"I was positively surprised when I arrived at the hotel: not only was is super centrally located but also offered great service and lovely rooms at a fantastic price! The hotel located is about 3min away from the airport tram stop Jean Medécin, 2min from Place Massena and 4min from the old town. My room was very clean and offered aircon/heating, fridge, haidryer, tv, kettle & complimentary. coffee/tea. The furniture and carpet looked well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable. I was warmly welcomed upon check-in by multilingual staff. I slept very well and can only but recommend this hotel!"

"I always request a room not at the end of a hallway when booking on Ctrip, but they gave me one anyway. It had a tiny window that couldn't even open, facing directly onto a busy main road. The soundproofing was terrible too; luckily, I only stayed one night. I'm so disappointed that the Holiday Inn Express in Nice was just as bad. From now on, I'm never booking another Holiday Inn Express, no matter where I go. The only bright spot was the guy at the front desk – he was incredibly handsome, like a Roman statue. But then he assigned me to an uncomfortable corner room where I couldn't even open a window for ventilation."

"This hotel is really great! The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The facilities are comprehensive and modern, and the location is fantastic – right next to the light rail station, and very close to the airport. The view from the window is lovely and it's quiet, plus the windows open completely so you can enjoy the sunshine. I really love this hotel; the staff are efficient, they helped me store my luggage, and most of them speak English. I'm very satisfied!"

"Although the room was small, the layout was very well designed and made good use of the space. The décor was cute and pleasant. From the window, you can see the airport, and it is very close to Terminal 1, which is within walking distance. There is also a tram right outside the hotel that goes directly to the airport, making it very convenient."

"The hostel is so good !! I added one more person and paid an additional fee on the spot and used it well without shortage ㅎㅎ It was clean and quiet !! "The hostel was clean and neat, and the room size was quite good. However, my experience with the night female staff member was very disappointing. She was quite rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. It also seemed like her English was limited, which made communication difficult. She did not provide any basic information about the hostel. I had to ask everything myself—whether there was a kitchen, gym facilities, room directions, and even which floor my room was on. This was honestly very strange and not what you expect when checking in. She also did not give any information about nearby attractions or places to visit. On the positive side, the morning staff member was much more helpful and guided me about buses and trains, which I appreciated. I would like to request hostel management to pay attention to staff training. Hostels and hotels are important tourist points, and guests spend their hard-earned money to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff behavior and guidance play a big role in that."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the airport, and practically right outside the Line 2 station. It's also just a 10-minute walk from Saint Augustine train station, making transportation very convenient for getting anywhere. The only downside is the service, which is a bit disappointing. Oh, and it's also very easy to get to the Promenade des Anglais (Angel's Bay)."

"Excellent b&b! Successful location – in the pedestrian accessibility from the station, and from the center, the area is quiet. Very clean and comfortable! Cute balcony in French style. One minus that made us nervous – is too long communication with staff. We needed to leave the suitcase on the day of departure. But none of the staff were there, no messages in chat and no calls were answered. We didn 't understand whether we could leave the suitcase where we could leave, whether someone would be on the counter when we came back, or no one would be able to open and we would wait until someone from the guests would come back. Therefore, I recommend to discuss the issue of leaving baggage in advance."
