"I stayed at the hotel for three nights. The service was generally good, especially the restaurant downstairs, which was delicious. The only imperfect service was that the card was not automatically renewed when I stayed there for two consecutive nights. When I called the front desk to open the door, I waited for a full 20 minutes but no staff came to open the door. I had to go downstairs to refresh the room card myself. Finally, the check-out time was clearly 2 pm, but when I returned to the room at 1 pm, the door could not be opened. It was too outrageous."

"This is the only hotel I felt was not so welcoming during my trip to Xinjiang. The hotel is very new and the rooms are clean, but I feel that the service is not up to par. First of all, the two rooms I booked together were given to me on two different floors and not arranged together. Secondly, there was a misunderstanding at breakfast the next day. The service staff seemed to be new and not very familiar. In short, it was neither particularly good nor particularly bad."

"I accidentally chose a hotel on a business trip because it is close to the airport. I chose this hotel. It is not bad. The surrounding area is quite convenient. I went to the hotel to check in. The staff at the front desk had a very good attitude. It is one of the few stores with a good attitude. The room auntie is worthy of praise. She is also quite good. I accidentally wore wet slippers into the bathroom, and called the room service and it was delivered quickly. The bed is also quite comfortable, and the Xinjiang cotton is quite good. The hotel is also very quiet at night. I can't hear any noise. I still recommend it. "The location is very quiet, parking is convenient, and it is not far from the airport, but you still need to drive to other places. There is a shredded chicken noodle restaurant nearby, which is especially delicious. The room facilities are good, and the parent-child room is very comfortable for three people. I went to Sailimu Lake and stayed there for another night, a total of two nights."

"I clearly booked a twin room at your hotel on the platform in advance, and the order showed as ”confirmed.” However, due to staff issues, the order wasn't processed promptly. As a result, I couldn't find the reservation information upon arrival and was told they didn't have twin rooms. I chose this hotel first because of the positive reviews and second because the website clearly stated they had twin rooms. However, upon arrival, they breached their agreement, showing fundamental disrespect for consumers.
Even more infuriating was the attitude of the staff member to the right of the front desk. They sat motionless the entire time (if it was because of a leg problem, I'd understand; after all, it's because of a leg problem, so the other harsh words wouldn't apply). They acted like ”it's none of my business,” and didn't even bother to offer an apology or explanation. I reiterated that I was there for the twin room and reminded them that I could call 12315 to complain in this situation. They remained indifferent, as if my legitimate concerns were insignificant.
Finally, I contacted the platform's customer service myself to resolve the issue. It was clearly the hotel's fault, and one that could have been resolved internally, but they insisted on forcing customers to contact a third party before they would address the issue. Their service was incredibly passive, and they didn't even offer an apology.
Laundry was hung out to dry in the hallway's public area without any notice to the front desk, and no one stopped or supervised it.
We stayed in room 8213, but the fire map inside the room listed room number 8211.
The hotel offers laundry services and parking fee reductions for self-drive vehicles, but they didn't mention them unless you asked. I sincerely recommend that even a few simple words can improve the customer experience; there's no need to be so stingy.
Facilities: The room was fully equipped and new, except for the noisy mini-refrigerator, which was easily turned off when not in use.
Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic, with no dust in every nook and cranny.
Environment: The surroundings were nice, and the hotel was close to Liuxing Street. The only problem was that the hotel and the residential complex shared the same elevator, which was a bit difficult to find at first. Service: Except for the staff member mentioned above, everyone else is very enthusiastic, especially the security guard, who greeted us warmly when we left the store and reminded us to check our belongings and not to forget to leave anything behind."

GGuest UserWe stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles.
Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

Downstairs commercial parking lot, the hotel can enter the car number for free parking, and there is a laundry room, everything is fine. It’s a bit far to eat dinner, but I want to eat specialties. Check in Liuxing Street and take a taxi for 10 minutes, which is convenient. The front desk lady also sent apricot peel tea, delicious, and added points on the road! ! AAnonymous UserThe B&B is located in the old town and has its own small parking lot, which is very convenient. The courtyard is very cozy and neatly kept. When the weather is good, you can have breakfast and tea in the courtyard, and you can also have a drink at the bar in the evening. The interior of the B&B retains the characteristics of local dwellings. The room we stayed in is not large but hygienic, and every detail is carefully decorated.
The service is especially commendable! Friendly and helpful. Homemade naan, jam and beef sauce are prepared for breakfast. It is delicious and filling. If you are not in a hurry, you can stay and relax.

The courtyard exudes the antique charm of traditional Uyghur architecture, with wooden structures and a variety of wood carvings. It looks incredibly expensive, and any photo opportunity is a masterpiece!📸
The room was uniquely decorated, clean, tidy, and warm and comfortable. The bedding was soft, the amenities were complete, there was plenty of hot water, and the decorative ornaments were unique. Every detail showed the owner's meticulous care for the courtyard. This place truly exceeded my expectations! It was both comfortable and unique!
Now, I have to give a shout-out to the owner! He was so hospitable and helpful, helping with our luggage both during check-in and check-out, preparing fruit for our room, storing our food in the refrigerator, and even cutting watermelon for us to bring to our room. His service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful! The value for money was excellent, and I would stay here again!👍 If you are looking for a place to stay with a romantic atmosphere, this courtyard will definitely not disappoint you!

AAnonymous UserRoad leading to the hotel is poorly paved, with many potholes and in need of repair. Place feels rather sleepy.
Wi-Fi connectivity in the room was sub-par. The water temperature was also erratic, with the water either very hot or very cold. Staff could have better attitude - almost did not get back the initial security deposit and staff did not remind us about it and seemed rude when we asked about it.
Despite being advertised as being near the Liuxing Street, the street is actually about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.
Breakfast is at the eatery just beside the hotel. It is a joint that is also patronized by many locals although the food may not be as palatable to foreigners.

ZZhizidelvxingyoujiFacilities: A new homestay opened only last year. The rooms are equipped with air conditioners, humidifiers, etc., and everything is complete.
Hygiene: The cleaning and breakfast are done by the mother of the homestay owner. They are very clean. It is not the peak season yet, and they have just started business. In the past two days, I saw the aunt busy cleaning up in every room.
Environment: The landlord himself is a garden designer. The overall style of the house is very strong in the style of folk houses. You can feel a great feeling when you enter the gate of the yard.
Service: Breakfast is made every day, and you eat in the yard when you get up. The aunt and the owner of the homestay are also very easy-going.
National costume experience (no shooting): There are many clothes, and the skirt of Adles is very beautiful. 🈶 The matching belt, accessories, headdress, and equipment are good for filming.
Surroundings: The surroundings are all ethnic minorities. In the Kazanqi scenic area, you don’t need to check in at the north gate. There are all beautiful and sparsely populated characteristic houses here. There are also fruit shops, naan shops, etc. in front of the door. Walking in the alley feels like a stranger. It’s a wonderful experience. A large portion of mutton dumplings costs 14 yuan, and a cup of freshly squeezed mango juice costs 6 yuan.
