Yilan Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"The location is excellent. Anping Road is the second street off Luodong Station, turn left, and you'll see the hotel after the first small alley. Regarding service, the room robot was very polite, calling to inform me it was ready to deliver items and asking me to open the door. It also called ten minutes before check-out to remind me of the time. The restaurant staff's service attitude was better than that of the second-floor game counter staff, but the enthusiasm of the younger staff was consistent. The service attitude of the front desk staff during check-in was average. For dining, although the official check-in time is 4 PM, I arrived early, and the reception staff already had my room card ready for immediate check-in. If you don't want to check in early, there's afternoon tea available in the ground-floor restaurant. You need to book your breakfast time slot at reception for the next day, limited to one hour. Since I chose the least crowded time (7 AM-8 AM), I finished my meal in less than 40 minutes and, with the restaurant staff's permission, took a few bottles of drinks back to my room. In terms of facilities, the second floor can cater to young children with a wide variety of remote-control cars. The third floor should have facilities to keep older kids entertained. Regarding cleanliness, the restaurant dining area, the second-floor game area, and the public women's restroom were good. However, the bathroom hygiene in the guest room needs improvement. There was a lotion bottle with only about 1/10 left, presumably used by someone else, next to the hand soap. There was only one roll of toilet paper with no spare. The sink had standing water with floating debris and hair. The showerhead's water pressure was insufficient, and once turned on, it would drip for a very long time after being turned off. The hot water for the bath the next morning wasn't hot. There was no laundry bag provided, which I've found in all hotels and even luxury hotels in Taipei and Taoyuan. After inquiring at the front desk, I was told they had regular plastic bags that the robot could deliver to my door. The soundproofing, I felt, was good. Setting the air conditioning to 20.9°C was cold enough, but upon entering the room, with the AC set to 25°C, there was a musty smell."

"On a temporary trip to Yilan, I found this B&B on Trip.com without booking in advance. It is a distance from Luodong Night Market. The surrounding businesses are not dense but very quiet. This time I stayed in the Snoopy Suite. As soon as I opened the door, I saw many Snoopys and instantly became childish. In addition, there is also breakfast here. The hostess said that it is a simple local breakfast. I was looking forward to it at the beginning. The hostess will also confirm the time for breakfast the next day after checking in. This time I had a Chinese breakfast with Gua Bao and a large egg pancake to choose from. In addition, there are soy milk and milk tea to choose from. Compared with a buffet breakfast or a whole set of breakfast, sometimes it is great to taste the local taste. For example, the large egg pancake I had for breakfast this time is really big. I have never tasted such a taste when I live in Taipei. However, this place is a distance from the convenience store. I wanted to have a cup of coffee in the morning, but the B&B didn’t seem to have it. Later, I used Ubereats to order it. There are also many choices and it is quite convenient!"

"The hot spring bath in the room is spacious, big enough for two people to enjoy. The rooftop nude bath offers great views, and you can even see Guishan Island. The downside is that the Spa facilities on the 3rd floor are old and half of them are out of order. They provide kickboards in the swimming pool, and it's nice that you can still use the facilities after check-out. Our three-day, two-night trip was very relaxing, and it's convenient to buy food nearby."

"I stayed in a pool villa that cost around 33k per night, and I was quite surprised to find a lot of debris and dead insects (like spiders, bees, etc.) floating in the pool. It seemed pretty clear it hadn't been cleaned before my arrival. Also, two cans of biscuits in the first-floor lounge were three months past their expiry date, so I don't think I'm wrong to assume there was a lack of attention to detail. The overall environment was comfortable, but these small issues with cleanliness and maintenance really don't live up to the Westin brand's standards or what you'd expect from this type of room."

"Service: We arrived in Yilan late at night and checked in. The two gentlemen at the front desk were very warm and polite, and even told us about delicious local snacks nearby! However, the two waitresses in the restaurant the next morning were quite indifferent, which was a bit disappointing. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy, meeting star-rated standards. Environment: The hotel is right across the street from the night market! Even though it was raining, the night market was conveniently located under a bridge, so we didn't get wet at all. Yilan is truly a comfortable place to visit, perfect for a slow-paced trip without rushing, with activities like dolphin and whale watching, and farm animals."

We were pleasantly surprised to find that there’s even a playground with slides inside the property — it added a really fun and lively touch to the whole experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, making it easy for us to relax during our stay. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and cozy. The location is also a huge plus — it’s very convenient and close to almost everywhere we wanted to go, with plenty of food and attractions nearby. Getting around was super easy. Overall, we had a really nice stay here. It’s a great mix of comfort, convenience, and a bit of fun. Would definitely recommend and come back again! 😊"

"The location is close to the Waterfront Forest Cute Animal Park, and nearby attractions and night markets are a 10-15 minute drive away. The stay felt like home, and I'm very grateful to the housekeeper for their helpful recommendations of restaurants."

"Upon check-in, the owner was very attentive to the accommodation information and the surrounding area, including restaurants and attractions (he even compiled a guide on the cost and travel time to restaurants and attractions). We stayed in a double room, which was quite spacious for two people. The double bed was also large, with a perfect balance of firmness and softness. The bathroom had a semi-dry and wet area, so water sometimes splashed into the toilet, which was a minor drawback. There was a large square bathtub that could accommodate two adults, but unfortunately, we didn't get to use it due to the hot weather. Meals were not included, but since we usually get up late, it was a nice treat to not have to rush for breakfast, so overall, we were quite satisfied."
