"Stay on 8/5/2026 The location was great, very close to the beach. The room itself was okay and comfortable enough for our stay even it old concept. However, we requested a queen bed but were given two single beds instead, which was quite disappointing. We were also placed in the room at the very end, and the view outside the room was not pleasant at all. There were piles of thing with unfinished construction materials, and rubber pipes scattered around, making the area look messy and poorly maintained. Even though we only stayed for one night and not even a full 24 hours, but we paid because we simply wanted the experience of staying near the beach. Guests should still be treated properly regardless of how long they stay. I also don’t understand why guests would be placed in a room facing an unfinished work area with construction materials right outside the stairs. I understand the hotel may have been fully booked and changing rooms might not have been possible, but at least maintain the area better before assigning guests to that room. The staff service was also disappointing. One of the female staff members seemed unfriendly and gave us the feeling that she judged us based on our appearance because we had just come back from the beach and went straight to check-in after checking out from our previous hotel. The way she treated us felt unwelcoming bcs she pass us to another staff & she happily treat next guest bcs they are same nationalities. Unfair Overall, the location is a plus, but the service and room experience could definitely be improved. I dont have much photo but i have many video from my camera your hotel's room bcs we not satisfied"

"We had a fantastic time at Sand Sea Resort. The location is breathtaking with crazy cliff views and stunning turquoise water. Even during low tide, you can find spots where the water is deep enough for a great swim. For the best beach experience, it's just a pleasant 10-minute walk to Phra Nang Beach. The room amenities were a highlight — having a beach bag and a beach mat provided in the room is such a thoughtful and 'super' touch! The housekeeping is spotless, and whenever we requested something from the reception, they delivered it instantly. We celebrated a birthday at the hotel restaurant and brought our own bottle of sparkling wine. The staff was amazing — they brought an ice bucket and glasses immediately. They didn't just leave it there; they served us and poured the drinks throughout the evening. Excellent service!"

"Hello everyone. I stayed here from the 1st to the 2nd, and got a corner room on the 3rd floor with a sea and pool view! What I didn't like: (The hotel information mentioned a kids' club, but we couldn't find it – it was under renovation, which left my child unhappy and in tears.) We couldn't book the spa for 3 people immediately; there were no therapists available at our desired time, which was the afternoon of February 1st. Furthermore, the pool smelled so strongly of chlorine that it was unpleasant to be near. The water in the room also reeked of chlorine and was salty, as if it came from the pool, and the water pressure was severely lacking. The bottom of the pool itself had green, stagnant moldy spots. The toilet with broken blinds was something else entirely. Why even design a toilet like that, with an open view into the room? That's quite an exotic concept – we absolutely disliked it. The staff were polite; they refilled the shower gel bottle when we called, as it wasn't there upon check-in. We didn't like the breakfast; for a 4-star hotel, they have a lot to learn. I believe this hotel is, at most, a 3-star."

"What to say about this hotel....The year passes jao ete at the viva aonang resort that is opposite and believe me! were quite well served on all lines...dirty room, poorly washed mitoir, bath drain blocked by an ace of hair and not to mention the smell of urine that comes from the party at all times.I have never seen a wet cortidor like this as well as the room. we had a view of the mountain while we had booked by the pool, we had to change rooms on arrival. I don 't recommend this hotel for me ."

"I love this hotel, the rooms are large and spacious. Breakfast is fine for a Turk:) They give you a Thai massage when you check in. There is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel, the sushi is excellent. There are also discount deals with Reeve Beach Club in Ao nang beach. Definitely try Reeve. The cleanliness is fine. In short, it is a nice hotel where you can stay in Krabi in terms of both location and facilities. Transportation to Railay beach is very easy, you can reach the street where phi phi tours and tour companies where you can join many tours are located in 5 minutes on foot. We loved it, thanks for everything:)"

"Great resort. I really liked the location, just outside of Ao Nang, surrounded by quiet nature. It genuinely feels like a little oasis away from everything. The pool was a big highlight for me. No loud music, no alcohol, just a calm and relaxed atmosphere without drunk or noisy crowds. It made it easy to actually enjoy the surroundings. The property itself is beautiful, with a pond in the middle and lots of greenery and flowers everywhere. Everything feels well maintained and peaceful. It’s also very convenient, about a 5 minute ride or a 30 minute walk to the main pier. The free shuttle is super handy, and Grab or Bolt work fine too. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet and scenic place to stay near Ao Nang."
