"I stayed at the Zhongya International Hotel in Yining. It's conveniently located—just a few minutes from the train station. The room wasn't perfectly sterile, but it was clean and cozy, with everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and quite varied, even though the menu hadn't changed in three days. I was especially surprised by the smart toilet—a pleasant surprise. 🙂

"A particularly pleasant stay experience, the young lady at the front desk was very good, and the room type was upgraded. The room was very large and the sound insulation was very good. Basically, I couldn't hear any additional sound, so I slept very comfortably.
The service of the whole hotel was particularly attentive. From the manager taking us to the underground parking lot to the hotel service staff, we placed a foot wash bucket in the room to let the guests who returned to the store to soak their feet after the tour, this is really intimate.
The hotel parking space is actually very sufficient. You can basically park in the ground parking lot when you come back early, and you can park in the underground when you return late.
It was really delicious to send ice cream before check-in. I gave a souvenir when I checked out. I ate and took it again, hahahaha.

The welcome we received at the desk made us feel at home, and the women there did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and to help us with the small problems we had with our trip. I can't say enough about the staff.
The room was great, and the breakfast had all we could want, including some options for western tastes.
The location is great, 15 minutes from the six star area, and street food everywhere we look.
We were also allowed an extra two hours to wait for our flight.
All in all a great choice.

"Coming to Yining for the National Day holiday, I didn't hesitate to choose Atour, and it turns out it was absolutely the right decision.

"I didn't take any photos of the hotel room, but overall, the hotel itself was decent.
However, I really have to vent about Yining city. It's incredibly noisy and chaotic! Six-Star Street, right opposite the hotel, is like a frantic marketplace. Drivers on the road constantly blare their horns, show absolutely no respect for pedestrians, and drive recklessly, making everything feel incredibly fast-paced and stressful. The city's infrastructure and development clearly haven't kept up with modern standards; you see discarded, half-pulled cables strewn everywhere. I genuinely have no desire to visit Yining again."

"Traveled to Xinjiang with friends, and we stayed at Atour for our last two nights. This Atour hotel seemed quite new, and the overall facilities were excellent, exceeding my expectations. The only minor surprise was finding beverages (Atour's black and green tea) in the mini-fridge. One of the bottles appeared to have been opened and partially consumed by a previous guest, and it was surprisingly still left in the fridge. Fortunately, we noticed it right away, called the front desk, and a staff member promptly came to replace it with fresh ones.
The hotel's laundry service was excellent. They have staff who oversee the washing machines, and once your clothes are done, they even fold them neatly and deliver them to your room door. This thoughtful service truly adds a lot of convenience for guests.
Finally, I must mention that the hotel breakfast was quite good, offering a wide variety of options. They also replenished the food promptly, which is a big plus, unlike some hotels where choices dwindle for guests who come to eat later."

"I stayed in two rooms for three consecutive days. Let me start with the issues. The hotel's service isn't up to par with such high standards, and the staff's awareness is still at the level of a small hotel. 1. I discovered the shampoo was empty while showering. I called for a bottle six times, and it finally arrived after a 40-minute delay. 2. The next night, when I returned to my room, I found the teacups and other items on the table completely disorganized and untied. The coffee machine hadn't been cleaned and was still disassembled. Fortunately, the manager on duty was very friendly and handled the situation appropriately. 3. The next morning, the parking QR code suddenly stopped working. The front desk told me to pay first and then add WeChat for reimbursement. When I left that morning, I took a screenshot of the payment information and shared it with the hotel. Finally, around 10 PM, after repeated inquiries, someone transferred the reimbursement. It's understandable that a new hotel would have issues, but for a Hilton-affiliated hotel to rush into a project with such limited training, is it ill-considered and would damage its brand value? Finally, let's discuss the positives. The room hardware meets Hilton Home Suite standards, including a microwave, a small, recyclable sink, and a cutting board, living up to the apartment's aesthetic. The bedding and consumables are standard Hilton brands. The washer and dryer are large and well-equipped, and the gym is well-equipped. The service details in these areas are excellent, with a full complement of spare parts. The fruit plate provided for members upon check-in is average.
Overall, I would still choose Hilton Home Suites again, but I hope the service level can be improved to match."

In the mornings, there are great baozi options nearby, and for lunch, there's delicious拌面 (banmian - mixed noodles). The coffee shop across the street is also a nice spot to check out.
Housekeeping was very good, and it would be even better if the quality of the amenities could be improved."

This trip to Yining was thoroughly fanned by the Hampton by Hilton Yining. The whole experience from check-in to check-out was perfect. It was definitely the first choice for accommodation in Yili!
The location of the hotel is too good. It is about 10 minutes drive from Yining Railway Station and only 12 minutes from the airport. It is especially convenient for landing or returning to catch the bus. There are also popular attractions such as Liuxing Street and Kazanqi around. There is no pressure on travel planning. More intimate is that self-driving parking is convenient, too friendly to family outings or self-driving travelers.
The service details are warm to the heart. The front desk staff is super efficient, the check-in process is smooth, and they will take the initiative to answer the surrounding food and play questions. The smiley attitude instantly relieves the fatigue of the journey. Immediately after entering the room, I received a local special fruit platter, fresh melons and fruits with refreshing yogurt, this surprise was too poke. Room service is on call, and the setting of robot delivery is both efficient and safe.
The room experience is even more impeccable. The 63-square-meter business suite is spacious and bright, the layout of the reception area and the rest area is reasonable, and the sliding screen design makes the space flexible and private, and the whole family will not feel cramped when traveling. The standard mattress support of the United States ”Hampton Bed” is excellent, with soft ecologically certified bedding, and you can have a ”Sweet Dream in the Cloud” every night. Room facilities are all available, 65-inch HD TV, mobile desk, capsule coffee machine, microwave and mini refrigerator, especially a cup of freshly ground coffee in the morning, full of home-like comfort. The room was spacious and bright, with a minimalist decor, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable! The room was equipped with an air purifier, a mini-fridge, and even a bathroom scale! I forgot my charger, and upon learning this, the front desk promptly sent up a spare one – a truly thoughtful gesture that I greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the hotel offers a wide array of complimentary facilities, including a 24-hour gym and laundry room. As someone who exercises regularly, this was a huge plus! The hotel's breakfast spread was extensive and diverse, featuring both local Yili specialties and Western options like bread and coffee. Beyond that, the hotel's service team was truly exceptional. Especially Alice at the front desk and the restaurant staff, who consistently maintained a smile and patience, proactively offering assistance. I would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night.

It looked like it was doing good business from the outside. After eating there, I realized it was a BBQ restaurant run by Ulala. The food tasted very good. No matter the hygiene, environment, service, attitude, facilities, they are all top-notch. I like it so much. The ladies at the front desk of the hotel are also very nice. I like them very much. The cleaning auntie is also very enthusiastic, so I can't find any problems. At four or five in the morning, they said that the TV projection screen was broken, and they came up to check it without complaint. Finally, they changed our room. In short, I stayed very, very happily and comfortably! Besides, direct sunlight is very comfortable 😌

First, I have to give a huge shout-out to the front desk service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, answering every question and being incredibly thoughtful. It made me feel like I was at home, a real plus!
Then, let me highlight the breakfast, which was a true delight! The variety was incredibly varied, encompassing both Chinese and Western cuisine. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were incredible. Eating this breakfast every morning set me up for the day, and it's definitely one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel of this type.
The room was also incredibly spacious, with no feeling of being cramped at all. I especially want to praise the bedding. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, with just the right amount of firmness and a wonderfully cuddling feel. Even after a tiring trip, I could easily fall asleep and wake up feeling relaxed. The room's lighting was also thoughtfully designed, with perfectly adjusted brightness levels, so it wasn't glaring at night. The smart guest control system is also very convenient and easy to use, allowing you to control the lights and curtains from your bed. It's both technologically advanced and practical, and every feature makes you feel comfortable.
The location is also impeccable. It's very close to the Liuxing Street scenic area, within walking distance, and not far from Kazanchi. For tourists visiting Yining, staying here is extremely convenient and saves a lot of travel time.

Every tile grout line was meticulously cleaned, with fluorescent detection agents used to ensure absolute cleanliness. Walking barefoot, there was absolutely no dust or sticky feeling.
**Beyond-expectation Service 💫**
The Uyghur girl at the front desk offered 'trilingual service' (Mandarin/Uyghur/Sign Language), which was truly impressive! Noticing our fatigue from driving, she proactively upgraded us to a scenic view room and extended our check-out to 4 PM. The complimentary late-night nourishing dessert (local specialty chickpea yogurt drink) soothed both our stomachs and hearts.
