"The hotel room was quite disappointing overall. I only chose it because of its great location near public transport and food spots, but the stay itself wasn’t enjoyable. The room had poor soundproofing—I could clearly hear noises from the hallway and outside, which made it difficult to sleep. The toilet was extremely small and cramped, with no proper separation between the shower and toilet, causing water to splash everywhere. The bed and pillows were just average, the air-conditioning was noisy, and the room felt old and not well maintained. The Wi-Fi was weak, and amenities were very basic. Staff service was just so-so—not rude, but not particularly helpful or friendly either. Overall, not worth the price unless you're only after the location."

"I found the atmosphere of this property very relaxing and nice!
Pitty: I was told after 8 pm cannot swim- pool is small but really, really nice on roof top- I was explained this was because of police and life guard supervision, should all respect. When I swam there was no no supervision or life guard, maybe because of Ramadan - the pool is only 1.3 m deep- suggest to let enjoy guests a late bath under the stars! This is a muslim place without alcohol, so I really don’t see the risk here- but maybe it’s a serious issue…
Still highly recommended place if you search for quiet atmosphere and friendly hosts."

"We were in Krabi for a layover, the airport is about a 25-minute taxi ride away. There's an evening market not far in the center, and a 7/11 within walking distance. The beaches are a bit far. It's perfectly fine for a stopover before a flight, and the price-quality ratio is good."

I along with my wife and daughter stayed there for 2 nights. This hotel served a great experience to my family. They liked it very much. The hotel provides neat and clean, spacious room with all amnities. There have been a nice swimming pool, which is favoured by my daughter, complimentary buffet breakfast and item variations also great, location is also great very close to the Ao nang beach.Staffs are very polite, supportive and tourist oriented. There is a kids playroom also."

"This is a great modern hotel in a perfect Krabi Town location. You're surrounded by food stalls, a night market, convenience stores, and massage places—everything you need is right at your doorstep. The hotel itself is new, clean, and stylish in a simple way.

"Dear Management Team,
I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your resort. Frankly, the experience was far below an acceptable standard and completely unjustified for the price charged.
The room had a strong and unpleasant odor, possibly alcohol-related, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. I was forced to request a room change, something no guest should have to do upon arrival.
Even after changing rooms, the condition remained poor. The bed was clearly old and worn out. The mattress was uncomfortable, with springs that could be felt, making it very difficult to rest properly. This level of neglect is shocking for a resort that promotes itself at a premium price.
Furthermore, the television service was practically unusable due to unclear and unstable signal reception. Providing such poor-quality amenities reflects a lack of attention to basic guest comfort.
Given the high room rate, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality. For the price paid, I could easily have stayed at a far better hotel with superior comfort and facilities.
This stay was a major disappointment, and I feel the value received was nowhere near what was promised. I strongly urge the management to seriously review room maintenance, cleanliness, and service standards to avoid similar complaints in the future.

"I stayed one night in the mixed dorm and loved it. The dorm was clean, the room was cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The option of having a TV in the room is a great feature and very convenient for travelers. Soap was provided in the bathroom, and shower gel and shampoo were available. Besides the comfortable rooms, beautiful gardens, incredible pool and dining options, what makes this hotel really special is the people who work here. They are the friendliest , kindest and most thoughtful and service-oriented staff I have encountered at the many hotels I have stayed at across Thailand. They go out go their way to make you feel special and not just a number. Just to name a few of the people who made my stay here incredible are Lucho, Ice , Far, Cream, Boy and Yoy. Everyone who works here is an asset to this business. I will recommend this resort to others and I will visit again. Thank you.

GGuest UserI love this place, and I really want to return. I probably will because the people at the resort and helpful and kind. The room, however, was really dirty this time. The couch was covered with what looked like oil stains. We wouldn’t sit on it and requested new couch pillows because they were stained too. I thought they would clean the couch but that never happened. This is my second time here because I love how out of the way it is. The view is wonderful and the private pool is special. The shower was clean but the shower head and hand held shower wand needed some serious cleaning. I almost went to the hardware store myself to get replacements. It would not be much money to fix these things. We also only got some of our towels and I had to call down for more after the room was cleaned. Attention to detail for these kinds of things is really important. Again, I will likely come back, but I hope they can get provide a cleaner room next time.

Hakimthe hotel was very much equipped; kid’s pool that has playground and big slides, kid’s club that is similar to mini jungle gym. furthermore in the room, the hotel prepared a large beach basket that comes with beach mat, beach slippers and umbrellas. the beach towel/ pool towel can be requested from the reception.
the food here, the hotel mentioned it’s halal. they serve only chicken or beef and vegetarian. everyday they have selection of sushi. your breakfast us going to be big one.
not far from the hotel, there are few halal restaurants for muslim travellers.

SStephenQuattroThis place was a disappointment at the beginning. The reception staff had a very dismissive tone when we tried to book in early. The check in notice was smoothly pushed in front of us and it was unusual treatment from Thailand where people are always friendly even if they might not understand English very well. The rest of the resort was good. Good location right next to the beach, were you can see the tides coming in and out. The long tail boats stops right on the beach eager to take you wherever you want to go. I went to the reception toilet, sorry to share but it was amazingly clean and surprising after the unwelcome reception.

We stayed at Ananta Burin Resort and had a great experience overall! The resort is very kids-friendly — the highlight for us was the pool area with water slides, which kept the children happily entertained. The size of the resort is just right — not too big and not too small — making it easy to manage with kids.
We booked connecting rooms for our group of four, which worked perfectly. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The only hiccup was on our last day when the whole building had no water supply, so we couldn’t shower before checking out (a funny memory now!).
Location: The resort is slightly away from Ao Nang Beach and the main street market, but still accessible. Tuk-tuk rides are easy to get and cost around 100 THB, which was convenient.
Massage & Spa: Like most places in Thailand, finding a good massage isn’t an issue — there are plenty of shops next to each other near the hotel, and the massages were great!
Overall, I’m happy with our stay and would recommend Ananta Burin Resort to families looking for a kid-friendly, comfortable place in Krabi.

RRabsyNice villa with great rooms. It had a tub in the balcony and the sea facing view was unreal. The bar and facilities were amazing. It is in a nice and quiet place. It is very close to the place to get boat for island tours.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel has mixed reviews . I stayed there at the end of August and I’d say it’s not too bad or that different from nearby hotels . The hotel is right by Long Beach beach , they have a small pool by the entrance. They have a restaurant and a bar just next door. The room was nice and big the only downside was the shower , it was old and rusty but quite clean . I think they just need to do a few renovations. It wasn’t loud pretty peaceful and the breakfast on the second day was nice too. The staff is very very nice and always ready to help you with anything. They sent a water taxi to bring me to the hotel from the pier and take me back after I checked out. They also helped me book my speedboat to Phuket. Honestly the only bad thing is that it’s a bit old. The bathroom needs serious help . No bad smells and only saw one single gecko the whole time I was there . I’d probably stay there again when I have a travel buddy .

The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost .
She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip.
Staff is very friendly too.
We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay

GGuest UserI will be honest, I was put off for a long time because of the reviews I saw on other websites as well as this one. But I decided to give this place a chance and come with my family all the way from Bangkok. And we absolutely loved it. The service was nothing like mentioned, cleanliness was at standard. We paid breakfast at the counter for 200 baht, that was worth the price. We Absolutely Loved it here and will come back during Christmas again. Their art pieces are also amazing to look at.

It used to be a temple so it has a fantastic Thai architecture.
The room and bathroom were really big and spacious. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping is daily and dedicated. The aircon worked well, the bed was comfortable and there's plenty of furniture in the rooms. The swimming pool is big and in good condition.
The hotel is right in front of the beach but not in the central Ao Nang area.
The wifi was very weak during the whole stay.
