"This time when I came to Qianhu Miao Village, staying at Xijiangzhixi was a very correct choice. Parking is convenient at the door and there is a restaurant street around. The proprietress was very enthusiastic and patiently explained the tour route of the Miao Village. She gave us free breakfast for the next day. There were not many varieties, but it was clean and hygienic. Her soup noodles were very delicious. The room was clean, comfortable and bright. The scenery outside the window was picturesque and very pleasing to the eyes!"

"What made us really happy was that the hotel had a great selection of new Miao ethnic costumes available for guests to use for free. We took them to the scenic area and had a long, fun photoshoot there.
**Facilities:** This hotel was our top choice after looking at several others, and its facilities are quite comprehensive. We saw that the hotel only opened last year, so everything is relatively new and very comfortable.
**Hygiene:** The owner and staff personally inspect everything, and from the moment you walk in, you feel a warm welcome. The owner even made us tea.
**Environment:** Parking was very convenient during our stay here. The owner also recommended some great places to eat, and the food truly was delicious.
**Service:** They provided shuttle service throughout our stay, and they were incredibly warm and hospitable."

"Since the hotel is located within the Miao Village, the facilities are quite old, so the experience wasn't great. We booked a twin room, but it didn't have a large window, only a tiny one like an attic window, which was too high for a tall person to look out of comfortably. Because the environment wasn't very good, I wasn't in the mood to take photos. The good thing is that this hotel is on an inner street, not the main street, so it's relatively quiet."

"10% off lunch and dinner: The food was delicious and fragrant, I recommend the dry pot beef, and the stewed chicken was local. Free pick-up and drop-off service from the North Gate to the hotel: Having a car to pick us up and drop us off was very convenient, they even picked us up at 11:30 PM. Everyone was super friendly and responsible, and the room was very clean. There's also a small convenience store downstairs."

"I've almost never left reviews before, but I absolutely have to give this guesthouse a huge thumbs up! I first saw a video of the guesthouse posted by the owner on a nearby forum; it was very down-to-earth and objective! The view was great, and after checking on Ctrip, I found the price was very reasonable compared to other guesthouses in the same category, so I booked it without hesitation! The guesthouse didn't disappoint at all; the scenery was breathtaking! I took hundreds of pictures! 😏 The owners were also incredibly friendly; I didn't even have to carry my luggage myself, and they arranged for someone to bring it to me since check-out was early. In short, it was a flawless experience – beautiful, clean, and cozy. My only slight regret was not being able to pet the adorable cats; I'll definitely do that next time! 😄 Below are some photos I took of the room 👇, all original and unedited. "The B&B is very close to Bridge No. 1 and not far from where Baidu cars can drop you off, so the location is excellent. They can also help with your luggage. The room has a fantastic view, overlooking the entire Miao village, and the lights at night are especially beautiful. We were lucky to have clear weather, so the daytime view was also superb. It's very convenient to get to the cable car from the Xiaobeimen (Small North Gate). The room itself was very clean and warm, with air conditioning and an electric blanket. It was a really great experience, and the owner even has cute cats!"

The family room we lived in was back on the street and not noisy at night. , The front desk lady and the little brothers who helped run Li 🧳 are very good, the stay experience is good, the only thing to pay attention! The scenic spot is really not worth it. If you are going to experience the travel photography of Miao boys and girls, you can basically experience the local characteristics and the commercial atmosphere is very heavy. I was also very lucky with my family. I just came out of the scenic spot and the scenic shuttle bus stopped...emm"

"Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and equipped with smart controls, making it very comfortable and modern. It is the same as the picture. They had a lift too which is suitable for seniors and children.
The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with several parcel collections from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. At the last minute, they even helped purchase a birthday cake for my nephew from the city, which we truly appreciated.
The location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby. It’s also a great alternative for families who want to explore the area without staying in the Ancient Town — dragging luggage and changing buses there can be challenging. Whenever we were tired, we could simply take a Didi back to the hotel, and it drops you right at the door.
Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!"

Before coming here, I knew that the homestays in Qianhu Miao Village were poorly soundproofed and dirty! Until I found this treasure homestay, it completely overturned my old-fashioned impression of the Miao Village! The homestay is new and clean, and there are so many kittens supporting it~ I feel so happy~ The boss, brother and sister, and the staff are very enthusiastic and attentive. The service is very good~ The homestay with the least steps and the easiest way to reach the top in the Miao Village~ I love it~ I will book it next time~

I was travelling with my mum who can't do stairs well, so i picked this as it was said that it is an easy walk up. It is super easy although still a little difficult for old folks as there is a narrow and uneven stairs leading up to it. However, the hotel staff is super helpful and took our luggage from the small north gate. We also got an upgrade to the lower floors as we did not think mum wanted to climb to the 4th storey - although the views were excellent from both! One of the best part is the coffee machine, with UHT milk supplied by the hotel. It doesn't come with breakfast but there are many options just downstairs, and a great restaurant where we went for lunch just up the alley with great views. Super close to Lusheng Square for the afternoon performance, this is an excellent choice in the village and highly recommended!

This homestay is really great! You can feel its unique charm as soon as you enter the door. The layout of the room is beautiful and comfortable, and every detail reveals the owner's intentions. What impressed me most was the sanitary condition here, and the clean environment made people feel very comfortable. The scenery outside the window is picturesque, whether it is the first ray of sunshine in the morning or the thousands of lights at night, you can find the most beautiful perspective here. JinkismA beautiful and memorable stay right in the heart of the old town. Although the accommodation is located higher up and requires climbing some stairs, it was not tiring at all because the staff kindly helped carry our luggage all the way from the bottom to the hotel.
The room itself was stunning, with large windows that offered the most breathtaking panoramic view of the old town. Honestly, it felt like one of the best viewpoints in the area. Every corner was picture-perfect.
The design was especially impressive, blending beautifully with the historic atmosphere through elegant vintage-style decor while still providing modern comforts. The amenities were complete, thoughtfully arranged, and equipped with smart automatic features. The shower was amazing too, with strong water pressure that made it extra satisfying.
The owner was warm and friendly, offering great local restaurant recommendations that made exploring even better. The location was also excellent, just a short walk from a nearby scenic viewpoint.

惠youngIt was very convenient to take the bus from Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport to Xijiang Qianhu Miaozhai Village. The bus stop was at the north gate, and fortunately, the hotel was close to it. After purchasing a ticket at the ticket office, I took the shuttle bus and got off at the village entrance, where the hotel staff personally greeted me. Since it's close to the main road and doesn't require any uphill travel, it's a great place for the elderly or families with children. The view from my room was breathtaking, with a panoramic view of the village. The owner wasn't at the hotel, but she responded immediately via WeChat. When the Wi-Fi in my room on the fifth floor had issues on the first day, he moved me to the sixth floor the next day. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that it was winter, and it rained and the temperature dropped significantly on my visit, making it very cold for two days. The room was large, so even with the heater on all day, it was still cold. I think they need to find a different solution for winter. I had a good two-day stay.

The room was unexpected. The front desk lady provided excellent service. She also took the initiative to contact us in advance. Because we had a lot of luggage, the front desk lady also arranged for staff to pick us up and help us with our luggage. She also introduced the scenic area and gave us the tour route. The room was upgraded. The room we originally booked did not have a view. We were upgraded to a balcony view king room for free. You can see the panoramic view of the Miao village. You don't need to climb the mountain to see the panoramic view. The hotel is located in the center of the Miao village. It is convenient to go anywhere. It is especially worth recommending 👍👍👍

Guest UserI couldn’t be happier with this hotel! Every staff member was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay.
Before we even arrived, they gave us multiple transportation options to reach the North Gate, where visitors purchase tickets to enter the village. They then met us at the gate, helped us buy our tickets, stored our larger luggage, and guided us through the village to our homestay. They even carried our smaller bags all the way to our room.
Along the way, they encouraged me to participate in the village’s traditional welcoming ceremony and treated us to a delicious bowl of noodle soup since we hadn’t eaten yet.
What really made this stay unforgettable was that they became our personal tour guide for the day. The tour was educational, fun, and perfectly paced for us. This was a special mother-and-son trip, and my son couldn’t stop talking about how exceptional the service was. Out of our multi-city journey through China, this may have been our favorite stop.
To top it all off, they arranged our Didi to the train station and personally escorted us back to the North Gate when it was time to leave.
Xiao Guanji and A Rui, you are simply the best! Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We’ll never forget your kindness and hospitality!

The hotel is located right on the side of the road, so it is very suitable for taking the elderly and children without having to climb hills. The Loft room type is relatively cost-effective and the room size is also good. We have elderly children and we live upstairs and downstairs separately, which is just right.
The boss is very enthusiastic.

Tey katelynI love the view of the hotel, although some of the furniture's are a little bit torn in the living room but the ones in the room are clean and tidy !
The owner has a really cute corgi, and he's very friendly in guiding us despite calling him multiple times a day to ask him for direction , bus transfer, and luggage transfer.
I would recommend not to bring too heavy items like I did because the route to the hotel is a bit far and difficult until the bus station.
It's a really chill hotel that's near another viewing point for the paddy field . The design is good too!
Thanks to the kitchen , I managed to cook my own supper, and there's a convenience store right outside the hotel too.

You can even order luggage pick up service when you're leaving (at a price).
There's also some food delivery available thru *******.
