, and the place is very clean. Oh, and the afternoon tea and Miao ethnic clothing experience are both free, which was a lovely touch. For breakfast, our family of three had three bowls of noodles, plus pastries, grains, and soy milk. They proactively offer tissues and remind you about breakfast, which is really thoughtful. The most important thing is the view – all three photos I uploaded were taken from the balcony. If you're wondering about the scenery, just take a look yourself. There's also a scenic balcony, a swing, and a pool."

"Facilities: Well-equipped and quite new. They even upgraded our room. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Excellent. It's about 400 meters from the west gate of the scenic area, and the guesthouse manager helps with pick-ups and drop-offs to the attraction. Plus, there's parking right in front of the guesthouse, which is very convenient for those driving. Service: Fantastic, the manager was very professional."

"Having stayed in so many hotels, this one really impressed me! The new Chinese style layout design is warm and elegant, which is my favorite decoration style. The room is clean and tidy, spotless, with great attention to detail, and there is no dust even in the corners. The fully intelligent facilities are really convenient. Robots deliver water, laundry reservations are made in the laundry room, and the equipment in the gym is also very new, which meets my daily exercise needs. The best thing is that the selection of toothbrushes and bath products is the most comfortable I have ever used in all the hotels I have stayed in. "Upon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)"

Service: The service attitude is excellent, and they even gifted us some special rice. I especially want to praise the breakfast – it's incredibly rich and plentiful, and it's served until noon. The breakfast is quite distinctive, even featuring the unique Kaili sour soup, which was fantastic! I was very satisfied with the breakfast."
