"The hotel location is strategic, just a 5-minute walk from Nice Saint-Augustin train station. The tram to the airport is free from Grand Arenas station, making transportation very convenient. We booked a Mountain View Twin Room but were given a lower-quality room instead (please refer to the photo). Additionally, we had to request a room change due to a serious bed issue—the mattress was split in half, which was quite shocking as they were still using a damaged mattress for guests. To their credit, the front desk responded immediately and changed our room. However, the new room still did not meet our expectations. The bed quality was poor, too soft, and provided no proper back support. Breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options. The only hot food available was scrambled eggs and sausages, while everything else was cold. Coffee and juice were from a machine, which didn’t add much to the experience. Overall, the stay was tolerable for the price, but definitely not worth it given the quality of the rooms, beds, and breakfast. Would not recommend unless you’re on a very tight budget."

"Lovely staff. Close to train station, handy for trips to Monaco, Ville Franche, Cannes. Close to Tram 1, which drops you at Jean Medicin (tram 2 to airport), Place Massena (going out area and dining), Old Nice (market, close yo going up the mountain, scenic views) Close yo main shopping street, walking down to the beach takes about 15-20 mins. Lidl and Carefour City a 5 minute walk away. Eateries and bakers on hotel's doorstep⁵. Bonus, I was surprised by a free upgrade (single room to twin with a terrace)."

"I was positively surprised when I arrived at the hotel: not only was is super centrally located but also offered great service and lovely rooms at a fantastic price! The hotel located is about 3min away from the airport tram stop Jean Medécin, 2min from Place Massena and 4min from the old town. My room was very clean and offered aircon/heating, fridge, haidryer, tv, kettle & complimentary. coffee/tea. The furniture and carpet looked well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable. I was warmly welcomed upon check-in by multilingual staff. I slept very well and can only but recommend this hotel!"

"The hostel is in a great location! They're also great in several issues, like having a ping pong table, air conditioner, etc. Staff were extremelly polite! Wonderful people helping guests! The only things that I've missed were: more outlets in the room (there were only one per bed). Need more lockers in the room."

"Good location. With a small balcony, surprisingly. Plug is not beside the bed. It is a bit inconvenient. We looked through the breakfast but we decided not to take it. It looked OK but it seemed that we could get the better one outside. The reception was willing to help amd let us store our luggage there."

"Convenient transportation. When checking in, the staff explained the route from the hotel to the Old Town and showed us the attractions on a map, which was very thoughtful. The room even had a balcony, and the staff cleaned it promptly. There was also a kettle in the room, which was a nice touch. Overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel's location is excellent, right near a Line 1 subway station, less than a five-minute walk away. It's also very close to the train station, just six stops. One day we got up early and walked there, and it only took a little over twenty minutes, which was great. I highly recommend it to fellow Chinese travelers.
