"The hotel is wonderful, the staff are exceptional, especially Saloua who was all smiling, warm, very kind and friendly. However the experience would have been perfect if the bed mattress was updated as we struggled all night and woke up with sore back. The gentleman at the front desk on duty at 2am (8 April) offered solutions which is appreciated. Will definitely recommend and go back, hopefully then the bad mattresses are replaced!"

"We arrived at this hotel by taxi. uber like.10 euros Taxis outside the station charged 50 euros. If I walk maybe 20 to 25 minutes from the main train station.
The rooms were Rexona hopefully got her name right. Was the cheerful and helpful one. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach. And like 15 to 20 mins to the attractions. Bar and shopping. The balcony was so nice to sit and rest your legs and watch the cars and people walking. Train station to Monocco walking distance like 15 to 20 minutes if you get your direction right. Good clean safe hotel that is 20 mins away from the station"

"Me and my partner got only a weekend staying. Staff is really lovely, very helpful with everything. But for me the problem was the room- too small and walls were really thin, we had a loud guests in the next room and we could hear everything, that was a bit annoying as we expected for more privacy. The shower was really good though, but there were no toilet fans in the room, so if you had a shower all the room would be humid or with some smell.
The breakfast menu was ok, the fruits salad wasn’t good, all the fruits very bitter, couldn’t eat anything. Jelly options were less then expected, but in general it offers different kind of breads and sweets boulangerie.

"Stayed with my daughter (21) in August 2025 for 2 nights. The hotel is cozy, clean, conveniently located (near the sea and the central square). In principle, the service and the hotel left a rather positive impression.
But there were also negative aspects:
1) very poor soundproofing; several times at night we were woken up by the sounds of opening and closing doors in neighboring rooms;
2) we did not have a refrigerator in the room (for cooling drinks (although, of course, cold water was always available in the general area; and there was even sparkling water);
3) beach towels could only be taken for money at the reception (5 € per day)."

"It was very noisy at the first night in the room that they gave me. And changed into other room that was okay. The room 305 was too small and facing to the main street and it was very noisy i didnt liked at all."

"The receptionist at the front desk is awesome, she helped me to carry the luggage as the elevator was down , there is a tall n handsome handy man running about for the errands, give me direction of where the bus stop is , the specky girl is very helpful as well.All in all this is a very nice hotel, I will definitely recommend to friends if they were to go Nice."

GGuest UserGreat hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows:
1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do.
2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him.
3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it).
4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock.
Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations.
The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean.
The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies.
I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults.
There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes.
Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

MM476190****This is my favorite and most satisfying hotel during my trip to Europe. It is very close to the beach. Although you cannot see the sea from the balcony, there are many shops near the hotel, so you don't have to worry about food. There is a large supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. The hotel also provides water, so the safety factor is still very high. The breakfast is an ordinary dry breakfast, but it is the same everywhere in Europe. The front desk staff are all very nice and you can communicate in simple English. The room has everything you need, the area is large enough, the decoration is new, and it is well maintained.

AAnonymous UserOverall the standard isn’t up to 4 star hotel, so if you’re looking for a properly-functioning one, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Firstly, the hotel staffs are nice- all three I’ve encountered are super helpful and friendly. So credit to them 😊
However, the hotel itself really needs some WORK.
1, The room does not look as the one I ordered online- it looks rather small, despite the fact that I booked the double comfortable room with spacious view in the advertising picture.
2, the Center heating system smells like TOILET. I turned it on because it’s still march and sometimes the room got chilly at night. And guess what, I often smell the toilet 🚽 air here and there …… it really disgusted me.
3, also please note to fix the TV. As shown in the picture, there’s no signal and since it was the last morning I stayed, I didn’t bother asking anyone to check but the screen would turn green.
The location is super convenient so I had the chance to take trains to many tourism attractions and wineries, but if you’re looking for a place with nice amenities that at least function well, it isn’t your best option.

GGuest UserI had a couple days available and quickly decided to spend them in the South of France. I haven't been there for years, about time to catch up. And it was a wonderful time, the hotel is located absolutely perfect, only minutes to the beaches, to the restaurant and to the main shopping streets. As I also took some time to jump over to Monte Carlo, Cannes and Grasse, it turned out that the Gare de Ville, the main train station also is just located like a 10 minute walk. Absolutely wonderful, no need for a taxi, or Uber or anything, everything possibleby foot.
The rooms at the hotel are not necessarily the latest fashion and one can say for sure a bit used, but well, all I need is a good and clean bed, and it was very comfortable for a good night rest. The bathroom had all the needed accessories like hair dryer, and more importantly, a good hot shower.
Needless to say that the team at the hotel are friendly, helpful and always have a smile for you.
Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I surely will try to get there again when in Nice next time!

GGuest UserThe room is quite big, the twin room is suitable for our family of three! The location is very good, there is a Michelin restaurant downstairs, 41 euros a set meal is enough for 2 people to eat! Within 10 minutes walk to the beach, through zara/h&m/Lafayette, shopping is very convenient. The only downside is the power outage in the middle of the night...
