"The hotel was very comfortable. The service was excellent and the front desk was really helpful. The location is very convenient and close to the subway and bus stops. You can travel to the fortress and see the cherry blossoms in Spring."

"Due to a change of circumstances, I stayed 2 nights despite I booked 4 nights. I tried to send them an email on 12 February's evening to cancel my stay on 16 February, but they replied to me on 13 February that I could only cancel 3 days in advance. I understood that I sent them late on 12 February, but I didn't know the cut-off time and I had an emergency to shorten my trip. It was my second time staying here. I am not sure if the settings were different since I was assigned a different room. This time, they provided disposable slippers (which was good for hygiene's reason) and there was a smart toilet seat (also good for me!). I had a problem turning off the 2 nights beside my bed and when I tried to ask the front desk, there was no one available (looks like they don't have any staff on duty after 23:00). The problem was resolved by unplugging the key card that I was asked to insert to turn on the power of the room (not sure if this is the right way to do that though). Another issue was that I was waken up by music before 8am on the next day (I had an early flight the day before and I really needed the sleep). I found the source - It came from the loud speakers of a car which stopped in front of the construction site next to the hotel. There were 2 men with banners and they seemed to be protesting about something? The music was so loud that I could hear very clearly on the 6th Floor. There were stains on the carpet, but the cleanliness was okay overall. The parking spaces are too few and this is something the hotel needs to improve. All in all, it was a good value for money. The location was good - there were lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby and a huge supermarket in walking distance. If I go to Suwon again, I may choose this hotel again."

"Nice hotel, quiet, and clean. Located near to cafés, restaurants, groceries...etc. As a frequent traveller, I know that Korean people are nice and friendly because this is not my first visit. However, the reception staff are cold welcoming. When I did the check-in, I guess that the head of the reception was the one handing me the keys. His voice tone was loud and a bit irritating (not sure if this a cultural thing). The gentleman was talking to me as if I came from a cave. I felt annoyed but kept calm and quiet then told him that I'm from a civilised country. Surprisingly, his voice tone became quieter, and even he started talking politely. I'm not sure what's happened but this kept me laughing afterwards."

"Comfortable and clean. Convenient location with a lively snack street nearby, offering tons of food options. There's also a park. In the evenings, you can even catch live streamers. The hotel doesn't provide disposable toothbrushes. In some rooms, the air conditioning can be a bit noisy."

"Facilities: Very good! The room is huge! The largest place to stay in Korea and it’s the cheapest. There is a bathtub, a sofa chair, and a microwave. There is a Chinese lady at the front desk downstairs who is very easy to communicate with! Hygiene: quite clean Environment: One building, very close to Suwon West Passenger Terminal, 3/4km from Suwon Station, half an hour from Suwon Hwaseong by bus, all very convenient Service: Very good, the front desk sent the luggage to the room"

"Kim , Dain(김다인)  who is front receptionist  was very kind . She made us very comfortable  during staying there. She's a  excellent  receptionist. And breakfast was so delicious. Chef was very  nice man.   We were very happy to stay there. Thank you hotel symphony."

"It is quite hidden to find it. As there aren't many parking spaces, you need to go to the reception and he's even going to park your car where a cone is reserving the parking space for the Malu Hotel after you check-in. The bed was a bit bouncy but okay, as I didn't slept much. You can hear people talking in the corridor through the door. There was a small kitchen with a kettle and microwave. A fridge and tiny freezer in it, with bottles of water. The shower head handle was cracked so the water was leaking from there too, but I had a nice hot shower with a big towel since a long time."

"The place was very clean, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. However, the lighting in the room was a bit too dim. Breakfast wasn't included with my online reservation and was an additional charge, but we found it more economical to buy breakfast from outside."

"Fantastic service, focused on the customer experience. Elevator parking was on point, and my car was delivered promptly. Small incident was taken car of by staff immigration with great care. The staff, was able to contact my insurance company. They understood my situation as I don't speak much Korean and they were able to understand English and exactly what I need done. The front desk team did a great job. I can not thank you enough for care and promptness of service provided. "

"The locations was great 😊, there’s a chilled street for those who like peace where the hotel is located and there are busy streets for those who like to party and it’s a walking distance. The hotel is like 7 minutes walk away from the train station which made traveling very easy. There are a lot of activities to do in Suwon . The hotel is clean and I loved the check out at 12:00 . The check in was a bit late 16:00 but it was no bother since we wanted to explore the city anyways. The service was great and there was someone who spoke a bit of English at the check in counter which is good for foreigners 💃🏽❤️"
