"The hostel is close to the train station, but not close enough to walk. And it’s a bit far from the city centre so I had to take a didi every time i go out. Staff are nice, the common space are nice too. You will have to make your own bed and take out the linens when checking out.
Toilets are okay. There was someone in my room who stay long term, so there are a lot of daily stuff all over the dormitory. But I just stayed one night so that’s okay."

"The accommodation is generally good, but there are two minor points. 1. When asking the staff how much the minimum extension fee is, the staff said 80, but it is 75 yuan when booked online. It is not reasonable to point out this situation. The female staff member was very loud and emotional and repeatedly said to the resident: I am just a worker, I don’t know much; some people even booked more than 90, why don’t you say; if you think it is cheaper online, go and book online, don’t ask me to book. This is not a normal staff at all, the basic work quality should be; there should be no emotions in life, but they should not be brought into work; 2. In summer, it is normal to have some mosquitoes in the room. The mosquitoes here may bite cattle and horses. People can’t stand it when they are bitten, and the swelling is very big. Go to the hospital; Youth Hostel does not have any medicine, and it is recommended that subsequent residents bring their own mosquito repellent and other medicines;"

"This was a wonderful stay, from beginning to end.
The welcome we received at the desk made us feel at home, and the women there did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and to help us with the small problems we had with our trip. I can't say enough about the staff.
The room was great, and the breakfast had all we could want, including some options for western tastes.
The location is great, 15 minutes from the six star area, and street food everywhere we look.
We were also allowed an extra two hours to wait for our flight.
All in all a great choice.

"This stay in Yining was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel took the initiative to upgrade our room type when we checked in. The room was spacious and comfortable with great lighting. The hygiene was impeccable, the bedding was clean and tidy, and disposable towels and toilet mats were thoughtfully prepared, which made it particularly safe to use. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and patiently answered all our questions. The hotel has its own laundry room and independent parking lot, which is very friendly for self-driving tourists. The location is also great. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Liuxing Street, which is super convenient for walking and shopping at night. Such service quality and detail processing are definitely worthy of five-star praise!"

"We had an amazing time in Kailash Hostel! It is pretty close to Illi Bus Terminal. It has a really nice common area with lots of details. The owner Toni is a really open and kind person! He welcomed us with open arms, made very good coffee and even invited us for breakfast. You can see that he really wants his guests to have a good time and he also connects people in the hostel. We would totally recommend staying here!"

Yining was the last stop of this trip. I stayed at a homestay for the first 2 or two days, but I thought about the New Year's Eve, so I found a lively place to live. Finally, I chose the Youth Hostel and brushed it to the All-Female Youth Hostel in the Xiaohongshu. The house is very Xinjiang-style, and I went with the mentality of giving it a try. Just entering the Hela cabin, the strong Xinjiang atmosphere came, plus the weather is good, put down the luggage and start taking pictures, I like it very much.
The quadruple room was selected, the room was clean, the things were very complete (there was actually a disposable toilet pad), and the bedding was thick. Although it is heated by air conditioning, it is open 24 hours a day, and it is even a bit hot to sleep at night.
Sure enough, it’s right to choose here for the New Year’s Eve. The boss also prepared surprise hot pot and fireworks, and met the cute little girls ～.
There is also a super cute little Hela, this time to Xinjiang, the ability to suck dogs is super strong, can not bear these little friends, to leave, I hope to see you again in the summer, you have to grow up healthy!
By the way, there is also a large public area, there is a projection, you can watch movies, and you can also cast nettles.

GGuest UserThe service was excellent, the room was spacious and clean, and a fully enclosed shower would have been perfect. The security guard helped with luggage and arranged parking. The front desk service was quick and polite. The help with washing and hanging clothes was fantastic, and there was even a dedicated shoe washing pool. This is a very cost-effective hotel for a trip to Xinjiang, highly recommended.

XXiaoxiehuahuaWe took a circular tour of Yili and booked Lan Yaju when we arrived in Yining on the first day. The B&B here is clean and sanitary, close to Liuxing Street and even closer to the airport. The owner also provides pick-up and drop-off. So my friends were very satisfied and renewed their subscription on the return trip😄

The rooms are clean, large and comfortable and the lady owner who comes in at noon and works till morning is nice and helped the 2 of us book the transport by bus to sayram lake. It’s a comfortable walk by turning right and then right to Liu Xing street - along the way you have a nice cafe/bakery which operates till 11pm. The lady owners parents also help us to fix the alipay transport pass for taking a bus at 1 yuan for each trip. Apologies as I didn’t take any photos of the room.

BBabydollllI stayed in this hotel for a total of five days. During this period, I didn't want to leave more and more. I really liked it. This will be my favorite hotel in Yining City. No matter the hygiene, environment, service, attitude, facilities, they are all top-notch. I like it so much. The ladies at the front desk of the hotel are also very nice. I like them very much. The cleaning auntie is also very enthusiastic, so I can't find any problems. At four or five in the morning, they said that the TV projection screen was broken, and they came up to check it without complaint. Finally, they changed our room. In short, I stayed very, very happily and comfortably! Besides, direct sunlight is very comfortable 😌

AAnonymous UserI finally got around to writing my 800-word essay! Violet B&B was a love-at-first-sight guesthouse for me. I immediately knew it was the one! After checking in, I discovered even more surprises. First, the location is fantastic, within walking distance of Liuxing Street, making it convenient for getting around. Nearby are a variety of restaurants and convenience stores, and away from the bustling city, the environment is quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The design is unique, and the owner's meticulous attention to detail is evident in every detail, including the furniture and bedding. Every photo is a standout. The room is spotless, the bedding is comfortable, and it even has a projector, making it perfect for my kids to catch up on their TV shows. Highlights!!! (Important things require three exclamation points) I especially want to highlight the owner and the beautiful front desk lady. Their service was incredibly attentive. The owner's breakfast was incredible. Knowing we were with our kids, she even made seaweed balls, which the kids devoured immediately. And then there's my favorite egg pancake, so fluffy and soft, I finished off a plate! On our first day, they even took me to pick up a package on their electric scooter, just in case I got lost. It was so touching (I took a photo to commemorate this). The friendly hostess even offered me a free iced Americano before I went for a stroll. It was a refreshing relief from the scorching summer heat! Overall, it was a great experience, providing a safe and restful home during our trip. I'll definitely choose Jinse again next time I'm in Yining! Five stars without hesitation!

PPupuzhangThe owner was incredibly kind, almost to the point of being embarrassing. They helped us store our luggage in advance and even carried our suitcases upstairs during check-in. When we came back in the middle of the night, they even let us use a different room to shower, and they didn't treat us any differently just because we booked a special offer room. Their hospitality really made me feel much more positive about this city.
The inn is conveniently located not far from the entrance of Liuxing Street and also close to the bus station, making it very easy for transportation and transfers. This was especially convenient after a long day of sightseeing; being able to walk straight upstairs after strolling down Liuxing Street, even past midnight, was a huge plus.
The hallway and room have a nostalgic feel, reminding me of guesthouses from my childhood. The air conditioning and walls, however, are very new.
I could tell they take hygiene seriously from the bathroom; the cleaning supplies were very comprehensive.

Zzw630106I stayed at this hotel again, but this time, the service was quite disappointing, particularly concerning luggage storage. Upon checking in, I inquired about storing my luggage for the following day and was assured it would be possible. Yet, when I checked out early the next morning (at 7:15 AM), I was informed I couldn't leave my bags. The explanation given was that the hotel had been fined by authorities the previous evening due to fire safety violations. Adding to the frustration, an older security guard was particularly unhelpful and firm. I couldn't help but wonder how a hotel of this size could lack a proper luggage storage facility. Thankfully, a young lady at the front desk eventually stepped in and resolved the situation.
