"It is quite hidden to find it. As there aren't many parking spaces, you need to go to the reception and he's even going to park your car where a cone is reserving the parking space for the Malu Hotel after you check-in. The bed was a bit bouncy but okay, as I didn't slept much. You can hear people talking in the corridor through the door. There was a small kitchen with a kettle and microwave. A fridge and tiny freezer in it, with bottles of water. The shower head handle was cracked so the water was leaking from there too, but I had a nice hot shower with a big towel since a long time."

"The price is unbeatable, and the location as well. The Hotel seems to be in the middle of restoration works, and it is quite messy and dirty in the common areas and floors, bur if you need a place to sleep in the centre, that's just perfect.
The garage got full, so I had parked outside and asked the receptionist if I could leave the car there, which he confirmed, by taking my licence plate number. Then when I came back after 22.00 the car was gone. Luckily the next receptionist helped me to get a taxi and go to get the car back. The fine was very reasonable. And the next night the garage was full again, but this time I went to the public garage instead."

"The furniture is old and shabby. Wardrobe doors make an annoying squeaky sound every time.
The safe did not work.
The room was dark, there wasn't enough light.
The bed linen had stains when we arrived, so I called and asked housekeeping to come and change at least the sheet. So they did, but the new one also had some stains. I gave up.
The towels are really old.
I think this hotel was too expensive for what we got."

"The locations was great 😊, there’s a chilled street for those who like peace where the hotel is located and there are busy streets for those who like to party and it’s a walking distance. The hotel is like 7 minutes walk away from the train station which made traveling very easy. There are a lot of activities to do in Suwon . The hotel is clean and I loved the check out at 12:00 . The check in was a bit late 16:00 but it was no bother since we wanted to explore the city anyways. The service was great and there was someone who spoke a bit of English at the check in counter which is good for foreigners 💃🏽❤️"

"Nice hotel, quiet, and clean. Located near to cafés, restaurants, groceries...etc.
As a frequent traveller, I know that Korean people are nice and friendly because this is not my first visit. However, the reception staff are cold welcoming. When I did the check-in, I guess that the head of the reception was the one handing me the keys. His voice tone was loud and a bit irritating (not sure if this a cultural thing). The gentleman was talking to me as if I came from a cave. I felt annoyed but kept calm and quiet then told him that I'm from a civilised country. Surprisingly, his voice tone became quieter, and even he started talking politely.
I'm not sure what's happened but this kept me laughing afterwards."

The Suwon dream was recently opened in 2022, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Suwon. Traveling to the hotel is easy with Suwon Station located approximately 500m away and Gimpo International Airport roughly 37km away. In addition, Suwon Metro Station is just a short walk away. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Suwon Messe, Paldal Park and Gyeonggi Sangsang Campus. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site.
"Because I don't know that there is an elevator in the hotel parking lot, you can check in at the counter on the second floor.
Caused us to take the stairs from the first floor to carry our luggage to the second floor
Booking information is not clear enough
I booked a room when I saw that there was a computer in the room.
But I actually went to the scene to know that the room type does not include a computer. I was disappointed.
The first night of stay
There's a lot of noise when I sleep, and I feel like I'm moving furniture and things.
The next day at noon.
Suddenly came ringing the bell and said the check-out time was over (but I booked a two-night stay)
I'm gonna pick up my phone and make an appointment for Novotel.
I gave up after my family discouraged me."

"It's in a back alley so it's a little hard to find.
The front desk staff were quick to respond in Japanese which was very helpful.
The room was three times better than I expected. It was spacious, stylish and clean.
I stayed in three places this time, but personally I think this was the best.
I was able to watch YouTube and Netflix so I didn't get bored watching TV."

Luckily, when I check out, the lady who was asking me ”if there's anything she can help?” It was just a regular Q&A section to her, but for me, she helped me to book the bus ticket to ICN and saved/helped me to had a nice day -- She was perfect to earn 100% points!
that's why I gave 3 points to Marriott while her colleague was not, this is balanced score...
However, what I felt on the first day arrival was horrible. Marriott, you need to think about your service attitude and the reason why you're Marriott?

TTai_GongWe were stranded in Suwon due to torrential rain and ended up booking this hotel last minute. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and we even had a view of the trains. What's more, the second floor offers direct access to both the shopping mall and the train station, which was incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserEverything from the hotel is great including; staff, housekeeping, wifi, water system, location. I just find it hard to squeeze liquid out of soap, shampoo bottle tho😅
One thing that disturb my stay is that, those AHJUMMAS were so loud in the hall way, late at night and super early in the morning and sometimes were on the phone in front of my room. I can hear them clearly. Other than that, I would stay here again .. love it!!

매매일 밤 네게 날아가This was my first trip to Suwon to cheer on a soccer away game. I don't have any photos of the accommodation, but the room was clean and the staff at the counter were friendly, so I had a good stay. However, the parking lot is not large, so some people may feel uncomfortable because they share the parking lot of a hospital near the hotel. Overall, I am satisfied~

KKarleneI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.
