"The main advantage of this hotel is its convenient location right in front of Timur Square. It's less than a 30-minute taxi ride to both the airport and the train station, and practically everything is easily accessible from here with plenty of bus and subway options. It's also very close to shopping malls and pedestrian streets. You can walk to various supermarkets, both big and small, within 20-25 minutes. There are many parks nearby, offering a pleasant environment perfect for a stroll or relaxation. The ground floor lobby has been renovated, and the restaurant and lobby bar facilities are much improved. While the rooms haven't been redecorated, they do have new air conditioning units and are kept very clean. There's even a currency exchange counter still available in the lobby, which is incredibly convenient. The breakfast is quite extensive, with coffee, juice, hot and cold dishes, salads, and a good variety of fruits. The homemade yogurt is delicious, and several pastry options change daily. Besides dried nuts, they also offer peanut brittle. The service is excellent, and the front desk staff speak very good English, making communication smooth and easy."

"Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless. The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages. Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made. Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around. The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day. I believe most who stayed usually 1-night. The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights. My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit. However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended. I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you."

"The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. My room was spotless, the bedding was comfy, and the soundproofing was great, so I had a really peaceful rest. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, check-in was quick and efficient, and they were always prompt in responding to any requests. Overall, the atmosphere is elegant, the facilities are excellent, and it's fantastic value for money. I was really happy with my stay and will definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommended!"

"I want to express my huge gratitude to all the hotel staff, as everything was impeccable. I especially want to thank the chefs in the restaurant; the breakfasts were delicious, varied, and all dishes were constantly refilled. Also, a big thank you to the guys at the front desk for resolving all the issues we approached them with. The hotel is very conveniently located, with tasty restaurants nearby (I especially recommend Beshkazan), parks, and it's not far from the metro and the airport. The airport transfer was complimentary. Everything was clean and very respectable. I highly recommend this hotel, which we will definitely return to."

"First off, the in-room Wi-Fi was terrible, almost unusable. We checked in on Chinese New Year's Eve, hoping to watch the Spring Festival Gala, but the CCTV4 signal was poor and then cut out completely. The breakfast offered a good variety, but it was a bit cold and not particularly tasty. However, the staff member there was quite enthusiastic. There's an ATM in the lobby for cash withdrawals, which accepts Visa, but UnionPay cards didn't work. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a metro station and the Uzbekistan Hotel. When we checked out, an older gentleman was charmingly playing the piano in the lobby bar, all smiles~"

"We were very happy with the hotel!! 1. The location is super!!! You can walk to Tashkent City, Navruz Park, and the market in just 7 minutes. There are several parks nearby for walks!! Shops and a shopping center with great prices! There's a bank next door and three mobile operators directly opposite, which is very convenient for those who need to get a SIM card. The hotel has a large swimming pool. There are rarely more than 4 people, so it's perfect for unwinding after a day of walking. Several metro stations are also nearby!! Every room has an umbrella in case of rain!! The breakfasts are excellent! Room service is magical!! The rooms are large with sofas and a coffee machine, and the toiletries in the bathroom are very high quality. The only downside is the outdated wardrobes, BUT the bedding, towels, and bathrobes are luxurious. A special thank you for the linen spray!! The positives outweigh this minor wardrobe issue by 1000 percent. Well done, keep up the great work 👏 We will definitely be back. 🫶"

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The room is exceptionally spacious, and while the decor is a bit dated, it's acceptable, and the cleanliness is good. The hotel has several Chinese staff members, so if you encounter any communication issues, you can always find someone to help. The breakfast is Chinese-style, which is a big plus for travelers who've been eating local cuisine. The Wi-Fi is also decent. Now for some downsides. Firstly, the room I stayed in this time was odd. There was a beam by the bed that was less than 1.7 meters high. This means if you get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and forget about the low beam, you'll undoubtedly bump your head. I suggest they get a designer to reconfigure the room layout slightly. Secondly, there's no desk or chair in the room, making it impossible to work. Thirdly, the fourth floor frequently experiences water outages, while the first and second floors are fine, suggesting a water pressure issue. I had to go to the public restroom on B1 to use the toilet and wash up in the mornings. A Chinese tour guide complained to the front desk, stating this had been happening for two days and her guests wanted to check out and move rooms. The front desk staff just shrugged, saying there was nothing they could do. Finally, I stayed for several days, but at check-out, the small receipt only showed one day (even though I had been in the country for a week). The front desk claimed the system was down. I politely asked if they could provide an alternative document to prove I was registered, as I needed it for customs. I wasn't pushy, but the front desk staff seemed impatient and said they couldn't give me anything since the system was broken. Fortunately, there was a long queue at immigration when I left, and the border control didn't check."
