"Overall, the hotel experience was fantastic! 🎉 The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable, especially the latex pillow which made for a really sound sleep. The electric curtains were a nice touch for convenience. The front desk also thoughtfully provided breakfast, which had a great variety and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the local yogurt and dried fruits, they were very unique. Compared to guesthouses, chain hotels definitely have a much higher standard when it comes to cleanliness and facilities."

"This was a wonderful stay, from beginning to end. The welcome we received at the desk made us feel at home, and the women there did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and to help us with the small problems we had with our trip. I can't say enough about the staff. The room was great, and the breakfast had all we could want, including some options for western tastes. The location is great, 15 minutes from the six star area, and street food everywhere we look. We were also allowed an extra two hours to wait for our flight. All in all a great choice. "I have to praise the attention to detail at this hotel! The room had USB charging ports, excellent blackout curtains, and complimentary bottled water and small snacks – so thoughtful! The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the hot water supply was prompt and consistently warm. The best part was the soundproofing; despite the bustling street outside, the room was incredibly quiet. The receptionist was beautiful and provided excellent service; she even helped call a taxi at check-out – a truly exceptional experience!"

"Friends, I highly recommend booking with丽呈 (Licheng) in Yining. I stayed for one night during the off-season and could deeply feel that all the hotel staff were dedicated and performed their duties conscientiously. There must be a very capable manager overseeing everything. 1. They called me in advance to ask about my needs and arrival time. The security guard saw me struggling with my luggage from a distance and immediately came out to help. 2. There are books in the hotel lobby, and even in the rooms! 3. The room was spotless every day, and they anticipated my needs by having all the disposable amenities ready. 4. All the decorative paintings in the hotel are original artworks, not prints. 5. The room size is more spacious than typical budget hotels, and it even has two large windows. Thank you to all the staff at丽呈 (Licheng)."

She also recommended many delicious local restaurants, and all her recommendations were spot on! The room was spacious and bright, with a minimalist decor, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable! The room was equipped with an air purifier, a mini-fridge, and even a bathroom scale! I forgot my charger, and upon learning this, the front desk promptly sent up a spare one – a truly thoughtful gesture that I greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the hotel offers a wide array of complimentary facilities, including a 24-hour gym and laundry room. As someone who exercises regularly, this was a huge plus! The hotel's breakfast spread was extensive and diverse, featuring both local Yili specialties and Western options like bread and coffee. Beyond that, the hotel's service team was truly exceptional. Especially Alice at the front desk and the restaurant staff, who consistently maintained a smile and patience, proactively offering assistance. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Highly recommended! The environment is fantastic, surrounded by lush greenery, and there's even a historical exhibition hall. It feels like staying in a park, and the value for money is excellent. The late check-out until 3 PM was a thoughtful touch. On the downside: there's room for improvement in service awareness; the front desk staff weren't very proactive. Also, during the National Day holiday, ordering à la carte was either unavailable or extremely slow, with the only options being mixed noodles and pilaf, which we ended up eating for two consecutive meals."

"Overall, the stay was good. First, the advantages: 1. The hotel allowed late check-out until 4 PM the next day, which was really great. 2. The hotel also provided complimentary dried fruit, which was also very kind. 3. The hotel staff were friendly and responded promptly to any issues, resolving them actively. 4. They even upgraded me to a room for free, which was very spacious and comfortable. 5. Most importantly, the price was very cheap. I used various discounts, and the double room with one single bed was only 174 yuan. Considering all the advantages, it was excellent value for money. 6. They also provided two breakfasts, and you could take them home. The front desk said it was okay to take them home, but the breakfast counter said it wasn't allowed, though they eventually let me have mine. The disadvantages: 1. I don't know if I didn't know how to adjust the temperature, or if it was just a normal setting, but the room temperature could only go up to 30 degrees Celsius and couldn't be increased. It felt very cold after showering. 2. After showering, I took a towel and unfolded it; there was a... 1. One had long hair, the other short hair. It's possible that during room cleaning, they found the previous guest hadn't used a towel and put it in without changing it. 2. The showerhead looked large, but it only sprayed water intermittently; not all the holes were working. About half of the holes were spraying water, perhaps to save costs. When I booked the hotel, I was happy with the size of the showerhead, but after showering, I found the water flow was the same as other smaller showerheads, which was a bit disappointing. 3. When I lifted the blanket, the blanket and sheet were tucked under the mattress at the foot of the bed. Pulling it out pulled out the sheet as well. This felt inconvenient; it would be much better to just lay the blanket down and lift it up. Pulling it out like this easily shifts the sheet. 4. The breakfast selection was rather limited. It looked plentiful, but the actual taste wasn't very good, and there wasn't much to eat. Overall, these are the main points. I was still very satisfied; it was excellent value for money and worth staying at."
