"We stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent. Bathroom / toilet : - four towel rails and 2 wall mounted hooks for clothing - more than adequate shelf space for new towels - Well located twin toilet roll holders - Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations - room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it - number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate - wash basin counter top space was generous - kettle area cabinet was also provided - suitably sized luggage rack - comfortable bed size and mattresses - room door has indicator of direction to the elevator - well located mini fridge - cordless hand phone charging facilities in room - superb laundry facilities and unexpected service of staff transferring washed clothes to tumble dryer and delivering dried clothes to our room - great variety of food provided in the restaurant for breakfast - hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful - free night porridge provided - hotel is within walkable distance to Liuxing Street - many shops and restaurants near hotel - we enjoyed staying in the hotel room when we don't want be exposed to the sun outside We are more than satisfied staying in this hotel. After we checked out to head to Tekes, we returned to stay in this hotel again for a second time - we intend to stay in Atour hotel in Turpan when we get there later as we felt so comfortable with this hotel - we recommend this hotel for your stay when you visit Yining"

"Traveled to Xinjiang with friends, and we stayed at Atour for our last two nights. This Atour hotel seemed quite new, and the overall facilities were excellent, exceeding my expectations. The only minor surprise was finding beverages (Atour's black and green tea) in the mini-fridge. One of the bottles appeared to have been opened and partially consumed by a previous guest, and it was surprisingly still left in the fridge. Fortunately, we noticed it right away, called the front desk, and a staff member promptly came to replace it with fresh ones. The hotel's laundry service was excellent. They have staff who oversee the washing machines, and once your clothes are done, they even fold them neatly and deliver them to your room door. This thoughtful service truly adds a lot of convenience for guests. Finally, I must mention that the hotel breakfast was quite good, offering a wide variety of options. They also replenished the food promptly, which is a big plus, unlike some hotels where choices dwindle for guests who come to eat later."

"First, let's talk about the location. It's diagonally opposite the south entrance of Yining Six Star Street. You can easily walk there via a nearby underpass, which is great as it keeps you away from the noise of the commercial district. The room facilities were surprisingly smart throughout – even the toilet was electric (seemed like an Arrow brand). The central air conditioning also cooled very well, and the amenities were very comprehensive, including toilet seat sanitizing wipes and even laundry detergent. Overall, it's significantly better than hotels of the same caliber in first-tier cities in mainland China. It's a shame I was only transiting through Yining; otherwise, staying a couple more days would have been perfect. The security guard was very helpful. Breakfast was decent, and my child absolutely loved the beef noodles. My time was too limited to take many photos of the room."

The hotel's breakfast spread was extensive and diverse, featuring both local Yili specialties and Western options like bread and coffee. Beyond that, the hotel's service team was truly exceptional. Especially Alice at the front desk and the restaurant staff, who consistently maintained a smile and patience, proactively offering assistance. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"I have to praise the attention to detail at this hotel! The room had USB charging ports, excellent blackout curtains, and complimentary bottled water and small snacks – so thoughtful! The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the hot water supply was prompt and consistently warm. The best part was the soundproofing; despite the bustling street outside, the room was incredibly quiet. The receptionist was beautiful and provided excellent service; she even helped call a taxi at check-out – a truly exceptional experience!"

"A particularly pleasant stay experience, the young lady at the front desk was very good, and the room type was upgraded. The room was very large and the sound insulation was very good. Basically, I couldn't hear any additional sound, so I slept very comfortably. The service of the whole hotel was particularly attentive. From the manager taking us to the underground parking lot to the hotel service staff, we placed a foot wash bucket in the room to let the guests who returned to the store to soak their feet after the tour, this is really intimate.
