"Nice hotel, quiet, and clean. Located near to cafés, restaurants, groceries...etc. As a frequent traveller, I know that Korean people are nice and friendly because this is not my first visit. However, the reception staff are cold welcoming. When I did the check-in, I guess that the head of the reception was the one handing me the keys. His voice tone was loud and a bit irritating (not sure if this a cultural thing). The gentleman was talking to me as if I came from a cave. I felt annoyed but kept calm and quiet then told him that I'm from a civilised country. Surprisingly, his voice tone became quieter, and even he started talking politely. I'm not sure what's happened but this kept me laughing afterwards."

"Due to a change of circumstances, I stayed 2 nights despite I booked 4 nights. I tried to send them an email on 12 February's evening to cancel my stay on 16 February, but they replied to me on 13 February that I could only cancel 3 days in advance. I understood that I sent them late on 12 February, but I didn't know the cut-off time and I had an emergency to shorten my trip. It was my second time staying here. I am not sure if the settings were different since I was assigned a different room. This time, they provided disposable slippers (which was good for hygiene's reason) and there was a smart toilet seat (also good for me!). I had a problem turning off the 2 nights beside my bed and when I tried to ask the front desk, there was no one available (looks like they don't have any staff on duty after 23:00). The problem was resolved by unplugging the key card that I was asked to insert to turn on the power of the room (not sure if this is the right way to do that though). Another issue was that I was waken up by music before 8am on the next day (I had an early flight the day before and I really needed the sleep). I found the source - It came from the loud speakers of a car which stopped in front of the construction site next to the hotel. There were 2 men with banners and they seemed to be protesting about something? The music was so loud that I could hear very clearly on the 6th Floor. There were stains on the carpet, but the cleanliness was okay overall. The parking spaces are too few and this is something the hotel needs to improve. All in all, it was a good value for money. The location was good - there were lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby and a huge supermarket in walking distance. If I go to Suwon again, I may choose this hotel again."

"Comfortable and clean. Convenient location with a lively snack street nearby, offering tons of food options. There's also a park. In the evenings, you can even catch live streamers. The hotel doesn't provide disposable toothbrushes. In some rooms, the air conditioning can be a bit noisy."

"I have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed."

"I ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again."

"Because I don't know that there is an elevator in the hotel parking lot, you can check in at the counter on the second floor. Caused us to take the stairs from the first floor to carry our luggage to the second floor Booking information is not clear enough I booked a room when I saw that there was a computer in the room. But I actually went to the scene to know that the room type does not include a computer. I was disappointed. The first night of stay There's a lot of noise when I sleep, and I feel like I'm moving furniture and things. The next day at noon. Suddenly came ringing the bell and said the check-out time was over (but I booked a two-night stay) I'm gonna pick up my phone and make an appointment for Novotel. I gave up after my family discouraged me."

"Breakfast was just okay. Other than that, everything was fine, though the room was a bit on the small side. The biggest letdown was the lack of complimentary bottled water and toothbrushes in the room."

"Fantastic location, with public transport (buses and subway) right downstairs. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and the service was absolutely wonderful!"

"I was expected to have a nice stay at Marriott, however the reception person made me very disappointed to Marriott during the check in process. Luckily, when I check out, the lady who was asking me ”if there's anything she can help?” It was just a regular Q&A section to her, but for me, she helped me to book the bus ticket to ICN and saved/helped me to had a nice day -- She was perfect to earn 100% points! that's why I gave 3 points to Marriott while her colleague was not, this is balanced score... However, what I felt on the first day arrival was horrible. Marriott, you need to think about your service attitude and the reason why you're Marriott?"

"It's close to Suwon City Hall, so it's very convenient, I can sleep comfortably in a different atmosphere in Suwon, where there are many motels. Next time I go to Suwon, I will definitely stay again."
