"This was my third stay at this hotel. I was in room 616. I had a good room with a large sink and good bathroom. The room was very hot on the third night and the air con struggled as it was just too hot. It reached 45 degrees today so hot everywhere. The lobby area is cool and there is cold water to drink so you can stay cool. What I liked the most about this hotel is the centrality of it, you can get everywhere on the tube and lots of museums are close by. The centrality park in the square is lovely to sit and enjoy the city and take a picnic. I’ve been pretty detailed in my previous posts so you can view the images and suggested ideas for visits. The hotel had a lot of groups in while I was visiting. The breakfast areas were very busy in the morning but the hotel itself is very quiet and I had a great nights sleep on my whole stay. The staff are very helpful and considerate. They have a very good and safe left luggage which I used on my final day. I really enjoyed the cosmopolitan feel of this city hotel and I would definitely stay again next time I visit Tashkent! I’m uploading some images of the lobby and the markets I visited today. To escape the heat I had long rides on the subway and admired the art!"

"We were very happy with the hotel!! 1. The location is super!!! You can walk to Tashkent City, Navruz Park, and the market in just 7 minutes. There are several parks nearby for walks!! Shops and a shopping center with great prices! There's a bank next door and three mobile operators directly opposite, which is very convenient for those who need to get a SIM card. The hotel has a large swimming pool. There are rarely more than 4 people, so it's perfect for unwinding after a day of walking. Several metro stations are also nearby!! Every room has an umbrella in case of rain!! The breakfasts are excellent! Room service is magical!! The rooms are large with sofas and a coffee machine, and the toiletries in the bathroom are very high quality. The only downside is the outdated wardrobes, BUT the bedding, towels, and bathrobes are luxurious. A special thank you for the linen spray!! The positives outweigh this minor wardrobe issue by 1000 percent. Well done, keep up the great work 👏 We will definitely be back. 🫶"

"The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of delicious cakes and about eight or nine types of fruit. The front desk staff helped us with our luggage. There are two restaurants associated with the hotel, and across the street is a local restaurant with tasty baked buns. To the right of the exit, there's a Turkish restaurant."

"After a bit of searching, I decided on this Chinese-owned hotel, and I highly recommend it! As someone of Chinese descent, staying here felt very much at home. The fifth floor has a Chinese restaurant with very fresh dishes, and the breakfast is perfect for a Chinese palate, offering a mix of Chinese and Western options. The entire hotel looks very new, and the staff are incredibly enthusiastic and helped me solve many problems. The front desk staff all speak Chinese, and Liu, who handled my airport pickup, provided seamless and smooth service. The hotel is very clean, and the bed linens are changed after every guest. The hotel environment is comfortable, with a courtyard out back where you can chat and have tea; it's very cool in the evenings! The room facilities are very complete, with a refrigerator and a desk lamp. There's even a tea room, which is great for discussions. The owner also mentioned that they'll be renovating soon and upgrading the bedding to domestic standards – it's already great, but the owner is continuously striving for improvement! A very ambitious owner. In short, I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed! The owner is a very nice person!"

"First off, the in-room Wi-Fi was terrible, almost unusable. We checked in on Chinese New Year's Eve, hoping to watch the Spring Festival Gala, but the CCTV4 signal was poor and then cut out completely. The breakfast offered a good variety, but it was a bit cold and not particularly tasty. However, the staff member there was quite enthusiastic. There's an ATM in the lobby for cash withdrawals, which accepts Visa, but UnionPay cards didn't work. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a metro station and the Uzbekistan Hotel. When we checked out, an older gentleman was charmingly playing the piano in the lobby bar, all smiles~"

"My stay at this hotel left an overwhelmingly positive impression!. To be honest, I arrived with some reservations, but in the end, I was absolutely delighted. It’s a beautiful and cozy hotel with stylish and comfortable rooms, and impeccable cleanliness throughout. I must especially highlight the breakfasts—they are simply superb! Delicious, diverse, with a great selection of dishes and fresh fruits. The restaurant where breakfast is served is beautiful and spacious, creating a wonderful atmosphere to start the day. I also want to thank all the hotel staff for their high level of service, attentiveness, and friendly attitude towards guests. Special thanks go to Azizbek. I arrived late at night, and he greeted me with genuine care, offered tea, helped me settle in, and was always ready to assist with any questions throughout my stay. He’s a very responsive, polite, and pleasant young man. I wish there were more employees like him in the hospitality industry! I believe such employees are a true asset to the hotel, and I would very much like the management to acknowledge and reward his work. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I stayed here during my visit to Tashkent. The room was clean and spacious enough, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel premises were also well-maintained, and the staff were very attentive. The breakfast offered a good variety, with a decent selection of dishes, pastries, and fruits, which I was very satisfied with. It was quite a good breakfast for a trip. The location is also relatively convenient, making it an easy-to-use base for exploring Tashkent. Overall, it's a hotel where you can stay with peace of mind, and I would definitely consider using it again if I have the chance to visit Tashkent in the future.

My stay was incredibly satisfying, and the staff's service truly stood out. Everyone had a great attitude, and I felt completely at ease knowing they could communicate perfectly in English. They were very careful with my luggage and paid attention to every small detail. I also appreciated their efforts to speak to me in Japanese, which made me feel very welcome and warmed my heart. Overall, the quality of service was exceptional, and it's a hotel I'd definitely want to stay at again.

We had a wonderful stay at Manor Hotel, which is conveniently located near the Central Railway Station. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel provided a good breakfast selection, featuring local specialties. The self-service coffee machine in the restaurant would be a great addition, helping to reduce waiting times and ease the morning rush on the staff. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although there was a construction site next door, it didn’t cause any disturbance throughout the day. One small drawback was that the beds were quite high, which could be challenging for children or shorter guests to climb onto. It would be helpful if the hotel offered a small step stool in such cases. We arrived early, around 6 a.m., and appreciated the option for an early check-in at half the usual room rate, which made our arrival much easier. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would happily stay at Manor Hotel again!

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. It's a fantastic hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, boasting a cozy courtyard that hides three pools. As soon as we arrived, staff met us at the entrance and helped with our luggage. After completing the check-in formalities, we were shown to our room. The room was spotless and came with bottled water, replenished daily, along with toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, combs, and more. The air conditioning worked quietly even in the heat. Housekeeping was done daily. The next day, a buffet-style breakfast awaited us on the -1 floor. There was a rich selection, and we especially enjoyed the fresh fruits – melon and watermelon. Within the hotel grounds, there are three pools: one outdoor in the sun, and two indoor. There's also a Hammam and a Finnish sauna. Our stay at this hotel was worth every soum. We absolutely loved it. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tashkent. The location is very close to the road leading to the airport, a 7-minute taxi ride. The city bus stops right in front of the hotel entrance.

I checked in around 8pm and was greeted by a staff in the evening shift (I did not asked his name). I asked for a SIM card if I could buy in the morning , he said could offer a free just need to top up tomorrow 9am his colleagues will settle. But early morning I was waiting for 9-9:30 there is no one knew about this . I also asked for late check out, he said could extend only til 1pm unless I will need to settle 50% extra and I agreed coz my flight is 22:30pm but in the morning when I came to settle late check out fee, there is again no one know how to do only they said they will check with their manager . I only stayed one night in Tashkent due to my flight need to overnight transit but the team make my stay very unpleasant and not comfortable. Again , I got a friend who come to visit me just 1hr, but the hotel did not allow and that evening staff again , stop my friend and said he can stay inside my room Only 3mn, if late than 3mn, he will call my room number or even send someone . he said this is hotel rule . Omg . The way he replied and did were so unprofessional and rude and very fiere like I am a criminal . Until I complaint and asked to meet manager couple times , he agreed to let my friend stay only 1hr and needed to pay a tourist fee. Bad service , not skilled team and I will never ever come back to this hotel again !

The room was okay, but I booked one with a balcony and got one without. I tried to sort it out through Trip.com, but they just kept saying there were no rooms available until, magically, one appeared in the end. 🙂

Stayed at Ramada and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was polite and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Facilities were good and met expectations, and breakfast was decent with enough variety.

Overall, the hotel isn't bad, but it's really far from the city center! The most unpleasant part was that we had paid for everything in full on Trip.com, but when we arrived, they charged us a tourist tax. Then, upon checkout, it turned out we had to pay another 40 euros. What if we hadn't had the money, since we had already paid it on the first day? They told us they had only charged us for one night without even mentioning there would be another charge at checkout. It left a bad taste in our mouths!

The hotel is conveniently located, we only had 4 hours for the walk, but we saw quite a lot) the air conditioning works, tea, coffee, and a kettle in the room) we liked the breakfast, there were fruits, vegetables, and desserts) it was filling and delicious) it also turned out that the price included the pool, it's a pity we didn't have time to visit) shampoo, shower gel, comb, cap, dental kit, and even a sewing kit are provided) in general, even though we stayed only one night, we were satisfied) 😊
