"The location is great. The beach is just right across and hotel is a 2 minutes walk from the Night market and about 10-15 minutes from downtown Ao Nang.The hotel breakfast was okay, some variety in food. The room was tidy and spacious. The only downside is the lack of warm water in the shower, it’s more like lukewarm. There’s also no closet in the rooms."

Room - clean, good maintenance and has basic amenities, but beware - water is not consistent, sometimes very high pressure, hot water was missing sometimes. Air conditioner is hot sometimes
Front Staff - a bit confused, kinda new staff? Working in confused manner and not in systematic ways, leave way too many customers waiting in line at the same time, not telling in advance that they want deposit cash money so it was a bit hassle to find cash at the moment."

"The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and pharmacies nearby, which is very convenient. "I found the atmosphere of this property very relaxing and nice!
Pitty: I was told after 8 pm cannot swim- pool is small but really, really nice on roof top- I was explained this was because of police and life guard supervision, should all respect. When I swam there was no no supervision or life guard, maybe because of Ramadan - the pool is only 1.3 m deep- suggest to let enjoy guests a late bath under the stars! This is a muslim place without alcohol, so I really don’t see the risk here- but maybe it’s a serious issue…
Still highly recommended place if you search for quiet atmosphere and friendly hosts."

"This was a gorgeous private small house in the jungle. It was out of the way from the noisy streets but only a 5 minute drive to the beach. The resort had shuttles up to each room which ran frequently. The pool was gorgeous, clean with exceptional views. The breakfast was also very good"

"Very good value for money, easy walking into the city center and several nice reataurants close. Rooms were nice, bed comfortable.
The staff in the restaurant on the topfloor of the hotel was not very nice, also not open before 09:00 (= breakfast?). My impression is that the restaurant is run seperatly from the hotel. But no need to go there, so many better, cheaper options with friendly staff. Breakfast eg Easy Cafe."

"B2 in Krabi, it means good price and good quality for sure! Clean room, clean shower, cozy design, nice swimming pool and what is important- is unbelievable great green mountains view ))) I never see anything like this before!
Nothing to say about breakfast because it was only wrap, but cappuccino is best in Krabi without any doubt.
Great thanks to manager and hotel team, especially professionals who work hard in garden and keep rooms tidy and clean.
If you are hungry there is real Italian pizzeria nearby, where we enjoy delicious dinner.
We would like to stay there much more longer because it’s quiet and beautiful hotel in the cradle of nature."

"Extremely spacious. We chose the bigger room.The room was more like a big apartment. It had a large kitchen area with loads of utensils. It also had a stove. Very clean. The bathroom is big. The sleeping area is big also.
The location is around a 15 minute walk away from the riverfront (give or take). This is the best hotel in the area and the price is usually very competitive. Book early."

I stayed at Pakasai Resort in Ao Nang, Krabi for 2 nights (June 22–24) and couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience—especially for my birthday! I originally only hoped for a room upgrade, but the resort went far beyond my expectations and made my celebration truly unforgettable.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the surprises didn’t stop there. On my birthday, I was greeted with a beautiful birthday cake, a thoughtful message arranged on the bed, and genuinely heartfelt service throughout the day.
I also booked dinner at GAIA, the resort’s own restaurant, and was treated to a free cocktail to celebrate. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent—it was the perfect birthday dinner.
The resort itself is cozy and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you feel close to nature. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and the entire resort has a calm, welcoming vibe.
Overall, I felt truly taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend Pakasai Resort to anyone visiting Ao Nang, especially if you're looking for a place that combines comfort, nature, and genuinely caring service. I’m already thinking about coming back!

What really surprised me my child became really Ill and we panicked, went to the hotel reception to get medical attention and within 2 minutes they are at our door rushing our child to the hospital, stayed with us and explained and translated all the procedures and after a few hours my child was stable and was allowed to be discharged, the hotel took us back and anything that was needed they took care of us and always checking up on him, that was a call beyond duty... thank you!

NNurulcunThe hotel is very nice, have a great pool with hill view and clean rooms. One of the best things is the location right in front of the beach. It's not directly on the sand, but it's close enough to enjoy the breeze all day and easily go back and forth between the beach and the pool. But the Wi-Fi is very slow in the rooms and lack of lighting at night.

We stayed at Ananta Burin Resort and had a great experience overall! The resort is very kids-friendly — the highlight for us was the pool area with water slides, which kept the children happily entertained. The size of the resort is just right — not too big and not too small — making it easy to manage with kids.
We booked connecting rooms for our group of four, which worked perfectly. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The only hiccup was on our last day when the whole building had no water supply, so we couldn’t shower before checking out (a funny memory now!).
Location: The resort is slightly away from Ao Nang Beach and the main street market, but still accessible. Tuk-tuk rides are easy to get and cost around 100 THB, which was convenient.
Massage & Spa: Like most places in Thailand, finding a good massage isn’t an issue — there are plenty of shops next to each other near the hotel, and the massages were great!
Overall, I’m happy with our stay and would recommend Ananta Burin Resort to families looking for a kid-friendly, comfortable place in Krabi.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel has mixed reviews . I stayed there at the end of August and I’d say it’s not too bad or that different from nearby hotels . The hotel is right by Long Beach beach , they have a small pool by the entrance. They have a restaurant and a bar just next door. The room was nice and big the only downside was the shower , it was old and rusty but quite clean . I think they just need to do a few renovations. It wasn’t loud pretty peaceful and the breakfast on the second day was nice too. The staff is very very nice and always ready to help you with anything. They sent a water taxi to bring me to the hotel from the pier and take me back after I checked out. They also helped me book my speedboat to Phuket. Honestly the only bad thing is that it’s a bit old. The bathroom needs serious help . No bad smells and only saw one single gecko the whole time I was there . I’d probably stay there again when I have a travel buddy .

One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the private pool. It was well-maintained and offered a refreshing and enjoyable experience. I appreciated having this exclusive amenity to enjoy at my leisure.
The staff members at Andakiri Pool Villa were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, which added to a positive overall experience.
However, I did encounter a significant issue during my stay - an ant infestation in the room. Unfortunately, there were possibly hundreds of ants crawling on different surfaces, including the bed and various other areas where ants are certainly unwelcome. This was particularly disappointing, as it detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. It was clear that more attention needed to be paid to keeping the facilities clean and addressing this infestation promptly.
While Andakiri Pool Villa has many positive aspects, such as the spacious room, pleasant natural surroundings, and helpful staff, it is essential that the issue of the ant infestation is urgently addressed. I would strongly recommend that the management takes immediate action to tackle this issue and ensure a clean and comfortable environment for future guests.

Our family of six, including two adults and four children, found the family room spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our needs. The room was cozy, providing a serene retreat after our daily adventures.
The resort’s staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. We particularly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach, operating every two hours starting at noon, which made exploring the area convenient.
While the beachfront location offered stunning views, it’s worth noting that the beach itself isn’t ideal for swimming due to its rocky nature. However, the multiple swimming pools on-site more than made up for this, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and play. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.
The tranquil and calming atmosphere of the resort made our stay truly rejuvenating. Although it may not boast a five-star rating, the quality of service and amenities provided a delightful experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort.

GGuest UserFrom all of the hotel I been to over 20+ year of traveling over Europe and Asia I never seen any hotel as big as this not to mention the swimming pool is extremely beautiful, the service was a solid 7/10 the room 8/10 but just the look of the hotel and the swimming pool is a 100/10 and it’s even close to the beach and the night market the beach is right in front of the hotel not more than a 1 minute walk and the night market is around 5 minute away and it’s also fill with delicious food! I high recommend this hotel, such wonderful experience, it should be a tourist attraction, overall 9/10 hotel great place to stay for a while highly recommend!👍

I liked the magnificent view pool, excellent breakfast, nice room. It was clean, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, the location was quite convenient. Yes, it can be quite noisy at night, but this island is not complete without night parties)
