"Location: Super convenient, just 100 meters from Nishi-Kasai Station on the Tozai Line. Cleanliness: The lobby was very clean, but the guest rooms and facilities felt a bit dated. Amenities: They have a washing machine, dryer, water purifier, and vending machines, which is great. Service: Breakfast is an additional 1650 yen. The hotel is perfectly situated between Haneda and Narita airports. There are plenty of fast-food restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby. I'll definitely stay here again! However, I stayed for three consecutive days, and my trash can was never emptied once – I had to take out the trash myself. They just left fresh towels on the doorknob. The front desk offered a wide variety of toiletries, including bath salts with a lovely scent. It was nice to come back after a long day of walking and enjoy a relaxing bath."

"Facilities: Fully equipped, but the towels were old and stiff. Service: Self check-in and check-out. Hygiene: The toilet had a strong urine smell, which I quickly got Ctrip customer service to resolve. We got two hot spring tickets with our stay, but you had to pay for towels or bring them from your room. There were several hot spring pools, both indoor and outdoor, but they were too crowded and didn't feel very hygienic."

This hotel is an excellent option for travelers with early departures, as there is a direct shuttle bus from the hotel to Narita Airport, making the transfer very convenient and stress-free. 🚌 Shuttle bus information: For shuttle buses from Narita Airport to the hotel, you can check the timetable in advance or ask at the airport information counter upon arrival. They will guide you to the correct bus stop. At the bus stop, there is also a stand with a QR code to check the latest timetable. For the return trip from the hotel to Narita Airport, the hotel provides a shuttle bus timetable, which you can request directly from the front desk. The staff are happy to assist and explain the options clearly. ♨️The hotel features an outdoor onsen, with last entry at 10:30pm, which I really enjoyed. One special highlight is being able to watch planes flying across the sky while soaking — a very unique experience. I believe the daytime view would be even better, but the atmosphere at night is still relaxing. 💆🏻 There is also a massage facility on site. I booked a 30-minute foot massage, which was very comfortable and well done by a professional Japanese therapist. A great option to unwind after a long day. 👨🏼🍳The hotel has two restaurants. One is a buffet-style restaurant — the food was average, acceptable but not particularly memorable. The other is a Japanese–Chinese fusion restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience there was less pleasant. I attempted to walk in for dinner but was told it was reservation-only, despite many empty seats at the time. The interaction felt unwelcoming, which was disappointing. 🏨That said, the overall hotel staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful, especially at the front desk. Although this is a well-established, older hotel, it is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. With its onsen, relaxing environment, and attentive hotel staff, it remains a solid choice for travelers looking for a calm stay in Tokyo."

"The hotel's location is excellent; the subway is right outside, making it convenient to go anywhere. It's only a 10-minute walk to Senso-ji Temple and Kaminarimon. There's a FamilyMart downstairs, and plenty of dining options nearby. The only downsides are the small room, especially the bathroom, and some outdated facilities."

"The location is incredibly convenient, right above Sunshine City, which is a huge mall. You can find everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment all in one place. It's also very close to Ikebukuro Station, making getting around super easy. Plus, it's a popular spot for anime and manga fans!"

"The hotel is good. They have a family mart opening 24 hours in 1st floor. They are very kind. Room is too small but it’s normal in Tokyo The location was good for me. Near to shibuya and near to Shinjuku metro station around 10 minutes walking. The area is calm. In general it was good"

"Free shutter bus to & from airport is excellent but we waited for 45 minutes for the shutter, kind of disappointing when the schedule mention the shutter will come every 30 minutes. Room is clean & big, toilet is clean with complete amenities.Shower water pressure is strong!!"

"Located near Nishi-Shinjuku, surrounded by office buildings and the Tokyo Medical University Hospital, the hotel boasts an excellent location with easy access to the Shinjuku shopping district. The service was decent, and both check-in and check-out were very convenient. Although the room was small, it was well-equipped with everything one might need. This was my second stay here."

"Me and my friend made it work with the space we had, the location itself was amazing, everything we needed was a short walk and 2 stations near by to get around easily. While they don’t clean like normal hotels there is other things they provide which made the stay convenient, razors, cotton pads and free rental of hair tools etc."

"All good. Hotel is located near Ikebukuro station, just 1-2 mins walk. Room is big enough for same time opened 31” and 24” suitcases. Toilet is small but acceptable. Air conditioner in the room is separate from central, you can adjust for your comfortable night. Even it is near railway, there is no disturbing noise at all. Receptionists are very helpful and fluent in English. You can self check-out just to left your keycard at provided box and leave!. Overall, we were happy to stay."
