"Very different from the pictures. The corner room given is very small. The elevator is very small. At most one person can carry a large luggage at a time. However, the front desk is very friendly and answers all questions. There is a microwave and a large refrigerator on the first floor for public use. If I have the chance to come to Nice again, I will avoid going in July. Those who understand will understand."

We were within walking distance of the beach, various dining options, and shopping malls. Additionally, there's a very clean and convenient coin-operated laundry facility nearby. "The hotel is located near the Nice train station. At check-in, we were greeted by a very kind lady whose name I don't know, but I remember her extreme kindness, which is somewhat rare in Nice. She explained everything to us, even speaking Italian. The rooms are clean, but perhaps the carpeting in the hallways leading to the rooms could be removed, as it always causes a bad smell. We didn't choose breakfast, and perhaps with a little effort on the part of the hotel, it could be included in the price, because everything in Nice costs at least three times as much as in Italy."

I stayed for three nights and slept well, but I wasn’t very used to the three-tier bunk beds. Since I was on the top bunk, any movement below would cause it to shake."

The rooms are very nice and minimal ... unfortunately staff is not very available because having booked via an outside site of the hotel and correctly having announced the time of my arrival there was no booking. "The hotel is near the tram station, opposite the sea, so the location is very convenient. The room is cleaned every day and is clean. However, there is no hair dryer in the room, so every time I need to use it, I have to go down to the reception to borrow one."

"It was good. Overall really nice place. Great location and cozy place. However. For some reason it doesn’t provide a plug for charging but only a USB. I mean who uses usb nowadays. I have to go to downstairs for charging my devices. Other than that it’s super good, the breakfasts was good"

"Studio with its own kitchen. Of the kitchen utensils there are all pots, spoons and mittens, including a corkscrew and a can opener. Of the equipment there is a drip coffee machine, a guard coffee machine with 4 capsules and 4 packets of sugar. The hotel does not provide daily cleaning and linen change. But this was to our advantage. No one disturbed the peace. We stayed for 4 nights. Everything necessary for cleaning the room was there. As far as we understood, this is a type of vacation housing. Cleaning only upon departure. The split system worked properly. The only thing I didn’t like was that they gave me a ridiculously small room, which included a ridiculously small balcony. The windows of the room overlooked the courtyard. Rooms with balconies on the facade are large, but there is construction on the street and the view is so-so, plus noise. In general, it is unpretentious for a discerning consumer, but very clean. If you leave the kitchen uncleaned - cleaning is 50 euros. You also throw out the garbage yourself - where the laundry is. Washing is 5 euros. Drying is 2 euros."
