This is a very good hotel – clean, modern, and everything feels new. The bed was comfortable and all necessities were provided. There was a slightly noticeable but not overly intrusive noise from an automatic switch in the room, which I solved with earplugs. Housekeeping was good. Breakfasts were a bit sparse, but I don't need a huge variety. There was one type of porridge each day. The kitchen can prepare any kind of eggs and ramen for you, and fresh juices were available. The waiters were very kind. In general, all the staff were courteous and polite. I would recommend not adding sugar to the porridge, as not everyone likes sweet porridge. The spa area has two pools, a sauna, and a hammam. The changing room is small, with three showers, but it has everything you need. It's not far from the city center by taxi, and you can also walk to the metro if it's not too hot.

This hotel is well-rounded in all aspects, and I'm generally very satisfied. The front desk staff speak good English, making communication smooth. There's also a 24-hour bar with drinks available, and free dried fruit snacks. The breakfast is generally good, with items changing daily. On weekdays, it's served until 12 PM, which is very considerate of guests' needs. The staff are also very diligent in clearing plates, sometimes a bit too eager, as they might take away a plate I've just used. The hotel is right next to a KFC and close to a university, so there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room size is appropriate, and the layout is reasonable. The TV has international channels, and the large refrigerator works very well.

While the hotel itself is pretty nice, especially the lobby and restaurant, I cannot say the same for the room. Once on the third floor, the overall aspect of the hotel is very different. The marble is replaced by old carpets, yellow corridors, and yellow lights. The room seems stuck in the 90s, and the view from my specific room was… a wall and a staircase. How refreshing ! As for the bed, while it was very comfortable, the drapes had HOLES in them. I do not think that’s up to standard. The AC worked pretty poorly, though this is a reoccurring issue in Uzbekistan, there was a lot of dirt in the room especially the bedside tables that were very dusty (passing your finger through the table would leave a mark and a black finger…). The bathroom is okay, though the shower curtain seemed quite yellow and dirty. The pool is a shame. Putting white plastic sunbeds all around it is horrific and seems so terribly cheap compared to the rest of the hotel. The is a bank inside the hotel to exchange money which is nice. The rate was very decent / good (1usd to 1184000 uzs which at the time of my visit is considered average but not outrageous.! Overall, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel, especially for such a price, when other hotels (like the Europe hotel or other smaller boutique hotels) have the same amenities and better rooms.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in a Deluxe room from July 1st to 8th. We absolutely loved everything. The hotel is new and conveniently located on a quiet street, away from the noisy areas. It's about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the city center and roughly 20-25 minutes to the airport. Two metro stations, Pushkinskaya and Hamid Alimjan, are just a 10-minute walk away. In the hotel lobby, there's a Kapitalbank ATM where you can exchange dollars for local currency. For guests, there's a swimming pool, spa, and gym on the -1 floor. Breakfast is served buffet-style, and the food is delicious, varied, and caters to all preferences. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean, and have everything needed for a comfortable stay, including comfortable mattresses and pillows, crisp white linen, and soft towels and bathrobes. The entire hotel staff is very friendly and attentive to their guests, always ready to help with any request. It was my husband's birthday during our stay, and the hotel management didn't overlook it. They congratulated him with a card containing a warm message and a small cake, for which we are especially grateful. ☺️

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. It's a fantastic hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, boasting a cozy courtyard that hides three pools. As soon as we arrived, staff met us at the entrance and helped with our luggage. After completing the check-in formalities, we were shown to our room. The room was spotless and came with bottled water, replenished daily, along with toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, combs, and more. The air conditioning worked quietly even in the heat. Housekeeping was done daily. The next day, a buffet-style breakfast awaited us on the -1 floor. There was a rich selection, and we especially enjoyed the fresh fruits – melon and watermelon. Within the hotel grounds, there are three pools: one outdoor in the sun, and two indoor. There's also a Hammam and a Finnish sauna. Our stay at this hotel was worth every soum. We absolutely loved it. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tashkent. The location is very close to the road leading to the airport, a 7-minute taxi ride. The city bus stops right in front of the hotel entrance.

We had a wonderful stay at Manor Hotel, which is conveniently located near the Central Railway Station. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel provided a good breakfast selection, featuring local specialties. The self-service coffee machine in the restaurant would be a great addition, helping to reduce waiting times and ease the morning rush on the staff. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although there was a construction site next door, it didn’t cause any disturbance throughout the day. One small drawback was that the beds were quite high, which could be challenging for children or shorter guests to climb onto. It would be helpful if the hotel offered a small step stool in such cases. We arrived early, around 6 a.m., and appreciated the option for an early check-in at half the usual room rate, which made our arrival much easier. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would happily stay at Manor Hotel again!

The hotel breakfast was good quality. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. It's conveniently located, and the front desk helped me arrange a taxi to T2 airport, which only cost 50,000 Sum. Overall, the service quality is excellent, and the facilities are modern. I'd definitely recommend it.

Stayed at Ramada and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was polite and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Facilities were good and met expectations, and breakfast was decent with enough variety.

Pros: Close to the metro, markets are within walking distance, as well as a small shopping center with Safiya Cafe and other shops. Our triple room looked nice and luxurious from the outside. Bottled water, toothbrushes, and slippers are provided daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every day. There's a working hammam and a small pool. Breakfasts are mostly repetitive, though some items are occasionally swapped out. There's enough variety to choose from and you can certainly get a good meal. The bathroom has a good hairdryer and drying racks. There's also a small fridge and a kettle in the room. The large wardrobe has shelves on one side and hangers on the other. The hotel has an elevator. Cons: The room left a strange impression, but you get used to it. Specifically, the bathroom door handle was loose, and if you turn off the main light before leaving the room, you can't turn it back on from the hallway. You have to use the switch near the beds (and sometimes re-insert your key card multiple times). One of the bedside lamps didn't work. The hotel is next to some kind of bird enclosure, so you often hear roosters in the morning (it's not disruptive, just a fact if you sleep with the window open). The air conditioner is positioned to the side of the beds, near the pillows but higher up, so you can't sleep with it on at night as it blows directly in your face (just a fact: even at 16°C, it still felt a bit stuffy, even in March). The kettle doesn't turn off automatically; you have to unplug it or lift it off its base. When booking the hammam and pool, they tell you it will be exclusively yours for that time – but several times, two or three rooms ended up being booked for the same slot. Not a con, but a funny fact: during check-in, we weren't informed that the key cards need to be re-magnetized once a week, otherwise you can't get into your room. So when my key card didn't work, I had to go back down to find this out. They fix it quickly, though. Overall, it was a good experience :)

The hotel is conveniently located, we only had 4 hours for the walk, but we saw quite a lot) the air conditioning works, tea, coffee, and a kettle in the room) we liked the breakfast, there were fruits, vegetables, and desserts) it was filling and delicious) it also turned out that the price included the pool, it's a pity we didn't have time to visit) shampoo, shower gel, comb, cap, dental kit, and even a sewing kit are provided) in general, even though we stayed only one night, we were satisfied) 😊
