Located in the heart of Jiao Xi, walking distance to train/ bus stations. With individual private hot spring tub, Gym, Swimming pool and a variety of spa facilities. Kilin is leading Jiao Xi in to a new travel destination. Also, while you're here. Take advantage of our restaurants where the ingredients are specially selected and locally grown.

"For this price, I highly recommend this hotel. The location is super convenient, with a convenience store, restaurants, a pharmacy, and the Yishunxuan souvenir shop right downstairs. Tangweigou Hot Spring Park and its market are also nearby, and it's only about a 5-minute walk to Jiaoxi Station. I was very satisfied with the room's cleanliness and the service. The twin room was spacious, with two extra-large double beds that were more than enough for two people – very comfortable. Don't expect much from the welcome drinks and snacks though, haha! We were lucky to encounter a staff member who spoke Cantonese, and she was incredibly helpful. A big thank you to her!"

Wellspring by Silks is located in the well-known hot spring resort of Northern Taiwan, the most lively city center in Jiaoxi Township, Yilan County. Wellspring by Silks is the first boutique hot spring resort hotel of Silks Hotel Group. It only takes 45 minutes by car to downtown Taipei, and a five-minute walk from Jiaoxi Railway Station. Take the Kamalan Bus and get off at Jiaoxi Old Station to reach the hotel entrance. Separate from the center of Jiaoxi City, the hotel is designed to surround the hotel with earth-tone grids, creating a secluded and secluded world of crystal springs. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet and quiet. It is hoped that travelers will enter the hotel as soon as they step into the hotel. Feel the quiet and peaceful accommodation space. The ingenious and evasive space design allows travelers to easily reach all corners, but they can always find that each corner has an independent framed view, in an attempt to make each traveler experience a different time and space. . In Wellspring by Silks, there is the operation time of Wellspring by Silks. Every season and every month, travelers are presented with the beauty of the four seasons in Yilan. "The location is excellent. Turn right out of the hotel and it's a one or two-minute walk to a bustling commercial street, and only 6 minutes on foot to the popular Yishunxuan bakery. It's convenient for getting around yet relatively quiet. The hotel exterior is grand, and the lobby offers complimentary drinks and snacks. It shares outdoor hot springs and a bathhouse with Just Sleep. The R floor has a fantastic regular-temperature swimming pool and two hot spring pools with great views. However, I wasn't a fan of the hotel's interior design. While the guest rooms are quite spacious, the layout felt cramped and stuffy. This is because the hot spring tub is located right by the window facing outside, and to ensure privacy, lattices have been installed, making it less open and airy. There's an air purifier in the room. Breakfast is on the 11th floor; the food is decent, but all the windows are completely covered by beige mesh screens. Only a little light can get through, so you have to turn on the lights even during the day, which isn't a great experience. The service attitude was very enthusiastic. The public bathhouse is small and the facilities are average. The outdoor hot springs are suitable for kids to play in. Overall, the value for money is just average."

"Every detail shows the owner's dedication to running this place. There's also a lounge on the second floor with complimentary coffee and tea. We stayed in the largest room on the 4th floor, and the floor-to-ceiling windows were absolutely stunning. The bathtub was huge and very clean (which is the most important thing!). Although it didn't have a separate shower and toilet, it did have a bidet. The cleaning was truly meticulous; the glass was so spotless I almost walked into it, luckily there were signs. I've included a picture of my favorite corner. The housekeeper was very personable – thumbs up!"

Hotel near Luodong Night Market,Yilan
Located on Zhongzheng North Road in the center of Luodong Township, Jin Hua Hotel has a superior location and smooth traffic flow. It is about a 5-minute walk from Luodong Township Railway Station, and it is quite convenient to get on and off the main roads such as the Beiyi Expressway and provincial highways. The hotel is located on a high floor with a wide view. Each room has its own unique view and partition, and the rooms are quiet and elegant, with soft lighting and selected bedding to help you get a good night's sleep; the hotel also has an Internet system (you need to bring your own computer), so you can enjoy the Internet regardless of business meetings.

"This hotel is just a short walk from LuoDong Railway Station, making it super convenient. The room is clean, spacious, and fits two large suitcases easily. It comes with a fridge and slippers, though basic toiletries like a toothbrush and razor are not provided. A laundry shop across the street offers affordable drying (TWD 0.10 per 5 minutes), and baccarat games are available in the building for those interested. The breakfast buffet is decent, though not spectacular. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a comfortable and convenient stay, especially for travelers on the go."

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Jiaoxi's lively downtown area. The breakfast the next day was amazingly plentiful and impressive. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Ya-nold Hot Spring Hotel is located on Ren'ai Road, near Deyang Road. It's minimalist white design incorporates varied lighting and contrasting colors, creating a modern and stylish international hotel atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms and bathtubs. The first-floor lobby features three large airplane decorations, adding a playful touch. With 24-hour front desk service, Ya-nold offers more than just a relaxing hot spring experience; it provides a welcoming and relaxing accommodation space with a modern design.

"Quite a walk from jiaoxi station, but easy access to the downtown area and hotspring park. Nice to have a personal bath even for a small room, but I did not like that the room was just next to the public hot spring area. It is possible to hear people going in and out of it, so the soundproofing was not good. Also, no mini fridge so any food that you want to keep has to be kept at the reception counter where they have a fridge. At least they have a person manning it all day, but it is so inconvenient"

Yilan Jiaoxi Just Sleep Yilan Jiaoxi is close to the lively Jiaoxi shopping district. The hotel offers sodium bicarbonate hot spring. The design hotel is a new sign in Jiaoxi district. The tourists can go to the famous sightseeing spot such as Wufongci Designated Scenic Area, Tangwei Brook Park and so on by walking.

"Love the spacious hot spring pool in our room. Room is clean, towels are big and new, water pressure is great! They provide rubber slipper too. Room concept might not be suitable for elderly as bed is on the floor. Good to have more hooks in the room to hang clothes. We can’t drink from the tap in the room, and they provide hot/cold water dispenser beside lift instead of bottled water. Breakfast is superb! Love the cooked food~ and they have snacks and hot drinks at lobby till night hours. 10mins walk to train station and there are good food around the hotel."

MMontagnenoirWe chose a room with a view of the Lanyang Plain, and the suite was very comfortable, and it was loaded with surprises and amenities. The scenery was lovely, and we even caught the sunrise over Turtle Island in the morning. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we could feel the staff’s professionalism and genuine care. If time allows, we’d love to come back again. The only downside was the dinner buffet—not very tasty, especially the grilled beef, which was so tough it couldn’t be chewed. Such a pity, but overall, the experience was very good.

AAi Lun. CThe bustling downtown and market are just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Nearly all the staff were incredibly friendly and professional in answering our questions. This trip marked our seven-month anniversary, and it added so many wonderful memories as we head towards our eighth month together. Upon check-in, the hotel learned we were celebrating our anniversary and thoughtfully upgraded us to a mountain-view room. The in-room welcome drinks were incredibly generous, featuring mini beers, plum wine, coke, and Pocari Sweat – essential for rehydration after a soak; they even included face masks to pamper us while we enjoyed the in-room hot spring bath. All the room's fixtures and fittings were new and high-quality: a Toto washlet, a Panasonic 1400 nanoe hairdryer, a thoughtful wooden gua sha massage comb, and hyaluronic acid-infused shower gel that left skin feeling smooth and soft. What truly amazed me were the double-layered automatic curtains (even in the room's private hot spring area!). The double room's bathtub was spacious enough for up to four people – a very comfortable size. In the afternoon, the lobby offered preserved fruits and freshly brewed tea, perfect for a relaxing break after a dip in the outdoor public hot spring. After dinner, they provided handmade kumquat-flavored tofu pudding, and it was unlimited – so generous! (There's a lovely staff member in the lobby, Tina, who's a treasure trove of recommendations for local food and sights; don't hesitate to ask her for her secret list of must-try places!) Last but not least, I highly recommend trying the hotel's breakfast, especially the freshly blanched beef soup. Even my boyfriend, who grew up in Tainan, the home of beef soup, couldn't stop raving about it. *If you're planning a weekday visit like we did and want to try some local famous eateries, be sure to check their opening hours in advance. Many popular spots are only open from Friday to Sunday or during specific hours, like mornings until 2 PM. (Luckily, you can find a lot of food on Uber Eats!) Heartily recommend!

GGuest UserThe bathtub in the room was large, and the water was clean and warm, making for a very comfortable soak. The room size was adequate. The hotel's breakfast was just average, mostly boiled vegetables and cold dishes. Meat-eaters might not find it satisfying. The room thoughtfully provided two bottles of water, the bed firmness was just right, and the soundproofing was excellent, leading to a great night's sleep.

CClaudia xuanCame here once in a colder weather precovid. Facilities as good as I remembered, but coming in summer this time, I expected more cold suana pool then hot ones. Unfortunately that's not the case. The hotel is decent but might need some upgrading (it looked the same over the years but somethings looked abit worn out/rusty). We came in group of 10 (5 rooms) and one room has bed bug.. Decent spread for the buffet breakfast. Close to train station and with many food options around!

FFrancise ChenI was very satisfied with this hot spring hotel trip. After living in Taiwan for so long, this was my first time experiencing a hot spring with such a rich iron content. The room had a great view, though it was a bit low this time. I think the view would be even better if I could have booked a higher floor. The staff were friendly and the overall facilities were excellent. This stay left me with a wonderful memory.

The room has some smell due to humidity at first but it is alright after the aircon and dehumidifier is operating for awhile.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the station, though walking wasn’t ideal during my stay due to rain. It’s a grand hotel and very walkable (3-10 minutes) to supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, and even the night market. We chose this hotel because it’s one of the few that offers dual hot and cold spring tubs in the room. Bath salts were provided for the cold spring bath and replenished daily, which was a nice touch. There was a minor issue with one of the tubs leaking, but service recovery was excellent! Housekeeping checked promptly (within 4 minutes from our call) and we were switched to another room within 30 minutes, which was very much appreciated. The room, especially the toilet area, was spacious and matched the photos shown online. While some furniture and the tubs were slightly worn, there were no hygiene issues and the bed was comfortable. No noise issue at all. Breakfast had a good spread of Western and Chinese options. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff ensured we were well taken care of, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, this is a very old hotel that has seen truly better days. While maintained well, it has retained it's original furnishings and decor from the 1980s and 1990s. Staying here reminded me of my childhood travelling with my family in the 80s. The actual room does not look anything like the ones shown on the website. The hard floors mean you should wear their slippers or bring your own room slippers. The hot spring water advertised is just hot spring water pipes that go into your bathtub. There is a step that emulates hot spa step in the bathtub. The breakfast was good with nice braised meat and eggs that you can put over your rice or porridge. There's also hot soy milk. But no hot tea, only coffee. The staff look tired but hard working. There was a grumpy older lady receiptionist when we checked in and she was pretty rough in the check in process. E.g. ”if you don't put a number here, and you leave things in the hotel, we'll just throw them away! Just to tell you first.” Room was quite small or cosy, depending on your perspective. The only thing new was the air-conditioner. The TV set had all the settings for channels but none worked. Internet wifi was not quite working too.
