"This hotel provides a solid airport hotel experience with fast, automated check in & check out, efficient lifts, polished interiors, extremely comfortable beds, great room design that makes the best use of the space, modern bathroom and perfectly sized bathtub (and washlet on the toilet), some rooms also give wonderful views of the Tokyo skyline if the air is clear. The one drawback is that, despite the good soundproofing from aircraft sounds and other guests, there was an incessant stream of noise from the bathroom that could not be stopped (and closing the bathroom door did not dampen it). To get to sleep I had to wear noise cancellation headphones which was a bit uncomfortable and not ideal."

"The facility and room themselves were fine. 10-15 minute walk to train stations. BUT, you cannot control the temperature in your room and are subject to whatever temp the hotel thinks is appropriate. In our case, it was 25 degrees Celsius (78 degrees fahrenheit) in October... no air flow, no windows that open, and it was SWELTERING. They brought us a fan, but there was no where for the hot air to go. It was so bad we opted to eat the cost, left after the first night and got a different hotel for the remainder of our stay."

"The outside of the building is huge. There are so many amenities to choose from at reception. Definitely gives the impression its a 4* hotel. When I got into my room I could see rust and marks in the bathroom, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I wasn't pleased that the WiFi kept cutting out constantly. Now I got the impression it was a 2-3* hotel. Room service was excellent until the last night when they forgot to leave a night dress. The location is excellent, very close to the station and surrounded by shops. There's an amazon locker close by which helps with my online shopping addiction lol. I forgot to take a picture of the hotel and the amazing view but I got one of the symbol in the front garden."

"This is my second time staying at the Sunshine City Prince Hotel, and I really love this place. First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk from Ikebukuro subway station, making it very convenient for visiting various attractions. Secondly, the hotel is directly connected to the Sunshine City shopping mall, which is super convenient for both shopping and dining. Thirdly, there's a performance stage in the mall with boy bands performing almost daily, allowing me to easily catch live shows. The hotel rooms are also very nice, and they provide two complimentary bottles of mineral water every day. The hotel also offers a direct airport shuttle bus. You can book your ticket in advance at the front desk, and it costs 1400 JPY per person, which is incredibly convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo."

"Very good hotel. Room was good size, mineral water was provided. Check in was smooth and fast. Best of all it’s located just next to the JR Ikebukuro Station. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around"

"I booked 2 separate bookings cause we traveled to hokkaido in the middle. Once I got back and checkin again the hotel already prepared the room and move my baggage to the new room already. Love the service and the location. This was my 6th time with the hotel. Still love it."

"Keio Plaza Hotel is a nice, good-sized hotel right in the middle of Tokyo, making it a very convenient location for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which is a big plus for Tokyo, but the décor and facilities felt quite dated and could use some updating. Service was fine but nothing special – staff were polite but the overall experience lacked the warmth and attentiveness we’ve had at other hotels in Japan. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for space and location, though there are places with more modern rooms and stronger service."

"The value for money here is excellent. At just over 1,000 [currency implied], getting three beds for three people was incredibly cost-effective. The room wasn't large, but it wasn't small either; it was perfectly adequate and standard. The location is superb, with convenient transportation. The parking lot is very large with plenty of spaces, and parking fees are cheap. There are many dining options nearby, and there's even a Lawson convenience store right in the hotel. However, the staff at the self-service check-in counter were rather cold and indifferent. This was a bit off-putting, though it might have been due to the crowd. But when I called the front desk, the service over the phone was excellent. Plus, they even offer buckwheat pillows!"

"This is my second stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Gotanda Tokyo, and I've been thoroughly impressed overall. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for future trips. **Facilities:** The rooftop outdoor onsen is a major highlight; it was actually the main reason I decided to rebook. It's wonderfully relaxing to soak in after a long day of sightseeing. **Cleanliness:** The hotel is exceptionally clean, with meticulous housekeeping. **Environment:** The ambiance is excellent, and it's incredibly quiet. The soundproofing is superb – you can barely hear any noise from neighboring rooms or from outside. **Service:** The staff were outstanding. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, and their English communication skills were excellent."

"This was my second stay at a Prince Hotel. My first experience was at the Onarimon branch near Tokyo Tower, which left a great impression. I arrived in Tokyo for a business trip past 8 PM. After dinner with a client at a small restaurant near Shinagawa, I checked in around 10 PM. Room 52719 offered a night view, though I was too late to fully take it in. The next morning, I woke up to a clear view of Tokyo Tower. The hotel complex consists of several buildings: the East Tower, Main Tower, North Tower, and the Annex. The Main Tower's breakfast area was very crowded. The Annex, however, was a bit less congested and offered a convenient direct passage to Shinagawa Station. The room facilities were a bit dated. It had a bathtub, a refrigerator, and an ice bucket, but I was too late to make use of them. The next morning, I had to be at my client's by 9:30 AM, so after a quick breakfast, I checked my luggage and rushed off. Upon returning to retrieve my bags, I made use of the lounge area to charge my phone and catch up on some emails before heading straight to the airport. Location: Directly across from Shinagawa Station's West Exit. Wi-Fi: Excellent speed."
