"The breakfast was very disappointing. The tomatoes were completely bland. An omelet, bacon, or sausages would have greatly improved it.
We only had a large bath towel and a bath mat; there was no hand or face towel provided. Shockingly, we even found a hair amongst the 'clean' towels! Our room was not cleaned at all during our 5-night stay. They didn't even supply a basic plastic cup for toothbrushes.
They charge 5 euros to store luggage for just a few hours.
This isn't about saving costs; it's pure greed and truly reflects poorly on the hotel."

"It is an old hotel in the old city. The room is large, the furniture is old but the quality is good, and it is close to the old city train station. Two-star hotels do not provide slippers, drinking water and toiletries, even paper is not provided, and the service is slightly worse."

"Situated near the city center, this hotel is a bit small and not too accessible for the disabled, but it definitely has good staff with a very kind heart.
The room was a bit hot (A/C didn't really work), but everything else was alright. Not a bad choice for a night or two!"

"This is a hostel with an excellent location, very close to Nice train station, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The common area is quite spacious, and there are two staff members at the front desk. I stayed in a 4-bed female dorm. The room was a bit small, but each bed had a curtain, which made it feel much more private and secure. At the very least, the light didn't bother anyone else."

"Great location so close to the beach and in the old town. Pleasant room - we had the quadruple which didn’t have a great view (just into the courtyard with bins etc.) Very nice bathroom and the housekeeping service was very thoughtful. Good value for money - Great restaurants and cafes around. We had a great stay thanks."

"The room is quite big, the twin room is suitable for our family of three! The location is very good, there is a Michelin restaurant downstairs, 41 euros a set meal is enough for 2 people to eat! Within 10 minutes walk to the beach, through zara/h&m/Lafayette, shopping is very convenient. The only downside is the power outage in the middle of the night..."

"The location is very strategic as it is close to the metro station and shops. The rooms are very nice and minimal...unfortunately the staff is not very helpful since having booked through a site external to the hotel and to be fair having communicated the time of my arrival there was no reservation. Luckily there was still a room with single beds which I had to accept otherwise I would have slept at the station. The boy was kind in the makeshift accommodation... while I found the rest of the staff unprofessional since it was their mistake in not registering the reservation, I was not given any discount for the next night or a voucher as happens in rest of the world...I was told that they would write an email to the director but to date I have not received a response."

"Everything was just perfect; a fantastic place. The staff were all very professional and friendly. The meals were incredibly generous and delicious. The room layout was excellent, and all the in-room amenities were of high quality. The overall stay experience was superb. The location was also excellent. 1. The bed! Very sturdy and with thick curtains. I often get woken up by the shaking in hostels I stay in other countries. The bed has a vanity mirror, storage space, hooks, and lighting, which are very practical.
2. The toilet and shower are individual stalls, and the cleanliness is excellent.
3. The decor is bright, clean, and cozy.
4. The location is convenient, perfect for city walks.
5. The only drawback is that the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room don't have curtains, so privacy is a bit lacking.

TTzuyao_HsuIt's very close to the station, and the security is okay. There are many Asian restaurants nearby. There is no need to worry about robbery at the police station, but you should be careful of being stolen by Arabs and gypsies at the train station. Thefts in Nice train station are extremely high.
I don’t know why there are so many Arabs around Nice Train Station...If an Arab tells you that you need to pay an extra euro to pay by credit card, then I just want to cheat you, but there is an Arab rotisserie called Naan next to it, which is worth a try. 11 or 12 euro royale viande assiette.
The hotel has air conditioning, hot water and even a kettle, elevator, no disposable slippers but the floor is very clean, no toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Opposite is Notre Dame de Nice and downstairs is the commercial area.

AAliscomVery convenient location of the hotel. Friendly staff, the first day there was no hot water, we contacted the reception and our problem was solved in 30 minutes. If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your things in the storage room and go to the embankment to sit in a cafe. We will definitely come back again.

It is extremely close to the airport which is convenient if you’re arriving after a long trip but a bit far from main attractions and good restaurants. GGuest UserSmall hotel but in the great distance from the train station, the room was big enough for 3 people, had one double bed and one single bed, the bathroom was quite small but equipped with all we need. Then lobby room should be bigger and provide some cutlery and cups for guests who want to bring something to eat.
The overall stay was good we love it.

I would like to express my own thanks to the owner - a very sunny and welcome person who is always willing to help and support dialogue. There is no more joy than the joy of human communication - so I love to speak and so it was here.
Our holiday in Nice wouldn't be half so beautiful without this wonderful hotel with panoramic views and wonderful people.
The hotel is quite remote from the center, but we walked everywhere (about an hour walking to the old city and the embankment). There are buses and taxis if such distances are not normal for you.
In the room there is all necessary for life - air conditioner, towels, soap, shower-sampoule gel, fan, glasses for water (but slippers/baths take yours).
If you plan to swim, take your towels as towels from the hotel cannot be taken.
Breakfast is great, we usually take one for two and buy something in the shop or bakery since evening (because I wanted something specific). In breakfast you can ask for something to replace (for example, I asked for coffee instead of juice, because I don't drink juice, etc.).
You can ask a teapot to drink tea in the room.
What a pleasure to sit on a terrace with a panoramic view and enjoy breakfast or dinner!
Neighbours are sometimes noisy, but it is not the hotel 's fault, but the question of the nurture of the guests.
From the hotel in 20 minutes walk the station from which you can reach Monaco and other nearby places
Thank you for a great holiday! We will definitely return if we are still in Nice.
