Seaview Hotels in Nice

"Typical Ibis standards, great location close to the station and airport. There's a supermarket nearby. It's a bit far from the city center, but the price is incredibly good! Double-glazed windows provide decent soundproofing, making it perfect for a short stay, especially for those catching an early flight the next day."

"The location was central, and the hotel was clean, but I expected a lot more for what I was paying. For example, the phone wasn’t connected, so each time I needed something, I had to go downstairs and speak with reception, the air conditioning was playing up, the breakfast was average, and not great if you are coeliac."

"We had a pleasent stay here. Our air conditioner did not work the first night which made it really hard to sleep because it was to hot in the room. The next day we got a new room and it was perfect. Very nice staff can recommend 😃"

"The location is excellent, with unbeatable sea views from the balcony. It can be a bit noisy facing the street, but once the windows are closed, you can't hear any sound. We had three good nights' sleep. The hotel is quite old, and the facilities are indeed a bit dated."

"The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the Nice airport Terminal 1, and there's free train outside of the hotel to take me back and forth to the terminal. That's super convenient for getting ready to fly. The room are big and new, the staff are friendly, and the gym is small but have most that I need, plus a sauna that I can use anytime after workout. It's a perfect layover stop."

"Great location right in the heart of the promenade. The hotel itself has a charming old-world classical style. Inside, it boasts a unique atmosphere and a beautiful banquet hall. There's no private beach, but there are beach clubs directly opposite, which you should try to book in advance, especially on weekends. The breakfast is good. The promenade is fantastic for walks, and the sea is incredibly beautiful and clear."

"Good location and well-equipped clean room. The toilet had its own cubicle. However poor customer service on arrival served by a rude female receptionist. Required €200 deposit was a bit extreme especially for a night stay. Upon departure had a friendlier disposition that ended the stay on positive note"

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Maison Albar Hotels Le Victoria. Upon arrival, we were thoughtfully upgraded to a single-occupancy room for our 3-night stay, as the twin room category was fully booked — a gesture we really appreciated. The room itself was exceptional. The mattress and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced, ensuring a great night’s rest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the overall experience. The service was outstanding — attentive, warm, and consistently professional. The team truly made us feel well taken care of. Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city. Luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Balenciaga are just a few steps away, with many other shops and attractions within easy walking distance — extremely convenient for both shopping and exploring. The only area for improvement would be the gym facilities, which are relatively limited. However, we easily found a well-equipped local gym just a 2-minute walk away, offering a great alternative with a more complete setup and lively atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay with comfort, service, and location all coming together beautifully. We would definitely return. ✨"

"The location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around."
