"We stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent. Bathroom / toilet : - four towel rails and 2 wall mounted hooks for clothing - more than adequate shelf space for new towels - Well located twin toilet roll holders - Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations - room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it - number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate - wash basin counter top space was generous - kettle area cabinet was also provided - suitably sized luggage rack - comfortable bed size and mattresses - room door has indicator of direction to the elevator - well located mini fridge - cordless hand phone charging facilities in room - superb laundry facilities and unexpected service of staff transferring washed clothes to tumble dryer and delivering dried clothes to our room - great variety of food provided in the restaurant for breakfast - hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful - free night porridge provided - hotel is within walkable distance to Liuxing Street - many shops and restaurants near hotel - we enjoyed staying in the hotel room when we don't want be exposed to the sun outside We are more than satisfied staying in this hotel. After we checked out to head to Tekes, we returned to stay in this hotel again for a second time - we intend to stay in Atour hotel in Turpan when we get there later as we felt so comfortable with this hotel - we recommend this hotel for your stay when you visit Yining"

"Hampton by Hilton Yining: Full Habitat on the Journey This trip to Yining was thoroughly fanned by the Hampton by Hilton Yining. The whole experience from check-in to check-out was perfect. It was definitely the first choice for accommodation in Yili! The location of the hotel is too good. It is about 10 minutes drive from Yining Railway Station and only 12 minutes from the airport. It is especially convenient for landing or returning to catch the bus. There are also popular attractions such as Liuxing Street and Kazanqi around. There is no pressure on travel planning. More intimate is that self-driving parking is convenient, too friendly to family outings or self-driving travelers. The service details are warm to the heart. The front desk staff is super efficient, the check-in process is smooth, and they will take the initiative to answer the surrounding food and play questions. The smiley attitude instantly relieves the fatigue of the journey. Immediately after entering the room, I received a local special fruit platter, fresh melons and fruits with refreshing yogurt, this surprise was too poke. Room service is on call, and the setting of robot delivery is both efficient and safe. The room experience is even more impeccable. The 63-square-meter business suite is spacious and bright, the layout of the reception area and the rest area is reasonable, and the sliding screen design makes the space flexible and private, and the whole family will not feel cramped when traveling. The standard mattress support of the United States ”Hampton Bed” is excellent, with soft ecologically certified bedding, and you can have a ”Sweet Dream in the Cloud” every night. Room facilities are all available, 65-inch HD TV, mobile desk, capsule coffee machine, microwave and mini refrigerator, especially a cup of freshly ground coffee in the morning, full of home-like comfort. "I stayed at the Zhongya International Hotel in Yining. It's conveniently located—just a few minutes from the train station. The room wasn't perfectly sterile, but it was clean and cozy, with everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and quite varied, even though the menu hadn't changed in three days. I was especially surprised by the smart toilet—a pleasant surprise. 🙂 There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby, offering a variety of cuisines, so you can try local dishes or just grab a bite. Overall, it's a pleasant place to stay—convenient, comfortable, and reasonably priced."

"The hotel boasts a fantastic location, just an 8-minute walk to Liuxing Street, which was a key factor in my decision to stay here. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, providing incredibly attentive, personalized service. They even upgraded my room for free and provided complimentary fruit. Plus, there was free ice cream and coffee available in the lobby, which made a fantastic impression! The room itself was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with excellent attention to detail. The breakfast spread was also quite satisfying. If I had to mention a minor drawback, it would be the slightly separated layout of the shower and toilet areas. Highly recommended! I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"This was a wonderful stay, from beginning to end. The welcome we received at the desk made us feel at home, and the women there did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and to help us with the small problems we had with our trip. I can't say enough about the staff. The room was great, and the breakfast had all we could want, including some options for western tastes. The location is great, 15 minutes from the six star area, and street food everywhere we look. We were also allowed an extra two hours to wait for our flight. All in all a great choice. Thank you again to the staff."

She also recommended many delicious local restaurants, and all her recommendations were spot on! The room was spacious and bright, with a minimalist decor, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable! The room was equipped with an air purifier, a mini-fridge, and even a bathroom scale! I forgot my charger, and upon learning this, the front desk promptly sent up a spare one – a truly thoughtful gesture that I greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the hotel offers a wide array of complimentary facilities, including a 24-hour gym and laundry room. As someone who exercises regularly, this was a huge plus! The hotel's breakfast spread was extensive and diverse, featuring both local Yili specialties and Western options like bread and coffee. Beyond that, the hotel's service team was truly exceptional. Especially Alice at the front desk and the restaurant staff, who consistently maintained a smile and patience, proactively offering assistance. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The location is fantastic, tucked away in an alley near Six-Star Street, making it very quiet at night. Of course, compared to guesthouses directly on Six-Star Street, the view from the window is quite ordinary. In the mornings, there are great baozi options nearby, and for lunch, there's delicious拌面 (banmian - mixed noodles). The coffee shop across the street is also a nice spot to check out. Housekeeping was very good, and it would be even better if the quality of the amenities could be improved."

"Overall, the stay was good. First, the advantages: 1. The hotel allowed late check-out until 4 PM the next day, which was really great. 2. The hotel also provided complimentary dried fruit, which was also very kind. 3. The hotel staff were friendly and responded promptly to any issues, resolving them actively. 4. They even upgraded me to a room for free, which was very spacious and comfortable. 5. Most importantly, the price was very cheap. I used various discounts, and the double room with one single bed was only 174 yuan. Considering all the advantages, it was excellent value for money. 6. They also provided two breakfasts, and you could take them home. The front desk said it was okay to take them home, but the breakfast counter said it wasn't allowed, though they eventually let me have mine. The disadvantages: 1. I don't know if I didn't know how to adjust the temperature, or if it was just a normal setting, but the room temperature could only go up to 30 degrees Celsius and couldn't be increased. It felt very cold after showering. 2. After showering, I took a towel and unfolded it; there was a... 1. One had long hair, the other short hair. It's possible that during room cleaning, they found the previous guest hadn't used a towel and put it in without changing it. 2. The showerhead looked large, but it only sprayed water intermittently; not all the holes were working. About half of the holes were spraying water, perhaps to save costs. When I booked the hotel, I was happy with the size of the showerhead, but after showering, I found the water flow was the same as other smaller showerheads, which was a bit disappointing. 3. When I lifted the blanket, the blanket and sheet were tucked under the mattress at the foot of the bed. Pulling it out pulled out the sheet as well. This felt inconvenient; it would be much better to just lay the blanket down and lift it up. Pulling it out like this easily shifts the sheet. 4. The breakfast selection was rather limited. It looked plentiful, but the actual taste wasn't very good, and there wasn't much to eat. Overall, these are the main points. I was still very satisfied; it was excellent value for money and worth staying at."

"Highly recommended! The environment is fantastic, surrounded by lush greenery, and there's even a historical exhibition hall. It feels like staying in a park, and the value for money is excellent. The late check-out until 3 PM was a thoughtful touch. On the downside: there's room for improvement in service awareness; the front desk staff weren't very proactive. Also, during the National Day holiday, ordering à la carte was either unavailable or extremely slow, with the only options being mixed noodles and pilaf, which we ended up eating for two consecutive meals."
