"Location is very good. About 5 mins walk from Nice Ville train station and the tram line that goes towards the beach / old Nice. Room is clean, fresh towels everyday. Well done and 5 stars to the housekeeper. Even though I was there in the busy summer holidays, there was no noise problem at all and I got restful sleep all 4 nights.
However, trip.com listed the room I selected (superior double room) as having a king size bed, although what I got was queen size. Clarified with the reception and indeed she said I got the correct room. Someone needs to update the description for better accuracy."

"As great as the reviews say this hotel is! The rooms are exactly as pictured, clean and tidy, with a very lovely timeless aesthetic. The service is top notch; any time we asked for something, the staff would send it up right away.
Everyone was very friendly and it’s located close enough to the main streets that everything was within a 15 min walking distance (including the train station) but also in a quieter street so it wasn’t noisy in the mornings and evenings. The air conditioning in the room was very nice as well.
My partner and I were very pleased with our stay and would be more than happy to return!"

"Convenient transportation. When checking in, the staff explained the route from the hotel to the Old Town and showed us the attractions on a map, which was very thoughtful. The room even had a balcony, and the staff cleaned it promptly. There was also a kettle in the room, which was a nice touch. Overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel's location is excellent, right near a Line 1 subway station, less than a five-minute walk away. It's also very close to the train station, just six stops. One day we got up early and walked there, and it only took a little over twenty minutes, which was great. I highly recommend it to fellow Chinese travelers. "The room wasn't large, but it was fairly clean. The building is a bit old, but after renovations, a small elevator was installed, which basically meets your needs.
It's very close to the Cinque Terre train station, making it very convenient for traveling to the Cinque Terre.
The breakfast room is in the newly built podium and is clean and tidy.
Parking is limited, but there is a public paid parking lot nearby."

"The hotel location is strategic, just a 5-minute walk from Nice Saint-Augustin train station. The tram to the airport is free from Grand Arenas station, making transportation very convenient.
We booked a Mountain View Twin Room but were given a lower-quality room instead (please refer to the photo).
Additionally, we had to request a room change due to a serious bed issue—the mattress was split in half, which was quite shocking as they were still using a damaged mattress for guests.
To their credit, the front desk responded immediately and changed our room. However, the new room still did not meet our expectations. The bed quality was poor, too soft, and provided no proper back support.
Breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options. The only hot food available was scrambled eggs and sausages, while everything else was cold. Coffee and juice were from a machine, which didn’t add much to the experience.
Overall, the stay was tolerable for the price, but definitely not worth it given the quality of the rooms, beds, and breakfast. Would not recommend unless you’re on a very tight budget."

"I was positively surprised when I arrived at the hotel: not only was is super centrally located but also offered great service and lovely rooms at a fantastic price!
The hotel located is about 3min away from the airport tram stop Jean Medécin, 2min from Place Massena and 4min from the old town.
My room was very clean and offered aircon/heating, fridge, haidryer, tv, kettle & complimentary. coffee/tea. The furniture and carpet looked well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable. I was warmly welcomed upon check-in by multilingual staff. I slept very well and can only but recommend this hotel!"

The hotel rooms are a bit small, but they're very well-designed, and the bathroom is quite spacious. The mirror in front of the bed is a bit awkward, but everything else is great."

"I love the hotel so much. Not only the location is very near to the train station, it is also near to the tram station which leads to the airport. Walking distance to the beach while i get to enjoy all the fabulous view along the way. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay in the hotel. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations.
The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean.
The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies.
I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults.
There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes.
Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

NNoelle CCI recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay.
From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable.
Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

GGuest UserThe service attitude was very good. I arrived at the hotel very late. They opened the door for me and checked me in in a timely manner. The room was very quiet, but I didn't find a hair dryer. However, everything else was very good. There was free water in the refrigerator and a small balcony. I will continue to book next time I come!

LliamThe receptionist at the front desk is awesome, she helped me to carry the luggage as the elevator was down , there is a tall n handsome handy man running about for the errands, give me direction of where the bus stop is , the specky girl is very helpful as well.All in all this is a very nice hotel, I will definitely recommend to friends if they were to go Nice.

GGuest UserA small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot.
The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.

Cons: tea and milk provided is normal as in any French supermarkets. The layout of room is a bit tight. The bathroom may splash water out.
Generally good hotel in Nice. Would recommend friends to visit as a safe choice in a normal budget.
